The property was as described, clean, comfortable and very well equipped.
The view was spectacular and even though there were lots of sheep in the field opposite they were very well trained and went up the hill at night time, so we weren’t disturbed!
We were a family group of four adults with two small dogs.
The lodge was perfect for us and we had plenty of space. The lodge was exactly as described and the hot tub was fantastic with amazing views. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need to create delicious meals. The bedding and beds were comfortable and clean. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs but beware small dogs can get under the gate if they have an escape on their minds, especially with sheep and lambs in the field opposite. Just a note that although the lodge is dog friendly, dogs are not allowed upstairs in the property so just be mindful if your pooch normally sleeps with you. Will definitely be booking again.

cosy and homely we didn't want to leave, brilliant for the dog being fully fenced so felt safe for our cane corso to have freedom to roam he loved it, the house itself was super clean and tidy extremely well equipped far better than others we have stayed in. the hot tub was amazing loved it, the sunrise in the morning at the front is breathtaking, the sheep. lambs and horse a wonderful bonus to wake up to stand on the porch with a nice mug of tea and watch the sun come up, they also have a wonderful dog paddock at the top of the road with some agility stuff to keep your pups happy. look inside the hut to find fresh eggs for sale, Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be booking again, Also there is Hindwell farm shop , self serve 5 minutes up the road doing amazing sausages burgers,steaks. honey, and more. but them sausages and beef are an absolute must, my only regret is i didn't book it for longer. but we will be back,. .
