Beautiful lodge with everything you need for your stay.

It felt spacious even with 4 adults 2 children and a baby. Views are lovely and the site is nice and peaceful. Hot tub was a real bonus, and the mini guest were happy with the playing field ,goal, & the stream for a paddle .We really had a wonderful weekend thank you.

The lodge was fabulous very clean and modern.

Family of 6. Hot tub was fabulous. Outdoor space was lovely with different areas to sit in. We enjoyed a disposable BBQ one night. View exceptional. We used the off site pool and gym which was lovely and clean. Would 100% stay again. Absolutely no faults. Thank you

We have just returned from a fabulous short break at Broad Oak!

We could not fault the lodge at all. Super clean, comfortable and cosy and even a few flurries of snow to add to the magic! Well equipped kitchen. Much appreciated the welcome pack and great internet access too. Hot tub was the best and well maintained with a daily check.The pub on site was very welcoming with a good choice of food and drinks. We went into Bowness for an evening meal at Rastellis (Italian)which was a success but there is a great choice of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The taxi there and back from Bowness was very reasonable. Limefitt is a beautiful park and we hope to return next year in the summer to take advantage of the stunning views across to Troutbeck from the decking at Broad Oak.

We had a lovely time here at Broad Oak Lodge for my mums 64th birthday.

The hot tub is amazing and the lodge itself is nicely decorated and looks wonderful. The only issues really was the comfort and a few things look a little worse for wear. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and even though the sofas look lovely, they are uncomfortable and the chair in the corner is rock hard. The tv we thought was too high on the wall. The drains had a funny smell every time I washed the dishes in the kitchen sink so it just needs some drain blocker solution down it to make the pipes smell nice and then the double bed bedroom door didn’t shut so had to leave it open. The tv is hard for my mum to work but I could work it no problem so I just found the channels for her. However, we really enjoyed our stay here and it felt cosy and warm as it was freezing cold outside for November.

We have a fantastic family break at this lodge, it is the nicest one we have stayed in.

Everything very comfortable, warm and clean. Beautiful lodge. Sitting outside on the decking at tea time with a drink watching the birds come into roost at dusk was a highlight. Hot tub an added luxury also. On site pub is great and exciting for the kids to go along to. Kind welcome pack provided as well. Would 100% recommend this spacious lovely lodge to anyone looking at it. Thanks xx

Fabulous lodge, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The lodge was lovely, beautifully clean, comfortable beds and lots of room for storage and all our stuff !

We couldn’t use the hot tub as the weather was poor but it was checked everyday and extra towels were provided for its use. WiFi was very poor for the first two days ( so TV not fully working) but then seemed to settle down and was fine. Although there was a washing machine there was nowhere to dry clothes and no instructions as to even turn the towel rail on. Kitchen was generally well appointed but a lack of serving/cooking dishes was a bit of a challenge. Overall, Broad Oak Lodge is a very superior property in a nice quiet location. It was a shame that the rain prevented us from enjoying the lovely spacious deck.

Our second visit.

The lodge is maintained to a high standard and very well equipped. It was a restful holiday, rural location with occasional sheep visitors. Hot tub is a great addition and is checked daily. It is very much a home from home, excellent that there is a washing machine and dishwasher. For the standard of this accomodation it is very reasonably priced. It is fantastic value for what you are getting. We travelled from Southend on Sea to holiday here and we will definetly be back.

Just come back from 4 nights in Broad Oak lodge.

Didn't want to come home! The lodge was gorgeous! Really comfortable, had everything you need and a hot tub! Which was great after a day's walking. Situated towards the back of the site, which was very peaceful and private. Our 4th time at Limefitt Park, in a different lodge, but will definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

I have visited limefitt park annually for the past 10 years and Broad oak Lodge is the best spec lodge we have stayed in.

Generous sized rooms, immaculate, lovely outdoor space to relax and hot the tub was much needed after a long walk. Also best wifi and signal

We had the best few days staying at Broad Oak Loadge.

