We had such a lovely weekend at the pod.

The hot tub was definitely put to good use. Loved the fact that our dogs could just run around and I wasn’t concerned about them getting out. Lovely to see the host each morning and have a quick chat. Xx thanks for a great experience and we can’t wait to return xx

We arrived at the pods with our two dogs, planning to explore and hike around the Welsh border – and this place turned out to be an excellent base for exactly that.

The location is outstanding. Within a short distance, you can find a wide range of natural attractions and historical sites, and the proximity to Wales is a big bonus if you want to explore both sides of the border. One of the biggest advantages of the accommodation is its peaceful, quiet setting. It’s ideal for switching off after a long day outdoors. The fenced yard provides secure parking, which was very reassuring, and it also means dogs can roam freely and safely – a huge plus for anyone travelling with pets. Shops and a petrol station are just a 10–15 minute drive away, so everything you need is easily accessible without compromising the sense of remoteness. All in all, this is a perfect place for nature lovers and hikers, especially those travelling with dogs.

Plenty of things to do. The welcome pack was very useful! The hot tub was the perfect touch. Quiet and warm. Will be booking again in the summer! This was the perfect winter getaway.

Absolute gem of a find and only 50 minutes from home.

Tucked away, back of beyond. The pod itself was so cosy. Comfy bed and Netflix, what more do you need. The hot tub was great, views lovely and some nice walks. I will definitely be recommending the pod and we will be back.

Wow what a beautiful place.

Me and my partner have been to so many different pods over the years and this one was special. We booked for 2 nights just for somewhere to relax and thats exactly what we got! We stayed in the Corndon pod, it had everything we needed and was so cosy. The views are to die for, I sat out one night watching the stars and then got up early to catch the sunrise, so incredible. The hosts left us milk in the fridge, brownies and prosecco, which were such lovely add ons and we felt so at home! The hot tub was lovely and there's loads of different walks you can do in the area if you wanted to. Will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely stay and our dogs loved it.

I want to provide some feedback though which I think needs to be reviewed. The bed has seen better days, the base is fine but the mattress was not great and to be honest we had some really bad nights sleep due to the mattress and pillow comfort so we left the night before just to get some sleep! I would absolutely come again, but only when the mattress should has been changed and the pillows need to be a little better too as they have seen better days as they were flat. The pod was clean and all the extra touches were lovely. Hosts were great. I didn’t want to disturb the hosts with a mattress query as i am aware that would not be able to be resolved but it is a coil mattress and you can feel each coil when trying to sleep.

There was a heatwave the weekend we went, so the hot tub was great to relax in to cool off. All facilities are good and adequate for what you'd need. Only slight negative was the drive to the pod from the main road. It's a very rough surface, and takes it out on anything not a 4x4 I would say. Would go again definitely though

Absolutely lovely property in area of peace and tranquility.

Met with owners on daily basis and very attentive to your needs. Would certainly recommend to others and will no doubt return as in area of interest and accessibility to other attractions.

This was an absolutely superb place to stay.

Angie went above and beyond for us and her recommendations for places to go and eat were spot on. It was also very quiet and the hot tub was fantastic. We will definitely be back thank you.

Our stay at corndon pod was absolutely perfect.

There is plenty of room inside and outside the pod. We have a large and medium size dog and had no issues. We even took our two dogs cages (Xl and M) and it wasn’t a problem in the means of space. Outside the pod was a lovely garden in which our two dogs enjoyed. The hot tub was definitely used daily. The fact you could get onto 500acre of walking space right from the door was a bonus beautiful views all around. Will most definitely be returning to your 4sleeper pod to bring the children. Thank you again for an amazing holiday pod.

We had a lovely stay, the views were amazing and the pod was very clean and tidy.

The procecco and home made brownie was also a lovely suprise. I would highly recommend staying here and would be happy to return.

What a great find this was!

Cosy and comfortable for two adults and two dogs. Hot tub was great under the stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely, be coming back.

We really enjoyed are stay here. What a place to spend our first wedding anniversary in a hot tub under the stars. Will definitely be revisiting at some point,and recommending to family and friends.

This was our second time visiting the pods and again it didn't disappoint.

We love the quiet surroundings, the coziness of the pod and of course the luxury of the hot tub. An added bonus for us is the secure enclosed garden for our two dogs to roam in while we enjoy the hot tub. Also the walk over the hills at the rear of the pod are lovely. We have booked again as these pods are perfect for some R&R.

Fantastic break at the Corndon Pod.

What a beautiful place! Lovely welcome treats on arrival for both us and the dogs were a nice surprise. Helpful and friendly hosts who were happy to answer any questions but also gave total privacy to guests and did not disturb us at all even to do the daily hot tub checks. Scenic and tranquil, the perfect setting for relaxing as well as some fantastic walks followed by a nice soak in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back I’m sure. A beautiful and peaceful setting, the enclosed garden space was perfect for our two dachshunds who really didn’t want to leave.

My husband enjoyed a relaxing daily soak in the hot tub and the pod had everything we needed. It really was a great venue for a splendid break.

Perfect stay, the pod was lovely alongside the extra touches which were really thoughtful when we arrived.

The hot tub was amazing and we loved spending time in there taking in the views on an evening whilst the dogs were able to explore the secure garden. Lots of great walks from the door step with great views. We explored some local towns all within 20 mins of the pod. The whole stay was really relaxing and we would highly recommend, we will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.

Property is very quaint with lots of little touches.

We have just arrived back home after a lovely stay at Corndon Pod.

