Great place to stay, all the home comforts you need.
Loved the hot tub and the dogs loved the secure garden. Would definitely stay again.
Great accommodation and beautiful location.
If you are after something peaceful this is an excellent choice. Just a short distance to Llandrindod Wells which is well worth a few days exploring!
We stayed at the property for one week.
The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet back road with very little traffic and passing noise. The property is also within close proximity to several small villages which we visited. All were very charming and pretty. The home itself was very stylish and modern and the hot tub was well maintained. Very happy with how everything looked. The garden was very useful for our pets as we have stayed at properties in the past in which the garden is not really substantial. Parking was ample also. It was advertised as being able to fit two cars but we easily fit three with no difficulties. My only concerns were mainly about the facilities. Firstly, the bin is quite a walk away if you were to stay at the cottage at the end of the line as we did. Another bin towards the middle of far side would have been really helpful. The fridge and washing machine could also be bigger which would be very helpful. 7 people in all were staying for a week and the fridge is tiny...the freezer even more so. If, like us, guests were to buy a large shop, then there is hardly anywhere to store anything. We found ourselves eating things in a panic as we couldn't fit it in the fridge or freezer. This also meant that drinks could not be cooled properly and nobody wants a warm beer on a hot day! More cleaning equipment would've been appreciated. A hoover for example. We had to go out and buy our own broom. Finally, a lot of the fixtures seemed quite cheap and flimsy. It's like the money was spent on the gorgeous building and garden but things like furniture were scrimped on. The bedrooms also need more storage in that vein. We only had one very flimsy coat rack in our room. It was neither use nor ornament. A few sets of drawers or a wardrobe would've been so much more appreciated. Finally, the flies were also frustrating at times, but that can't be helped. It was summer in the country after all. It would be helpful for guests to ensure they take fly spray with them. All in all, we really did enjoy our stay. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in the home. If these small issues were addressed, this properly would certainly be five star.
