The window was locked with the lock broken, so could not open it making it suffocating and hot inside.
The washroom exhaust fan was not working making it stuffy. No response on compensation also because of the inconvenience. Poor hosting :( we have videos as proof but cannot upload as there is only option of photos
Beautiful lodge.
Spent my son's 8th birthday here for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. Lots of sheep sounds to help you rise with the sun. Hot tub was maintained the whole time we were there by staff. Brilliant experience xxx
