“Bluebell lodge is modern , very clean and comfortable , the double bed and pillows were really comfy , I don't know about the twin beds as I didn't use them.”

The bathroom is lovely with a good shower . There is a good shark vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket which are on my list of must haves . The tin opener was rubbish , I did leave a note about it so it may be replaced . The wrap around decking has a table and chairs and a four seat relaxing set and low table . There is noise from the M6 that runs along the back of the park but it didn't bother us too much . There is a Lakeside Pup Restaurant and a leisure center which isn't mentioned on the lodge ...

It would have been nice to have a welcome gift as we have always had before , biscuits , milk etc , there wasnt even complimentary tea coffee and sugar for a cuppa on arrival , We always take some but I know not everyone does . We had a lovely clean and comfortable stay at Bluebell lodge and will definitely be booking again .

Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware details about the Restaurant , Leisure centre etc were not included in the information and have asked Sykes to rectify this. We will organise a better tin opener. Glad you enjoyed our lodge overall. Property Owner
