We had a lovely stay at 99 Cherry Park.
The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even aircon which was needed in this heat we have had. The site itself was lovely and quiet just was was needed on an evening after having busy days. I will definitely book here again and would highly recommend staying here.
Place not cleaned.
No bed sheets, just mattress topper. Toenail in the bed. Dirty clothes and rubbish from previous guests. When I phoned the help desk for the park they were no help at all, just blaming the person who does handovers. Spent every day of the trip on the phone to Sykes customer relations, no one was able to get a cleaner in for the entire stay, spent a lot of my time chasing the customer relations team to see if there was any progress… still waiting. The vendor, although they insisted the cleaners had been and done the turnover (even after sending multiple photos) - did not hold up their end of the bargain. Ironically, the sign on the park says “luxury chalets” but it was an overpriced stay in someone’s rundown shed. I feel like they are just there to take your cash and leave you feeling frustrated. Do not stay here, i’m expecting a full refund.
Found 99 cherry park to be very nice clean and comfortable.
