Our second stay here this year.

Enjoyed the beautiful views and all the local walks from Lakes to beaches to waterfalls. A perfect place to stay for us with our dog. Everything you need and more is provided by the owners, making it a really comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The owners thought of absolutely everything you could possibly want didnt use the kitchen as we eat out spotlessly clean and the dog walk was great Love the higher tier as it was a place to sit in the evening

This is a lovely clean chalet in an idyllic setting.

Although small it is perfect for a break away and the owners have thought of pretty much everything. Wonderful welcome basket for all of us (including Alfie the dog). The dog field was lovely, well kept with access to water and WiFi but honestly the view was so great who would want to look at their phones! Easy access to shops and beach. We would recommend

Our stay at Y Goedlan was superb from start to finish.

We visited during the heatwave in June and there were lots of fans and two chiller units in the property to help keep us all cool. The owners have put a lot of thought and love into the lodge as there was everything possible there that we should need, including books, games etc. The welcome pack was so lovely and we enjoyed the biscuits, honey and bottle of fizz. The owners had even left a bag of ice cubes in the freezer compartment for us which we really appreciated as it was so hot that week. The fresh bread and butter was very welcomed plus our dog was grateful for the bag of doggie treats. There were even dog beds and bowls in case we had forgotten to take ours plus toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There was nothing that had been overlooked. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking in the mornings and evenings, reading books and taking in the beautiful tranquil Welsh countryside. Parking was directly outside the lodge which was an added bonus, not having to park the car and walk far in the heat. It was in the shade right next to the lodge which was perfect. While we were there we visited Harlech castle which was interesting and managed a trip on the heritage railway which we thoroughly enjoyed; the railway station being only a few minutes away. On the last day we went to Tywyn beach which is just 1.9 miles away from the lodge and is a beautiful beach where we had fish and chips. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you from Karen, Callum, Connor and Marley the beagle (ps. Really nice location, property was clean with all amenities and thoughtful additions.

Would be perfect for a couple with a dog, felt a bit cramped to us as four adults; especially in the kitchen and dining space.

Comfortable all round, great amenities and lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the views of Happy Valley! In extreme heat (30° +), the fans and chillmax provided weren't quite adequate to cool the place down but appreciate we don't get many of those days but may want to take your own fans. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful peaceful location on a tidy well managed site.

Properties were nicely spaced not overcrowded. This property does need some maintenance, ventilation was a real issue, no small windows or vents that could be left open at night or when you're out, bathroom window appeared to be permanently open but there was still mould. Fans were available and generally it was clean and well equipped.

Property was extremely clean everything you need is there There was a hamper which was a great touch even included dog treats Views were stunning and site was immaculately kept with a secure dog field We sat out on top balcony where you have a view of the sea and watching the wildlife was lucky enough to see hawks and red kites In Twyn itself we caught a glimpse of dolphins which really made our day The chalet itself was clean and comfortable and totally relaxing Full respect to the owners on how well the chalet is kept We shall be going back hopefully in September for another relaxing stay

Lodge was too small, only one person could fit in the kitchen.

Furniture was worn and needed replacing, same as the mattress in the double Bedroom . And overall the site was too quiet and too far away from Tywyn.

Lovely welcome gifts, really appreciated, Mel has really aimed to provide a home from home, even leaving dog beds and bowls.

We had a good relax in a beautiful spot. Would recommend and return. The Welsh tea bags n coffee taste much better than our own. It even gave us the energy to climb Cadair Idris. Thanks for everything.

Quite possibly the best equipped accomodation we have ever stayed in.

Mel and Meyrick have thought of absolutely everything. If you think you've forgotten something you can guarantee they've already thought of it! Lovely clean and comfortable chalet with the most amazing views. Beautiful decked areas where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature all around. The accomodation is in a great location too, central to lots of brilliant places to visit. We had been left a beautiful welcome hamper which included treats for our dogs. The dog field on site is a bonus too! Mel was good enough to message me to advise I'd left a phone charger in the chalet which she very kindly posted on to me. Wonderful place, wonderful owners and a wonderful stay! Thank you

Very clean and comfortable chalet in a stunning location.

The owners have thought of and provided everything you could possibly need, including an outstanding welcome pack and useful information. It was a pleasure to spend time there when we were waiting for the weather to brighten up between showers. Towyn has shops, cafes and takeaways and nearby Aberdyfi was beautiful with a huge beach. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing 3 night stay here with our dog. Thank you.

We can not thank the owners enough for such a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. The property was clean, cosy and had such nice little touches. We were a family of four with our dog Crosby (who was the main reason for the stay!) The holiday was my birthday present from my family and my hopes were to give Crosby a special holiday packed with adventures for him and this ticked every box! He loved every second! He enjoyed relaxing on the decking after a day out and he felt so relaxed and safe in the chalet. It's in such a great location, Tywyn town centre is close by, convenient for shops restaurants and cafes. Our favourite was millie and sids. We went on the steam train which had lovely views and took us to Aberystwyth which was a nice day out. Tywyn beach is close by which is huge! Crosby loved playing and we watched the sun set. Dolcogh falls was another highlight we had a 2 hour walk round all the waterfalls. Aberdovey is not far and Crosby had the time of his life running through the sand dunes! There was a cute little dog shop there and the Dovey Inn had such nice food and a dog friendly atmosphere. We also visited Dyfi forrest which was a great dog walk with a beautiful hidden waterfall. The chalet was everything we hoped for and the dog field on sight was our biggest highlight of the week! The views all round the field were amazing- u could just about see the sea from there! Crosby ran and chased his ball every evening and we watched the birds of prey in the sky. This holiday will always be so special to me and to see how much Crosby enjoyed himself meant the world, my heart felt so full, thank you so much for making it all possible with your lovely accommodation. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a dog friendly holiday!!

