What guests are saying
Micklemore lakes is absolutely stunning, the lodge is well kept and absolutely beautiful!
Set in private grounds with a fishing lake outside the front door which is lit up at night giving the perfect back drop for a night in the hot tub! Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and headed off to cleethorpes for a day only 15 mins away. Nearest supermarkets are around 10 minutes away. The lodge is beautifully decorated and equipped with mood lighting, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The owner gave us all the info we needed and was available by phone if needed. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend and already looking forward to the next reason to stay!
Wow!
The lodge is stunning. High quality bedding and quite possibly the cleanest holiday rental we have stayed in. So peaceful and secure. Communication with the owner was perfect. We were 5 adults and 3 children and we all loved it. The children loved the island, the adults loved the hot tub. The view and the sunsets are beautiful. There were a lot of flies, so go prepared with fly spray or a zapper. We will definitely be back. As we were leaving our 4 yr old grandson said that it should be called ‘Happy Land’ - sums it up very well!
Perfect view and lovely, well finished accommodation.
We had a lovely girls weekend thank you :)
