When we arrived, there was an issue with access to the property.

The WiFi password was not provided on the brochure. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain, the fan was broken, the shower door wouldn't close properly and there were stains on the towels. The pod was nice enough, and the issues we complained about were fixed, but for the price it shouldn't be like this. I wouldn't come again.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. In short, the minor issues raised were dealt with very quickly and efficiently as you highlight and we resolved all points raised to your satisfaction. The sink issue was caused by a faulty sink waste open/close mechanism, which again was repaired promptly. You made no mention around wifi access to us during your stay but had full access to the same as there were no wifi issues on site during your stay. While we appreciate that fundamentally your break was not affected by the points raised, certain issues can be out of our control.
