The short break from hell.

Arrived on the Monday evening for a four night break. Early on the Tuesday morning roadworks started on the site road just behind our lodge with all the associated noise of concrete saws and vibration plates. More roadworks on the Wednesday. A quieter day on the Thursday until the evening when the electricity substation blew leading to a night without power until a portable generator was brought-in, around 22h00, resulting in more insufferable noise all night (about 50m away) until our Friday morning departure - we couldn't wait to leave!
