Absolutely perfect.

Peaceful, comfortable and idyllic location. We genuinely didn't want to leave.

Fabulous place.

Clean, well equipped with lots of thoughtful details. Easy to relax as the enclosed garden means dogs don’t need to be monitored constantly every time they go out. Radnor Forrest is beautiful and a perfect place for dog walks.

We stayed last July but had to check out early as we experienced a couple of issues.

We were invited back for 2 nights free of charge which was very generous, I doubt a lot of other property owners would do the same. We returned on April 26th for 2 nights. The property itself is lovely, very nicely decorated and everything you need, a lot of thought has gone into the little details. The scenery is beautiful, we were lucky enough to have some nice weather and we took full advantage of relaxing for 2 days, mainly in the hot tub! We look forward to going back again, we probably wouldn’t choose the peak of summer as you do get a lot of flies and wasps, which is understandable for where it is, unfortunately I am one of those people that hugely overreacts with wasps and bees and I make the situation worse, going when we did was perfect and we are already thinking about when to come back, thank you, Laura & Chris.

Absolutely beautiful lodge, the place was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you could ask for too!

The sauna and hot tub were an added bonus. Waking up and watching the sheep in the field below and listening to the birds was so peaceful. Cannot wait to stay again!

Lovely lodge with great views.

Wonderful to sit in the hot tub and listen to woodpecker’s in the trees and watch red kites flying around! Very secure for dogs and super clean and well equipped.

Beautiful cabin with a lovely enclosed garden for the dog!

Even the parts that looked like the dog could get through had been secured which gave great piece of mind! Very relaxing despite the wind!

What an amazing stay!

I stayed here for 4 nights at the start of March and had the best time, me and my furbabies throughly enjoyed it. The place was beautiful, the hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a holiday let, it literally had everything you need and more! Im so happy I have found this place i have already booked to come back! 5 stars would 100% recommend to everyone!

The host Jane and Gwyn have been so accommodating and friendly during our stay.

Its snowed so hard that we had to leave our car in their local pub and they took us with our dog to the accommodation in their car instead. It was so easy to communicate with them if needed. The accommodation was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We have a large dog with us and the garden and balcony was properly fenced. We could also use the massive enclosed field just in front. Everything was clean and the accommodation was very spacious. The hot tub was also worked great. However, because it was cold the infrared sauna did not work as good but it did not bother us at all.

This is a wonderful place!

The views across the valley are beautiful and the Christmas lights and decorations was a lovely touch. We enjoy cooking and we found the kitchen facilities well equipped. The hot tub was perfect at the end of a day out walking the local trails. Unfortunately, we couldn’t work out how to get the sauna warm enough to use. All in all a lovely place for a quiet break.

We stayed here over bonfire night with our two dogs who don’t like the fireworks and it was perfect.

So peaceful and relaxing we didn’t hear a thing. Having the hot tub outside with the views we had was amazing, we spent a lot of time outdoors, even in November with the weather because the garden was all enclosed it was great for the dogs. Inside the home was lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. Owner very helpful and friendly, responded quickly to all of my queries! Will definitely return ❤️

We arrived late in the evening to a beautiful sky full of stars and a warm cosy lodge.

We woke up to a stunning sunrise and views feeling well rested and relaxed. We had a peaceful break from our every day lives and enjoyed spending quality time with each other, and the dogs - who loved watching the sheep! Thanks again, and see you next time!

What an idyllic place to retreat to!

We absolutely loved our chilled out week at Bryn Hafod! The views, the hot tub, the accommodation itself - all fantastic. We loved the peace, the birds, the sheep, and the dark skies - so much so, that we only left twice all week! A retreat and a treat! We highly recommend it if you want to escape the world for a while!

Amazing lodge, beautiful location away from everything and just really peaceful and relaxing, really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be staying again.

Only negatives we had with the trip which didn’t cause much of an issue - maybe a bit too much chemical in the hot tub and sauna didn’t really warm up so didn’t get to experience that too much. Overall still absolutely amazing experience.

This is one of the best we have been to. Between the amazing views, gorgeous interior, hot tub, sauna and enclosed garden for your dog you will have the most amazing time. The owners were wonderful to! They were kind enough to decorate for my partners birthday and it was such a beautiful surprise for him on arrival. I have told everyone about this place as we honestly had the best time, 10/10!!

Lovely setting, beautiful views.

The lodge was thoughtfully designed and had all the comforts we needed. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding after long days out hiking. The setting was quiet, peaceful and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The perfect base to explore nearby countryside and escape the usual busyness of life! Highly recommended and we would love to return in the future!

Situated in a valley with stunning views and only the noise of the trees and the birds singing made it idyllic. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished along with all the mod cons plus a hot tub and sauna! Would fully recommend a stay here if you want to switch off for a few days. As soon as we arrived at Bryn Hafod, we were very impressed.

It is in a lovely, picturesque location. The accommodation was clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. The fully enclosed garden area was perfect for our dog who loved it. It was my 60th birthday whilst we were away and I had decided that I wanted to escape the world for it, and with Bryn Hafod that is exactly what I did! Waking up with the view on my birthday with the sun shining was just perfect and drinking champagne in the hot tub just added to it. It was just so quiet and peaceful that I couldn't have asked for more. We had the most perfect time at Bryn Hafod, going out for walks with our little dog, chilling in the sunshine on the deck with our books and enjoying the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely look at returning in the future.

Bryn Hafod was fantastic!

So nice to stay at a place that was truly dog friendly with properly secured fences. The hot tub and kitchen were perfect to allow for an incredibly relaxing stay and it was so quiet! Couldn’t have asked for better - the perfect get-away for the first part of our honeymoon. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Lovely cosy lodge with beautiful views in a great location.

The garden is secure, so no worries about leaving the dog out while enjoying the hot tub. The very friendly and helpful hosts were quick to respond to our minor queries. We'll definitely be back in future.

We had the most amazing long weekend at Bryn Hafen Lodge.

The setting is peaceful and beautifully secluded — the perfect escape from everyday life. The lodge was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. We spent hours soaking in the hot tub and sauna, surrounded by stunning views and total tranquillity. And what a view to wake up to, open the bifold doors and bring the outside in! The owners were absolutely fantastic — so friendly and thoughtful, even bringing us some loungers so we could enjoy the sunshine! They struck the perfect balance between being helpful and respectful of our privacy. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We’re already planning our return and couldn’t recommend it more highly!