My partner, me and our two dogs had a wonderful stay.

The doggy field was a bonus for the morning walk. Lots of days at the beach and shop near by was fabulous. Beautiful view from window, and a lovely welcome pack for us and the dogs. A+ would recommend

Well sited just of of town.

Site was very quiet as it was late November. Certainly well fitted out and clean. I always have issues with Smart TV's but we managed ok. Also heating controls didn't seem to respond as I expected which is a tad unfair as I am sure a phone call would have sorted us out. Forgot to order the weather unfortunately !

Although the Welsh weather wasn’t at its best , still it is late November.

We couldn’t fault the property. With the welcome basket full of treats to milk and butter in the fridge, even tooth brushes and toothpaste incase you left yours at home. 10/10 to the owners. Basically everything was provided. We would love to come back in the spring and make use of the terrace and BBQ area. .

Clean well equipped with everything and more that you need. Beautiful views lovely welcome gifts left. Comfy beds lovely fresh clean white towels. We will definitely back. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else when visiting Tywyn.

Lovely location, quiet area to stay but just minutes from the coast and wonderful countryside.

The chalet itself is very comfortable with lots of outside space to enjoy. The owners have made an every effort to ensure the chalet has literally everything you would need and lots of thoughtful touches like welcome baskets and spare toiletries. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

This is a truly lovely property, well equipped, in beautiful surroundings with stunning views.

It is very tastefully furnished and has the WOW factor. The owner provided everything you could possibly need. There were just a couple of issues. The cupboard and work space in the kitchen is very limited and the bathroom door kept coming open. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our week in this lovely chalet.

The owners left lots of nice touches ,It was clean and comfortable in a very quiet location with great views from the decking. We're going back in August and looking forward to it.

Y Goedlan Chalet Park was better than expected.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely welcoming feel when walking in. The owners should be very proud of themselves as this in our opinion was the best Chalet with two large balconies on site. So many extras including welcome pack and dog bed/ treats etc. We did hit very lucky with the hot sunny weather which always makes a Holiday easier. We would definitely book No 66 again. Thank you so much for a relaxing week.

What a fantastic place and host !

What a stunning little chalet in a beautiful location the views are amazing and all the extra trimmings didn’t go a miss even a stocking each for the dogs.

The beach and local shops is a 5 minute drive away. I’d would definitely recommend this place if you want a chilled time away 10/10 from me.

We needed a last minute long weekend getaway after having to miss out on a full holiday due to family circumstances and were very lucky to find this place.

The place is lovely, sitting on the top balcony watching the sun set over the sea with the wine gifted by the owners was an instant de-stress. All of the gifts and extras put into the place were just amazing and it was so comfortable there. Communication with owners was brilliant. Definately hope to return for a longer stay.

The chalet was just perfect in every way.

Absolutely the most lovely comfortable welcoming place ever.

From the welcome pack to the comfortable beds to the cosy feel of the chalet everything was perfect. The view is amazing and proximity to beaches for the dogs was fab. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We will definitely be back.

We have had the best time ever, beaches close by for us to walk Ruby. Forest walks were amazing, I would recommend going to Hafren Forest which is not too far away, it was liked to been in Canada. The chalet was so well equipted you could not want for anything. If you had forgotten anything then it is bound to be found here. The views are beautiful from the balcony. If you want peace and quiet then book here. Thank you again for the fantastic welcome gifts we really have enjoyed them. :)

Me and my wife was impressed with the chalet, the position on the site, the decking , the view and also the attention to detail the owners showed.

The Birthday card to my wife was nice and unexpected. We had a very nice and relaxing stay and will book there again and we would recommend the chalet to friends.

This must be the most relaxing holiday we've had for years.

The owners have achieved the perfect getaway, when you walk inside it's like walking into a Tardis it hosts everything you could need. Of course the creme de la creme was the decking and furniture which was heaven accompanied by the hot weather. Especially in the evening sitting on the top decking having our evening meal and a glass of wine, the wine courtesy of the owners in the excellent welcome pack on our arrival. I was impressed how clean the entire cottage was, and the beds lovely and comfy. Hubby would have quite happily taken root there, but had to get back for work.

This beautiful place is so immaculate all fittings of the highest standard Mel has put her heart and soul into making this chalet perfect she's thought of everything lovely shower gels fluffy white towels Swans !

On beds ,fab goody box for people and pouches and amazing views all round definitely will be going back 5 star standard

Spotlessly clean. The owners have thought of everything. Anything you may have forgotten to bring with you is sure to be provided there already as there is so much attention to detail. Lots of beautiful places to vist nearby. Will definitely return.

Y Goedlan is a beautiful chalet, maintained to the highest standards in a wonderfully peaceful location just outside Tywyn.

Red kites and buzzards glide in the air, and we saw a hare saunter past the kitchen window. The owners provide lots of special touches including a welcome hamper and their unique brand of towel origami. Our holiday here was delightful.

We couldn't of asked for more , we had a lovely stay , so impressed it was much more than we expected , absolutely perfect , we will definitely be going back & have already recommended it to friends , thankyou so much we enjoyed it emensley as did our dog Beau Xxx
