The lodge itself it cosy and modern Marshmallow/skewers/lemonade/fresh milk was a nice touch.

Advertise you do these positives in the booking as it adds a little value to the booking . Situated well on nice farm area However, the hot tub chlorine levels were excessively high and stripped colour out of swimwear , there was an old plaster on the decking next to it too. Would be nice to have a cover over it for winter use. There was a bunch of hair grips left by a previous guest inbetween the placemats on the table which goes to show it’s not thoroughly cleaned or checked between guests. The floor on upstairs mezzanine had dust bunnies & some debris lying, which is off putting. Booking never mentioned you would need to bring your own additional towels , this should be made clear as £5 per additional towel is a bit cheeky , especially as it’s not mentioned clearly in the booking terms. The bench outside and inside was very wobbly and seems a bit tired. All in all,OK for the price but wouldn’t come back . There was also flies everywhere and despite keeping the doors and windows closed, they were crawling all over which was a bit off putting.

It was a lovely stay -- highly recommended.

We will be back in the near future.

A beautiful lodge in a very rural location.

Peaceful and quiet with no light pollution. The scenery is magnificent being surrounded by the Welsh hills. The addition of the hot tub is a bonus and definitely got used after all the walking we did.

We had a great holiday staying at Doe Lodge.

The lodge is set in an outstanding location with views over the mountains. The lodge has all the facilities for a family holiday and relaxation in the hot tub.

Excellent lodge high quality in beautiful surroundings- already booked again for next year plus my family are coming again as well.

Absolutely amazing!

! Such a lovely little properly, in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Was perfect for us and our 3 children. The property is furnished beautifully and well equipped for a nice easy, comfortable stay. Thank you for the lovely little touches (providing marshmallows and sticks to toast on the fire pit and a little bottle of milk in the fridge). The site was nice and safe for our children and they enjoyed the little on site play area. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would most certainly recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back!!

We had a lovely stay in the Doe Lodge.

It was comfortable for the 2 of us. The location was brilliant with lots to do and the hosts were so helpful.

We had a great stay at the lodge, it was beautifully presented, comfortable and cosy and warm!

We chose this lodge to stay in to celebrate my friends 40th birthday and she absolutely loved it! The only (little) negative was that the flush on the toilet was very weak, it literally just trickled with water and didn’t always flush properly, apart from that it was a 10/10 stay!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!

Everything we was promised was delivered! The owners were truly accommodating and so welcoming. They made our time at there property so relaxing and memorable. They even went out there way to come over and introduce themselves and were a lovely couple!!! We had such an amazing time that we are going to try and book up 3 lodge's for the summer so our whole family can experience the beautiful surroundings that they have to offer on their site. We definitely recommend a stay there and can't wait to go back with out family next year. Thank you!!!

Amazing property and host owner.

Very clean and receptive services. The owners was checking and do maintenance of hot tube everyday. The location are magnificent, very quiet and peaceful which I consider as is an escape from our daily routine. You can find around 30 min drive a lot of places to visit or if chosen to stay and chill in your hot tube. Also on site they have lambs and playground, so my kids was busy all the days

Absolutely loved the chalet and area.

Just one downfall , and that was the flys! Not sure where they were coming from as we kept all the windows shut , but still kept getting in somehow . Vet annoying .

Doe Lodge is the perfect accommodation for a short break away.

Very clean and had everything you would need, and the views are even better than seen on the photos! Perfectly situated for lots of walks and exploring, or just sitting in the hot tub watching the birds of prey overhead!

Amazing in every way.

The accommodation was very clean and had all that you needed for a few nights away. The views where stunning and just a lovely peaceful place to visit. 100% will be returning.

All amazing apart from the Wi-Fi Would invest in a Wi-Fi extender or something that would give good strength Wi-Fi in the cottage Apart from that it was amazing

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend, beautiful views and and the lodge was perfect for what we needed.

The only negative I would have to mention is the level of cleanliness inside the lodge, it needs a deep clean, wouldnt put me off re booking however.

We have just returned from a weekend at Doe Lodge with friends.

We arrived on Friday evening and access to the property was easy and swift. It is set in beautiful countryside so is the ideal place to chill out and relax. The shower was nice and hot and the beds were comfy which made for a good nights sleep. The hot tub was lovely and hot and was the perfect way to chill in the evening. Claire from Cae Llwyn Breaks went above and beyond the call of duty to send me something back I had left in the accommodation which I am very grateful to her for. I would definitely recommend Doe Lodge and Cae Llwyn Breaks and I will hopefully be returning in the near future! Matt.

Amazing.

Just absolutely amazing. Steve and Claire were so friendly and helpful. Lodge was perfect and exactly as advertised. Hot tub was just perfect too. Holiday did exactly what we needed it too. Excellent break away.

A wonderful stay at this location.
