“Parking was much too tight for my car , had to park out on the carpark .”

Had a disabled person with us so the amount of steps were difficult . Last year I stayed at Damson lodge which was very easy . We didn’t arrive until night . It took 45 mins to find our lodge as it was pitch black . Some better signs that were lit would have been very helpful .Apart from that everything was fine . It would be an idea of having electric car charging points that people can book for the duration of the stay . Also the hot tub needs maintenance . It is quite old and the jets only ...

It is quite old and the jets only occasionally worked , when pressing the button for the jets it was intermittent making a grinding noise . I deliberately ordered a lodge with a tub as I get a lot of use from them. However we could only use it occasionally. It was very frustrating . I think it needs replacing, and a refund of the extra cost of the hot tub should be reimbursed as there was no way of using it to its full ability . However most of the lodge was very clean . We had a problem with duvet covers . There were a lot of fine black//brown hairs on the duvet covers . We had to use a lint roller to remove them . However apart from that everything else was lovely . We have had a lovely stay . I have been to your park four times now and love the area .
