Lovely chalet, spotlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a holiday let.

Site is very quiet and well kept. All in all we had a lovely two weeks there. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing stay convenient for all amenities was lovely and clean and comfortable would definitely recommend would definitely book again in the future

Beautiful chalet well equipped.

The little extras were a very nice touch. Unfortunately when we arrived it was cold and took 24 hours for the heat to come through, small electric stove helped but bathroom and bedrooms had no heating so never got warm. As with most self catering accommodation there were no instructions on how to operate the heating system.

The property was spotless, equipped with every thing you need for the perfect home from home holiday.

The welcome gifts are a nice touch and were welcomed by ourselves and our little dog. Location is great bus stop nearby for trips to Skegness, Mablethorp and into Chapel St Leonards. Thank you to the owner of this property.

We had a lovely stay couldn’t fault anything the treats what where left for us and our dog was a lovely touch which we where grateful for we will definitely recommend this chalet to family and friends once again thank you for everything.

What a beautiful little chalet.

On entering we were very delighted and pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and very well equipped and we loved the theme for the decor. Thanks to the owner for the wine, biscuits, milk and fruit juice we really appreciated them. It's close to all the amenities, we will definitely be staying again.

Great chalet ,very easy to find,loved having WiFi as although the TV was a smart TV same as we have, got neck ache looking up.

but appreciate no where else it could go . Bedrooms set out well and enjoyed the extras .would definitely recommend. Thanks again .

First time we have stayed in a chalet and it was lovely, the ornaments scattered around were lovely.

The sofa’s very comfortable as was the beds. Lovely seaside theme running throughout the chalet made us feel happy to be there. Everything you needed for a holiday was in the chalet. The welcome gift of Wine and biscuits was much appreciated. The on site fish and chips were delicious.

I would strongly recommend this chalet to anyone who is going as a couple or with SMALL children.

Everything was clean and the little gifts left by the owners were a lovely touch. Unfortunately this was not suitable for myself and my 6 foot son. the single beds were really small and I ended up trying to sleep on the sofa, not very well.

The chalet is on a lovely quiet site that is kept very tidy.There is a good cafe and chip shop within easy walking distance more shops a few minutes away.The chalet has all you need for a short break in this popular area.Ideal for dogs with an enclosed verandah and walks on the beach.We enjoyed our visit once again.

We found the owner pleasant and very helpful would recommend the chalet.

The information that Sykes provided regarding the codes for the barrier and key were incorrect, thank goodness we arrived early while the owner was still on site.

Had a lovely stay.

The owner provided some home comforts, milk, biscuits, fresh orange, wine and even dog bowls, treats and poo bags which is a lovely thought. The chalet was in the centre of everything and was nice and quite on a night. Would recommend a stay and will definitely be booking again.

A lovely time had by all of us 2adults and 2 dogs.

Position of the property is perfect, convenient for all facilities. Very dog friendly . We loved the little touches I.e. wine for us and treats for our fur babies . Would definitely holiday here again.

Bedrooms small - no room really to put your clothes especially the main bedroom.

What a lovely clean chalet, very well equipped kitchen and everything you need.

Lovely welcome gifts even for the dogs that was lovely.. chalet on a very good site. Bus stops just outside site to get around. In a very good location near shops and eating out. Great for kids near beach and for the dogs too . Will definitely return.

Lovely chalet, nice spot.

Very quiet. Would recommend. I am disabled so a grab rail would have been handy in the lovely shower. Water always very hot. Really comfy bed, bedding very clean, and smelled lovely. Parking was fine, a numbered spot would have been better, if possible.

This is our 2nd time in this chalet it is lovely and clean with everything you need.

Chalet was modern very clean beds really comfy but the sun doesn’t get on the veranda until 4pm which we would have preferred earlier as the weather was beautiful.

The chalet was tight with little storage for clothes for 3 adults .

The lounge area was set out as such the tv and seating was awkward , with weather not being great and us not being evening drinkers meant relaxation in front of tv was not good . However I wouldn’t not recommend here , was clean , kitchen was good , beds comfortable with bedding fresh and clean . Got my mothers pooch it was great , location , shopping , beach and dining very convenient . My rating is on me , but I’d recommend to friends and family or people reading this .

Highly recommend this lovely stay.

All the facilities where there on arrival and l have had the best sleep in a long while.We only had to walk 5 minutes and we where on the beach. If you love your amusements especially the kids, they are around the corner from the park. Location is central for all amenities. Enjoy!!

We took our two grandchildren aged 13 and 5. We wanted them to experience a holiday from our childhood! And it certainly was, but a little more polished!! Loved the welcome pack, many thanks!! The chalet is very clean and comfortable. There was everything necessary for a short self catering holiday as the the chalet was surprisingly well equipped for cooking. Beds and sofas were comfortable, bedding immaculate. The TV and WIFI worked well. Location is very convenient for Skegness and attractions. The children loved the beach and the 'slots'! A proper sea side holiday!

The owner was very kind and thoughtful, because she knew we would be staying during the hottest days of the year 18th , 19th July 22 She provided a big floor fan which we really appreciated .Also a welcome pack which was lovely.

Bed was big enough but not sufficient room to manoeuvre round.

Perfect chalet 10/10

The property was close to many amusements and bars and cafes and the beach was just a short walk away.

The buses ran every 10mins and stopped just outside the park. The chalet had everything you would require for a few days away. It was very clean and very well presented. The owners were very helpful and caring and could be contacted easily if required.

The lodge was compact.

My husband is disabled but he managed very well. The accommodation challenged him and took him outside of his comfort zone which was good. The site is very well placed within walking distance of Chapel St Leonards village. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes so no need to cook if you don't want to. This was our first visit to the area but we will return to explore further.
