We stayed at this cottage from 10 to 13 April and unfortunately had a mixed experience.
We booked the property expecting accommodation for eight people, as clearly stated during the booking process, but upon arrival we found that it was only suitable for six. This caused inconvenience for our group, as two people were left without proper arrangements. Additionally, we had specifically booked cottage number 503, as shown on the website, but were instead allocated cottage 400 without any prior notice or explanation. The hot tub was also not working during our stay, which was disappointing, as it was one of the features we were looking forward to. On a positive note, the property itself was clean and tidy, and towels and other essentials were provided as expected. Overall, while the cottage was well maintained, the mismatch in booking details and unavailable amenities made the experience less satisfactory than anticipated.
