Overall, the lodge itself was decent, but due to the cleanliness issues in one of the rooms, our experience was affected. If we were to consider staying at your lodge again, we would appreciate a discount.
Dear Mrs Ali, Thanks for your comments regarding your recent stay at Tanglewood. My cleaner was most surprised about the bunk bedding. All the bedding is changed before your arrival, having been washed by herself using the same powder and machine. Had you notified the booking agency they would have taken care of this issue straight away. I do hope this didn’t affect your family vacation.
The noise from the dogs is beyond my control, but informing the site reception would have had results. Fortunately, dog barking is not a frequent issue.
