The property was very clean, had everything you need for your weeks stay, the welcome pack was a lovely treat to find when we arrived.

The bed was very comfortable coming from someone who needs a hip replacement but is just not very big, the sofa was very small and uncomfortable. The balcony area was clean and lovely to sit out with a cuppa. Overall a lovely place to stay on a lovely site, had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We are very happy with it and will book again in the future.

Highly recommend the chippy and nans at the front of the site for food as both were lovely. Brilliant location for getting out for walks. The chalet itself was perfect for us, extremely clean and the welcome basket was so thoughtful, as well as useful as I had forgotten my tea bags. We will definitely return, thank you so much. This was the break our little family needed! Xxxx

This was our 2nd visit to 68 cherry tree and we had a lovely stay really comfortable bed and we both slept really, well we had everything we needed, lovely and clean ,and as always the site was lovely and quiet and well kept.

We had such a lovely few days away staying here.

It was clean and comfortable. The placement of the chalet was perfect for what we needed, close to amusements, facilities and the beach but still a lovely calm and peaceful area. The chalet provided mostly everything we needed, the only thing missing for us personally is that we would have liked a freezer section in the fridge? Otherwise everything else was provided for you. There was no wifi when we arrived (we had been advised of this due to a previous tenant taking the cable) but the owner rectified this as quickly as possible and was very apologetic (absolutely not their fault). The little touches of plaques, pictures and wall art made it feel very homelike. Thank you for sharing your chalet with us, we will definitely be booking again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Park is in the correct position for: access to the beach, bus stops right outside the gate, pubs and shops, plus it's dog-friendly. Both chalet and park are clean and well maintained. Only thing to fault: the very uncomfortable mattress on the bed. Otherwise, 10/10.

Issue with smell.

It made me feel ill it was so bad. It is obviously the stink valve in the toilet Llowi g the smell to come back. No amount of spray or cleaning will do it. It just needs a plumber not even that expensive to fix. Certainly not up to the usual Sykes standard.
