Tranquillity 3, a lovely lodge, rests on Twin Lakes Holiday Park near Carnforth in Cumbria, offering a two-storey retreat with off-road parking for two vehicles.
Surrounded by the rolling beauty of the Cumbrian landscape, this lodge is well-suited to families or groups of friends looking to spend time together in a peaceful setting.
Step inside and you’re welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces.
The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged for self-catering, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller, ideal for preparing meals to share around the dining table.
After dinner, the living area invites you to settle in front of the Smart TV or warm up beside the electric fire.
The lodge offers three bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV.
The upstairs king-size master includes an en-suite with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC.
Downstairs, another king-size room and a twin room provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with the twin also benefiting from an en-suite.
A separate bathroom with a bath and handheld shower adds convenience.
Outside, the enclosed decking area is designed for enjoying the lakeside view; whether you’re savouring breakfast in the fresh air or easing into the hot tub after a day of exploring, the space encourages you to pause and take in the surroundings.

Beautiful place and beautiful lodges.
Great location. We loved our stay and it was so relaxing and lodges equipped with absolutely everything needed.
Several lodge defects were reported to reception but the only one was fixed was during our stay, namely the outside lighting around the hotub which was too hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature.
I would recommend that the lodge retains the instruction books for the cooker, microwave, hotub and TV. Overall the lodge was very spacious, clean and comfortable but the very large windows in the lounge need some kind of sun blinds as watching TV when the sun was out was virtually impossible. The staff on site were very friendly and supportive.
A little gem and a fantastic find!
