The lodge has two bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities as well as a family bathroom.
The galley style kitchen opens into the comfortable sitting room, with dining area and fantastic views across the garden to the mountain beyond.
The enclosed lawned garden has a patio with an enticing hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars and impressive dark skies that the area is renowned for.

This lodge is not luxury.
As with a previous review I agree about the issue of fly sticky tapes in every room. A bit of an eye sore, why not have ultra violet fly zappers. Plastic wine glasses are for camping. The seat of the leather settee has gone out of shape. The arm of the bed settee was left unclipped and loose. Some of the bulbs in the outside patio area porch need replacing. Both bedroom doors rub on the floor when closing. The en-suite floor needed a good scrub. No hot water the last two days of our holiday. A mass of falling leaves collected outside of the lodge. With the amount of trees that are there they need to be cleared every few days. It could be a beautiful lodge in a stunning area.

I wouldn’t describe it as luxury as it states in the description. Could do with a good lick of paint in every room as there is dirty marks on walls,broken blind in bathroom, hot water is hit and miss, lime scale around tap in kitchen, no mattress protector’s on the 2 single beds the quilts on all three beds had black hairs, dirty marks on them and rips in them and the fly strips hanging in every corner of the rooms covered in flies was so off putting especially the one that’s hanging by the dining room table ( not nice to see when your trying to eat your food) also the broken slab in the garden are nearly sliced my foot open. Other than that it’s ok for a few days stay.
A lovely few nights relaxation, watching the red kites and the night sky.
Beautiful setting and everything in the lodge for a relaxing stay.
