What guests are saying
Perfect Stay – Beautiful Lodge and Wonderful Host We had the most wonderful stay at Lakeside Lodge Retreat at Tattershall Lakes and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more.
From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The lodge had everything we could possibly have needed, and it was clear that a great deal of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. A special mention has to go to Becky, the owner. She was absolutely wonderful and genuinely could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and her care and attention made our stay even more special. We stayed with my husband, who is recovering from a cancer operation, as well as my daughter, her husband and our gorgeous little granddaughter. The lodge was perfect for all of us, giving us a lovely place to relax and spend precious time together. I honestly can’t think of a single thing I would suggest changing or improving because everything was just perfect. The cleanliness, comfort, facilities and attention to detail were all outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay and are already hoping to return. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this lodge to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally well-kept place to stay. Thank you, Becky, for making our stay so lovely. We Can’t wait to return Elaine x
Inside lovely and comfy .
the fridge needs replacing in the door for milk . shower curtain needed in bathroom and some sort of lock on door. The welcome pack was brilliant .on arrival the outside was a little let down but Becky said she was having it done .the sun brolly was broken and cushions need cleaning decking furniture uncomfortable.fishing platform needs sorting as over grown .we found it difficult to park 2cars as edge's need trimming .
Had a great few days, Becky was an absolutely great host!
Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and lovely. Got some good fishing in as a bonus, beat the husband (ha ha) so all was good. The lodge has everything you could want or need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Actually booked 2 more holidays before we left. A great place to stay and relax. Would definitely recommend it.
