The accommodation in general was amazing and we had a fantastic holiday.

However some areas we felt let it down. On arrival, the shower tray had black mould, and mirrors in the bathroom were smeary and a few cob webs around the caravan. The oven rungs were pretty dirty and needed a good clean before use. None of these spoiled our holiday, but we felt it worth mentioning.

The property is in a lovely location.

Loch Lomond and the Argyll areas in reach. The property sits on a site that is built in the hillside and access is up/down steep roadway, parking outside the property is on a downward slope. A map of the site would be of help when first arrive. It is a modern and well equipped accommodation we had everything we needed to prepare/cook a meal. The previous visitor had left the sink area with food residue and fat residue under the mat and in the draining tray. The mattress was too soft for us but that is a personal thing. Lovely soft towels. The lounge area was comfortable, being able to admire the view from the sofa or outside on the deck area was good.

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place.

The weather could have been better but Storm Amy didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back here for another visit. Lovely place!

I am so glad I chose this place, I could not fault the view from out chalet and the accommodation was very nice, clean and heats up quickly.

Helensburgh is such a nice chilled place I didn't want to leave the place which was stunning.

Lovely caravan with fantastic views.

The bed was a little soft, but otherwise the accommodation was very comfortable. I found the caravan difficult to find with the instructions, but I was trying to do this during a storm and in the dark. A map of the layout of the caravan park would have been beneficial.

double bed in need of a new mattress as it was well past its best. also should have protectors on pillows and the mattress. had a problem with shower tray filling up with water , it needs the drain hole or piping to be cleaned

Beautiful, modern, inside and out.

Very clean and fresh. It's a personal thing but the mattress wasn't comfortable for me. Smart TV and well equipped kitchen was excellent. Steep driveway to access the property may prove difficult for some, to which I parked my car across the top of the driveway. Overall, lovely accommodation with stunning views from inside or on the outside balcony.