It had everything we needed and more. The cosy decor, hot tub and ideal location made our little get away just that bit better. We are already looking at coming back again in the summer. Thank you so much for opening your lodge to us.

We went for a short break with our 9 year old and we loved it!

The site is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The cabin is immaculate and comfortable with lots of nice touches. It was really cozy too... the weather was around 2°C but we were all toasty warm. The hot tub was a big hit, it was very clean and well maintained. We ate at the on site pub and the staff were lovely. We played bar games and enjoyed a drink. We noticed that they also offer food delivery to your cabin which is convenient. We will definitely be back!!

We got home yesterday from a fantastic weekend away.

The lodge is amazing, spacious and clean. The hot tub was an added bonus which we used at least once a day- I highly recommend this lodge everything was supplied towels, soap, washing up liquid even a welcome tray and a pint of milk in the fridge. We will definitely be back!

The lodge was above our expectations.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and the showers were great. loved the hot tub. Would have no hesitation in returning and would definately refer to friends and family.

Great lodge to have a Holiday in with superb comfort and facilities.

Lovely n clean throughout which makes a difference,really enjoyable stay. We had issues with the RCD kept tripping out when we were cooking.Maybe a better voltage or new RCD would solve this issue.

Lodge very spacious, we like the open feel to it, better than some others. We had 3 cars and managed to get 2 near the lodge. Third visit to the site as we love all the walks accessible without a car. Would definitely rebook the lodge. I

The lodge was lovely, cosy and great view.

Instructions for arrival very clear. We had everything we needed. We stayed with a 1 year old and the high chair, plastic plates and cutlery was a nice touch. Hot tub was great and the man came nearly everyday to check it. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing long weekend away.

The facilities was as described, our first time visiting the Lake District, we will definitely return to Broad oak lodge. Perfectly located, quiet area with walking routes and 5 min drive into Windermere. Highly recommend to book this lodge.

Super, cosy property with plenty of space for a family group of adults and teenagers.

Very well furnished and equipped with lots of nice touches like oil by the stove, a kitchen pack of cloths etc and a welcome tray of refreshments. Very clean and well kept. The bed in the master bedroom was too hard for our comfort but appreciate that tastes vary! Super site that we have visited over several years.

the lodge was very nice but disappointingly the hot tub was not working and that was the main reason we chose that lodge to book It wasn't working before we arrived so it would have been nice to have been told before so at least we were prepared efforts were made to try and fix it but the engineer wasn't free to come until our day of departure we couldn't use it as it was loosing water and though topped up each day the temperature didn't get hot enough to use

Really enjoyed our stay at broad oak lodge The lodge was clean and very well equipped with everything you need.

The hot tub was brilliant and really added to our overall enjoyment. Tea and coffee were provided and a nice pot of jam and some biscuits were a nice touch. Will definitely book broad oak again could not have asked for anything better

Beautiful lodge and will return Power kept tripping when the oven was on and hot tub had lots of tiny flies in.

Needed a hot tub net and not a fishing net .. not sure what solution is used in the hot tub but it completely stripped the gel off my toes . The bin lid was open when we arrived and wouldn't close . I have my own hot tub and this never happens. All in all great weekend many thanks.

Amazing place to stay , ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Lake District.

The lodge was so lovely and super clean. The owner has put thought into everything down to there being washing up bits supplied and the little luxury extras of the coffee pods , biscuits and cherry curd (which was delicious). Will definitely be booking to come again!

Absolutely beautifully decorated to high standards.

Loved that soaps, shower gels, towels were provided as well as cleaning detergents in the kitchen. Only slight negative point would be the cobwebs hanging in front of the front door. My kids absolutely loved the lodge itself, the location of it and the holiday play ground.

As a family this was our first time in the Lakes and also our first time in a Lodge.

