We had a faultless stay from start to finish.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a brilliant layout that felt both comfortable and incredibly well-organized. You can tell real thought went into equipping the space with everything you could possibly need, and the lovely welcome treats were such a thoughtful touch! The site itself is extremely well-maintained, wonderfully quiet, and offers excellent privacy. Clear instructions were provided for everything, making our stay completely stress-free. Soaking in the hot tub was definitely a highlight—it felt like pure luxury. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and simply can't wait to return!
We stayed in Primrose for 3 nights and it is the best shepherds hut we have stayed in.
The hut itself was beautifully designed and decorated and although it was a smaller space it felt like we had loads of room. There is plenty of storage around the hut as well. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfy and cosy. Outside we had a little area for a bbq, outdoor seating and the hot tub. The hot tub is easy to use, but as it is a wood fire hot tub, it was difficult to control the temperature and was incredibly hot, so we didn’t get to utilise it enough. That might be our fault as it was the first time using it. When we did use it it was gorgeous and idyllic settings. The kitchen is well stocked but could do with some baking trays and a some longer tongs for the bbq. The bathroom didn’t have any soap so we got our own. The 6 huts are situated quite close together but far enough apart to ensure you have your own space and don’t feel like you’re too close. I believe the hotel have planted some hedges to improve the privacy as well. The time we spent there was beautiful. It was so peaceful and felt like we were in the middle of no where. We even saw some rabbits running along the meadow. This was the perfect place for a romantic getaway and would recommend it 100%!

Lovely peaceful location. Accommodation was fantastic everything was to a very high standard. Had a good rest in lovely surroundings bed was extremely comfortable and spacious and plenty of storage space. Hot tub wonderful. Will definitely return.
