Cross the threshold into the open-plan living space with parquet flooring and unwind in front of the Smart TV on the plush sofas, marvel at the panoramic views over the countryside while the group's designated chef rustles up a hearty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. The AGA woodburner can be pivoted to offer warmth and cosiness to your chosen area of the expansive living area. The centre of the pretty village of Llandyssil is just paces away and offers many pleasant walks directly from your doorstep or take a short drive into Montgomery where you can explore the 12th century Montgomery Castle, visit the small farmer's market on a Thursday, explore the artisan shops and eateries, including the former Michelin Star restaurant ' The Checkers' or the dog friendly ' Dragon Hotel' which offers excellent food in the beautiful 16th Century timber framed building. The Kerry Vale Vineyard is just a stone's throw away for guided vineyard visits as well as a cafe and a delicatessen. Nearby Glansevern Hall and the National Trust Powis Castle offer further destinations for great days out. Keen ramblers will be in their element as the Shropshire Hills AONB lie nearby and host a wealth of walking, hiking, and cycling trails that are rewarded with picturesque panoramas of the Welsh and English countryside. The historic town of Shrewsbury with its Tudor town centre is a scenic drive away; explore Shrewsbury Abbey, Prison, Castle and museum,
or perhaps a leisurely river cruise on the Severn then refuel at one of the town's many excellent restaurants and bars. Food Lover's Delight, Ludlow is also just 23 miles from Llety Cariad which is also home to Ludlow castle in the centre of the town.

The quality of the property is first class throughout, topped with fantastic views. So much thought has gone into everything you may need. The kitchen is well equipped, quality of everything in this property are of the highest standard. Even to the smallest touches of fresh flowers, lovely welcome hamper and quality of outdoor seating. Carol and David were very welcoming, once we'd settled in, everything was explained...use of the hot tub & sauna etc. We would Definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.
