I just want to say that your customer service after booking, is dreadful.
I attempted to make contact with Sykes to amend something on my b0oking (nothing that could be sorted online) I could only get an automated service that just sent out an SMS for me to respond to - I did this straight away, but I didn't get any response at all back. I was very disappointed - but as you already had my money I don't suppose you cared about the customer after that!!!!
