The property is great, very comfortable, the location is brilliant for exploring the local area.

It would be nice if there was a pint of milk for a cup of tea, when guests arrive after a long journey. The shower unit in the main bedroom needs looking at. There is a small leak on the rear left-hand side. The road leading into the site could do with some work at the first junction. It's quite steep there's potential for grounding out.

Great lodge in marvellous location with 3 hotel/pubs and a local shop all within a few hundred yards of the site, in a tiny village.

Llanbedr is close to a whole range of attractions including the Ffestiniog railway, Portmerion and Harlech castle to name but a few. The lodge facilities are excellent, in a quiet location where you can relax in peace if you wish. A great find!

From the moment we made our booking, everything went so smoothly.

Upon arriving at our accommodation we found the arrangements for accessing the lodge very straight forward. The lodge itself was pristine, and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable weeks stay. The sleeping arrangements suited our needs, especially with the option of a ground floor bedroom, as one of our party had limited mobility. The location of the lodge made it easy for us to visit the majority of North Wales without the need for excessively long car journeys. We would not hesitate in rebooking, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a suitable base to explore the Snowdonia National Park and beyond.

Sunset lodge 5 is a stunning place to come for a holiday!

The lodge is clean and spacious. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - it has everything that you might need during your stay. The three bedrooms all have TVs, comfy beds and fluffy towels. All around very clean! We managed to set our heating on the Hive thermostat - so woke up every morning to a warm house. The blue folder has lots of useful tips and info to make your stay fruitful - so make sure to flick through it. Haven’t stayed in chalets & lodges before, but, this is very encouraging! We will definitely be using these options - and would happily return to the Sunset Lodge 5! Thank you.

We spent the Christmas holidays at Sunset Lodge 5 in Llanbedr, and it was a wonderful experience.

From start to finish, the stay was comfortable, festive, and stress-free. ​Graham and Sharon were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ​ The accommodation was spotlessly clean and much more spacious than we expected—perfect for a holiday getaway. ​ A huge thank you to the hosts for being kind enough to set up and decorate a Christmas tree for us. It made the lodge feel like a home away from home the moment we walked in. ​Perfectly situated for exploring Llanbedr, Harlech, North Wales, and the stunning scenery of Snowdonia. ​ We highly recommend Sunset Lodge 5 for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay in North Wales. We would definitely return!

The accommodation is excellent: comfortable, spacious and superbly equipped with absolutely everything you could ask for. The lodge is also set in a wonderful, peaceful location within walking distance of Llanbedr village. We have stayed in other properties in Llanbedr village and in the local area and this is by far the best and we will definitely return. Thankyou!

The lodge was stunning, comfortable, very clean, spacious and had ever amenity we needed.

The location was perfect to reach so many things too. The hosts had left a handy folder full of local information and leaflets for local attractions to point lodgers in the right direction. Would thoroughly recommend this lodge to anyone.

An outstanding property.

Beautiful location, and amazing cottage. Everything is new, and very high quality. Probably the nicest place we've ever been to. Anyone will enjoy the stay here.

We had a lovely stay at the sunset lodge.

It was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had brought our own, but were still pleasantly surprised to find some child-friendly plates! Lots to do in the area with small children so we appreciated the comfy sofas for putting out feet up at the end of the day.

There wasn’t a hair dryer at the property so would be a good idea to proved one .

. Lots of DVD ‘s but no DVD player ?

Everything was on point, from the views, to location, to the vibe the area has set.

We were a group of 6 so company also matters. We managed to see quite a lot of places and it was easy to get to the Lodge too. Everything was provided and catered for, you just needed to take your clothes and food that’s all. Thank you Sharon for being on call whenever we wanted. I do hope to return one day. Thank you

Very well equipped property.

Very spacious. Would have benefitted form a slip mat in shower as I recently had heart surgery and also a fall at home. The shower was lovely and easy to use just a small issue of a mat.

Sunset Lodge 5, what an incredible place to stay!

Every part of the lodge is just beautiful. It was the perfect base for our first adventure to Wales and we have already booked to come back next year.
