The shepherd's hut was lovely and clean and the bed very comfy.
The views were stunning and the area very peaceful indeed! Only a couple of drawbacks really. We didn't realise it only had one gas hob to cook on and there was nowhere really comfortable to sit on an evening as it wasn't warm enough to sit outside and we were there for a week. Other than that ,we had a wonderful,relaxing stay and would definitely stay again but maybe in another bigger hut.
Just returned from a lovely week in the shepherds hut.
Such a peaceful location with amazing views. The bed was comfy, the shower had plenty of hot water, the tv and WiFi signals were excellent, and the enclosed area outside was perfect for sitting out and to keep my little dog safe. Everything was very clean and tidy with lots of little extras such as the fairy lights, the mood lighting and the treats for myself and the dog. The owners visited most days to see if I needed anything and were very friendly and helpful. A 5min drive takes you into Pwllheli and it’s not far to anywhere on the Llyn peninsula where there are plenty of dog friendly beaches even in summer. If you want complete peace in a cozy environment then this is the place to stay. I’m looking forward to returning. Highly recommend :-)
