“We have arrived back home from a week stay on Friday 29th July and I would just like to say that myself and family were quite disappointed with the site and accommodation.”
We did not feel what was advertised was a true reflection of the site.
We did not expect to have to tell the children to stay away from rubbish and the remains of old pods as there was broken plastic, large screws etc.
We were also disappointed with the amount of problems we came across in the lodge which we spoke to owner about.
We shouldn't have had to lock the door with a chair, have a bedroom door with 1 handle or not be able to have a bath because it didn’t keep water in. We even had to turn a mattress over as the springs were poking through and that is to only list a few.
So disappointing.
Firstly Leanne, thankyou for leaving a review about our Luxury Lodge you stayed in and can I be the first to apologise for the problems you encountered during your 7 day stay. I take the review received very seriously and I endeavoured to rectify the faults you have listed as quickly as possible after your phone call on Wednesday after arriving the Friday before. I take full responsibility for the problems, but can only address problems when I am made aware of them.Regards Ian
