The property

Indulgence Fishing Lodge is a comfortable single storey lodge resting in the well loved Lincolnshire village of Tattershall, set close to the river and overlooking the nearby lake, creating an inviting base for families and friends hoping to unwind near the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape.

Arriving beside the lodge, you step onto the wide decking where lake views unfold in front of you and the peaceful atmosphere sets the tone for a restorative stay.

This outdoor space lends itself to leisurely mornings and unhurried evenings, with a sunken hot tub, rattan seating and sunbeds arranged for relaxing moments, while anglers can stroll straight to the water to enjoy the private fishing access at Osprey Fishing Lake.

Inside, the open plan layout draws you into a bright living area where the kitchen, dining space and lounge blend together.

Cream finishes warm the kitchen’s appearance, and you can settle at the breakfast bar on the two stools as meals are prepared, with the island acting as a natural focal point.

The dining table provides a welcoming setting for shared meals, while in the lounge two sofas, including a sofa bed, invite you to stretch out and take in the scenery through the opening double doors, where the lake often steals your attention from the Smart TV.

The twin bedroom offers a calm retreat where you can unpack into the two wardrobes and enjoy the outlook through the large window from the window seat, with the main bathroom close by offering a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

The master bedroom rests at the opposite end, giving you space to settle into the armchair before turning in for the night, with storage for belongings and an en suite featuring a separate shower, basin and WC for added convenience.

Back outside, the decking becomes a natural continuation of the living area, perfect for stepping out with a morning drink or reclining on a sunbed with the lake stretching beyond.

With only two neighbouring lodges before the lane comes to a quiet end, the setting remains tranquil throughout your visit.

Tattershall itself provides a friendly pub and useful shop within an easy stroll, while days out might take you to Tattershall Castle to explore its historic rooms and impressive tower, to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre to see iconic aircraft and hear their stories, or to Woodhall Spa where tree lined avenues, a vintage cinema and woodland walks offer gentle, enjoyable outings.

Indulgence Fishing Lodge stands as a relaxing lakeside retreat offering comfort, views and thoughtful touches for memorable days in this scenic part of Lincolnshire.