We could not have asked for a better Lodge to stay in for our week. It was clean, well equipped, located in a quiet position at the end of the road and generally fantastic. We could not fault it at all. The location of the site was perfect for us to travel to where we needed to get to on a daily basis within the Lakes and the welcome of the hot tub upon our return was great. 10 out of 10 for Broad Oak Lodge. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous, a home from home feeling, everything you could ever want or need, beautiful views, hot tub ( regularly checked) outdoor dining & a short walk to the pub which served great food & the staff were fantastic, friendly & very helpful.

Went with my two grandsons who thoroughly enjoyed the river & field for a paddle & kick around. I would highly recommend this lodge.

Beautiful holiday park although a bit too quiet if you have young kids (5-10ages) but other than that perfect.

We had a lovely time totally recommend this lodge it was spotless a welcome pack everything you could need was to hand very spacious very comfortable and perfectly maintained and the hot tub was lovely after full days walking will definitely be back

The holiday was lovely.

Great location and accommodation. Two things that we are not happy about. The main bed was bowed and my other half struggled to sleep because of it. Knickers!!! Previous residents knickers and empty beer cans at the side of the hot tub and also on the fire extinguisher at front of lodge!

Such a relaxing location, well equipped lodge, Modern and spacious, we felt it was the best positioned lodge on site tucked away with privacy for the hot tub, would 100% recommend

The owner had given a lot of thought to the furnishings right down to the finishing touches. Everything was really tasteful and spotlessly clean. We were disappointed we weren’t staying longer.

The lodge was beautiful!

My son was enabled by 2 staff to go on holiday and his and the staff's feedback was extremely complimentary. Not only was the lodge amazing but the surroudings were fabulous - and the access to other facilities was nearby. They all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The house was immaculately clean the decor was beautiful if was like home from home.

Had all the added amenities we needed and milk in fridge tea coffee hot chocolate ect. The hot tub was a nice bonus not many cabins I walked by had this and the kids LOVED pony tracking on site. Wasn't far to drive to ambleside or bowness both towns I love. My only fault was the master bedroom mattress was very very hard impossible to sleep on for us. Thankfully the other mattresses were better and we had to swap with my son on 2nd night as it was really bad. Everything else was beautiful clean and we loved our stay here, I'd definitely come again.

Absolutely gorgeous lodge on a lovely quiet park.

Nice touches like a bottle of wine and biscuits ready on arrival. Excellent communication from the owner to keep us updated on when the lodge would be ready (ahead of schedule). Well kitted out both with features but also accessories like washing up liquid, cloths and cooking utensils.

The lodge was absolutely stunning.

It was decorated beautifully with lovely soft furnishings which made it feel more like a home than a holiday lodge. There was plenty of space for our multigenerational family get away. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! The location was quiet, which suited us, but there was a nice park for the children to play on and the little shop at reception had the essentials we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The site was clean and tidy, the pub was welcoming and food was good.

The lodge itself was very clean and had everything included, even Prosecco Glasses. Really nice touch having a pint of milk in the fridge and tea & coffee sachets waiting on arrival. Hot tub didn't get hot on the first day but with one phone call, someone came and was sorted by the second evening. No problem or hassle. A beautiful setting and the lodge had just the best spot for views. Wifi also worked perfectly well for googling walks and Face Time etc Overall very impressed, only downside the buses that came by the site weren't the touring buses so had to use a car or taxi but wasn't really an issue. We walked to Windermere from the site and also Troutbeck

Had a fantastic week, Broad Oak Lodge was amazing.

Beds comfortable, Showers for tall or small, really high speck accommodation. Everything there that you could possibly need or want in your own home. Would come back at drop of a hat, I have 2 girls 4 & 5 they loved it, really safe surroundings.

From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed with the quality and standard of our accommodation.

Lots of little touches that made it stand out from places we’ve previously stayed in. The park itself is stunning, our children loved exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!
