“To be honest lodge 108 was good.”

However, please see below our observations : 1/ The oven only worked intermittently - Many times it would go off mid cooking. 2/ The grill never worked. 3/ To have only 3 dishwasher tablets all week was very poor, thus needed to buy our own. 4/ Had to buy our own washing up liquid due to very little present. 5/ To only have 1 towel each for the whole week was very disappointing. Surely 2 towels each should be left. 6/ 1 of the plugs next to the TV does not work. 7/ The water pressures ...

It isn't the cost but the principle. We paid to stay in the lodge and site due to the facilities provided. There is no mention of further costs for the use of the spa and facilities. 9/ We wanted to hire bikes however, each time we couldn't due to being closed. 10/ Bethany on reception was lovely, warm and helpful however, the staff within the spa were not warm and friendly. In fact they were miserable and clearly came over as not happy to work there at all. They would do better to smile !! Kind regards, Mark
