“This place is truly a gem.”

It was clean, had everything you need, extra towels and pillows. The hot tub is very nice. The setting is beautiful. The owners and management are just so lovely. They have a little farm shop hut that you can buy fresh eggs and milk from. The eggs are the best I have ever had. The main bed was absolutely comfortable. The two single beds in the second bedroom were comfortable, just a little indented in the middle but still comfy. The sofabed I found uncomfortable due to the springs, but saying ...

The sofabed I found uncomfortable due to the springs, but saying this, sofabeds are for occasional use and iv never really found a comfortable sofabed in any place I have stayed as they get overused. Maybe a foam sofabed rentals could try and see how those go on terms of longevity, compared to spring ones. Saying this though I would still go back and highly recommend and still five stars. The Ellan valley is a must to visit. Little towns nearby, petrol station and co-op and Asda and Greggs. The red kite birds feeding is quite nice to see. Bit expensive for a large family but still very nice. The house can be as warm as you want it or cool with the overhead fans or windows open. Thanks for a lovely stay. Kids loved it and so did we. A quiet get away from the city. We stayed for a full seven days and enjoyed everyday. In terms of directions, look for the chapel which is on the main road, then turn left or right depending which direction your coming from. Book it. You won't regret.
