Overall the accommodation is nice and relaxing.

There are issues with certain things (nothing hugely major) and I have messaged the owner privately making them aware of everything I found some of which I assume are managed by Parkdean but hopefully these things get rectified either way. Overall would I stay in this accommodation again? Yes, would I recommend it? Yes.

Property is well maintained with only a few minor issues; no hand towels provided for both the bathroom and ensuite and no mention of needing to bring your own.

The hot tub was not ready for our arrival which was a bit disappointing as this was one of the nicer days we could have used it. Cleanliness was adequate but could be better. Coat hooks should be more accessible - especially for when the lodge is at full capacity and in very wet weather (like what we had) Overall, we had a lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable with ample space in the king size bed. Note: we had asked for the provision of a baby cot, however the rooms are not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate it. We would return to the lodge as it was bright and comfortable for the four nights we spent there.

It was clean cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. The lodge is in a nice quiet corner of the park. The park is in a perfect location for all our day trips. We will def be back to stay at this lodge

Overall we had a lovely stay, however, we had several disappointments with support & overall cleanliness of the lodge.

We could not get an answer to any phone numbers given to us upon arrival.. no call back.. no instructions in the lodge how to use any appliances, heating, internet etc.. the lodge is in need of a DEEP CLEAN, the pans & pots were not clean & the pans were actually disgusting! I had to wash everything before we used anything. There have clearly been issues we water ingress & other changes inside the lodge, however this appears to be in ill repair.. in dire need of a full repaint. Disappointed overall with the internal standard, you should carry out an inspection.. i think you would agree. I have taken several photos of the issues.. just some of them to show you, let me know how i can send these to you.

I loved this lodge, the decor was lovely.

Where it was on park was fabulous. Having a pass for the gym for swimming was an extra bonus as no set times. So don't need swim pass for site which there is a charge. I would highly recommend this Lodge as we truly enjoyed the experiance. The hot tub was massive which we thought was fabulous. Maintained every day. 2 tiny little niggles. Only 1 egg cup, and maybe some instruction for use of grill for toasting and fire, as it was dark evenings would of been nice to put light on in fire to make it cosy. Loved it thankyou for a fab break away.
