The property

13 The Lakes is a bright lodge nestled in Golden Sands Holiday Park, in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.

This pet-friendly abode is perfect for families, featuring tranquil lake views, on-site facilities including indoor and outdoor pools and beach proximity.

When you arrive at 13 The Lakes, you pull up to the two parking spaces directly in front of the lodge, the water just beyond catching your eye as sunlight moves across the surface.

A gated veranda frames the entrance, wrapping around the lodge and offering a wide stretch of decking furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a dining set that invites alfresco meals while you admire the lake view.

Stepping through the gate, you sense the calm of being close to the water as you make your way to the front door.

Inside, the open-plan living area unfolds as a bright and welcoming space.

You might place your bags by the large kitchen where generous worktops make it easy to prepare meals together, perhaps while someone extends the bistro-style table ready for dinner.

As you move through the room, the sitting area draws you in with the soft glow of the electric fire, the mounted television and the games console promising relaxed evenings after long beach days.

Patio doors open directly onto the wraparound veranda, letting you drift easily between indoor comfort and outdoor living.

A hallway leads you to the first twin bedroom, where you might unpack your suitcase into the storage and settle children or friends into their own space.

Another twin room waits just along the hall, mirroring the sense of welcome and simplicity that works so well for families.

The family bathroom offers a soothing place to unwind, with a bath and shower over that encourages either long soaks or quick freshen-ups before heading out again.

At the far end of the hallway, the master bedroom gives you a serene place to retreat at the end of the day.

You might slide open the mirrored wardrobe doors to tuck away your belongings before selecting something to wear for an evening out.

A Smart TV adds relaxed entertainment, while the en suite WC provides a small private convenience that makes the room feel complete. Stepping back outside, the wraparound decking becomes a natural extension of the lodge, a spot where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or watch the sun drift across the lake with a drink in hand.

Beyond the lodge, you can wander towards the on site facilities where the outdoor pool sparkles in warmer months, the indoor pool offers year-round relaxation, and children dash between the play area and climbing walls.

A shop and pub sit just a short stroll away, while the beach is close enough for sandy mornings and gentle evening walks.

Within easy reach of 13 The Lakes, you will find days out that unfold effortlessly.

The Lincolnshire Wolds offer wide open views where rolling hills invite scenic walks, picture-perfect picnic spots and moments of wildlife watching as you follow winding trails.

For something different, Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve lets you wander through sweeping dunes and marshes where migrating birds rise and settle across the sky, and quiet hideaways encourage you to pause and really take in the landscape.

Families might prefer Hardy’s Animal Farm, where little ones can bottle feed lambs, wander through friendly barns and play in spacious outdoor areas that make the day feel full and memorable.

All of this sits within reach of 13 The Lakes, a family-friendly lodge where time beside the water, on-site fun and coastal adventures blend into an easygoing holiday in Mablethorpe.
