Kestrel

We had a wonderful time at Kestrel.

The location is perfect. A countryside retreat that provides peace and tranquility... also an easy drive from the amazing beach at Mablethorpe. The accommodation was lovely, perhaps its age is starting to show a little. The bedrooms were immaculate as well as very comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small but clean and practical. The living area was very roomy, we felt that a bigger sofa for snuggling up on would have made it perfect for us. Our only negative was there was some mould in the shower cubicle, which put us off just a little, however the shower itself was fantastic. All in all we were happy that we discovered this gem and would not hesitate in recommending to others. We will certainly book again in the future

Another lovely stay at Park Farm.

We have visiting for over 30 years and have had many wonderful holidays and this was no exception. The cabin has everything you need and though it was very hot during our fortnight, they are very cosy in colder weather. A beautiful and peaceful place to stay and very easy to visit the surrounding area, including the beaches and historic places like Louth. We will be back next year, hopefully!

Fantastic stay. Cosy and warm cabin with everything we needed for a great holiday. Local walks, lovely towns, we enjoyed the Christmas Extravaganza in Alford, and great shops nearby and wonderful beaches. The dogs had a great time too. Wonderful dark sky star gazing and lots of wild life. Friendly and helpful staff on phone and around to help. We had a great time.

Having visited here for 25 years, 3 and 4 times a year, it will be obvious to anyone reading this , we love the place.

Another wonderful stay at Park Farm.

We have been coming here for over 30 years and love it. A perfect base to visit the many towns and attractions in the area. Or a quiet and peaceful place to get away from it all. The cabins are warm and cosy with everything you need for your stay. I'm sure you will have a fantastic time, highly recommended.

Lovely very clean and spacious would recommend it to any one

Myself and 4 mates stayed for 2 nights and had a great time!

We did have a power cut and an issue with the cooker at one point, but the hosts were quick to respond and were really accommodating of us, letting us use the facilities in an empty adjacent lodge until we were up and running again! We did miss some of the basics though, like kitchen roll and hand soap, and the shower needs a bit of maintenance work. But for the really reasonable price we don't have any real complaints - there are loads of convenience shops just a short drive away - and the location is absolutely beautiful. Would wholeheartedly recommend - and thanks to our hosts for a great weekend!

This is my 3rd stay in park farm lodges.

I booked Kestrel this time so there was room for my grandchildren and family, 2 bathrooms was so useful. Big Lounge diner area to seat us all around the dining table and plenty of floor space to play with toys. Big comfortable bedrooms, no light or noise pollution, great nights sleep. We love the retro quirky feel, some would say is dated, I say it gives you a cosy reminder of childhood care free days on holiday, there’s everything you need to rustle up supper for all the family. We love the peace and quiet and the grandchildren were able to play outside safely. It’s close to the beaches and other local attractions, including Tattershal farm park which was great value , loads of animals and fun play areas including indoor soft play. We think there’s a friendly ghost

The biggest problem with this site is the chalets are too close together.

They are very drab and in need of a refurb. We had a thunderstorm and were left without electricity and WiFi and I had to fix the electricity. The wi fi was just left. Also a site which prides itself on his peace and quiet allows families in with lots of children who are left to run riot. It's not me and I can assure you I will not recommend these shabby cabins too anyone.

Not out first time and not our last.

We love the cabins ,The quiet ,The wood and the wildlife. The Dogs love the freedom and safety Sykes and the owners are very accomadating Shirt drive to best beaches and facilities.