The pod was so much bigger than we thought, plenty of room for 2 of us and 2 large dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed, the hot tub was amazing too. The pod itself is in an amazing idyllic location with beautiful views and lots of lovely walks right from the doorstep. I would highly recommend and we plan on returning again next year.Thank you Angie for a lovely stay and for our arrival treats, they were much appreciated after a long drive! :)

Beautiful clean well equipped shower with thoughtful little touches Only thing that let it down was lack of hot water although I do believe it was soon be sorted and they were aware of the problem Every effort was taken to make sure they were the best pods out there and comfort and relaxing were there priority.

This a wonderful place to come on holiday.

The pods are warm and comfortable, and are perfectly equipped with everything you need for a good holiday. The hillside behind the pods is beautiful and allows you free/open access to other great hill walks and walking routes.The stone circle and ancient field markings give you a real sense of the history of the area. The hot tub is always full,clean and just the right temperature. An active holiday walking the dogs is easily combined with long comfortable evenings in the tub. Dog owners will love coming here as the walks are excellent and each pod has a large garden for the dogs to run around in. The lack of too much artificial light at night allows for beautiful views of the stars while sitting in the hot tub. The hosts are class act. The attention to detail ,complimentary prosecco,the cleanliness of the pods and the daily attention to the condition of the hot tub and the site in general by the host/owner Angie is something to behold. You will not regret a short stay or a longer stay in spring,summer or even winter,so get booking .For more comfort the same site has a larger property now attached which is delivered and managed with the same attention to detail and comfort as the smaller pods. We generally didn't visit the same place twice prior to discovering this spot,we have now visited 4 times with our dogs. Do not miss out on this little gem in the underrated Shropshire hills...

The property was just lovely, just the right size, warm and cosy.

The outdoor space was perfect for the dogs and secure. The location for us was also perfect - in the middle of no where with the most beautiful views. The only thing I would say is the signs on the way in are very small so you really have to be on the lookout but other than that we had the most amazing weekend, thank you

Absolute relaxation!

We loved our stay at the Corndon Pod - the area is stunning, the pod was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! Only comment would be that the shower was slightly difficult and we struggled to get it to warm properly (but perhaps we weren't following the instructions well enough) but otherwise cannot fault the whole thing and would highly recommend! We will be back :)

No negatives at all in our stay. Welcoming package of Prosecco, brownies, tea & coffee etc is excellent. Very comfortable and will return.

We stayed for 3 nights in the corndon pod with our two dogs and it did not disappoint.

Great location, walks from the door step, beautiful views and the pod itself surprised me how comfortable and snug it was. The garden completely secure for our two dogs. We will definitely come back

All you need for a comfortable, peaceful break with stunning views included! The hot tub was an added bonus. Perfect hosts - when we did need to call Angie was literally there in minutes to help us out. The garden was brilliant for our two labs, lots of grass and plenty of room. 10+ all round and can’t wait to go back, maybe even for 2 weeks next time.

! Didn't want to leave. The pod and hot tub were superb. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We will be returning with friends as we can't stop telling everyone how lovely it was. Great views and an excellent, quiet place to chill and unwind from our busy lives.

Absolutely beautiful pod.

Location great, very peaceful and views for days. Great secure garden for Luna our Boston Terrier and the best hot tub. We celebrated my husbands birthday while we were here. It most certainly was what we needed after being in Tenby, Wales for 4 days before hand as my husband competed in the long course weekend. So, relaxing in the hot tub was defo top of the list. Thank you so much and we will most certainly tell friends and family about this stunning place.

On arrival, there was a bottle of prosecco and home baked chocolate brownies waiting for us

What a fantastic stay we had!

The pod was immaculate and the views were to die for! Our dogs loved the secure garden and was just the relaxing treat we needed!

Everything was absolutely as expected and more - most importantly to us was secure fencing for our little dogs.

The pod itself was warm, cosy, stylish and had everything we needed. Despite the pods being next to each other they have been designed to be incredibly private and we never saw anyone else. Hot tub was amazing and being able to walk straight out onto the open hills was bliss!!!

Lovely stay, amazing location and views, enclosed garden is a big plus for a safe and enjoyable stay for all

The pod was beautifully done, it was very comfortable and warm despite freezing outside temperatures.

It had everything you needed for a simple dinner or cooked breakfast. The hot tub was a treat, and the enclosed, sizeable garden was perfect for our dog to have sniff about and play. The touches of a bottle of prosecco, milk and television apps such as iplayer already being signed in were hugely appreciated. We absolutely loved it, the view in the morning was spectacular. The only thing we did struggle with was the hot water, we couldn't get the hang of it. A beautiful place to stay run by lovely people.

We have been on many hot tub cabin stays but this one was by far our favourite, a peaceful stay with absolutely amazing views and friendly owners, the added extras were brilliant, we will definitely be back again.

Hot tub was lovely and the pod had everything you need to be comfortable / prepare a simple meal. Already looking to rebook for the new year to explore more of the local area with the dogs

The Corndon Pod was absolutely lovely!

The views are spectacular and location was very private. The pod was very clean, had everything you needed and more! Hot tub was amazing and was a great place to relax and stargaze at night. The bottle of Prosecco and homemade brownies were a lovely surprise! We couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

The pod was absolutely beautiful, such great facilities and actually a lot more space than I was expecting.

Great feature having the fenced in garden too as we could let the dog roam without worrying where she would be. A lovely homely touch of brownies and Prosecco on arrival too. Would love to stay again!

The best mini break.

Only thing wrong is I wish I’d booked to stay longer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will 100% be booking to stay again.

The remoteness of the location and backdrop were lovely and the hot tub was bigger than expected and well serviced.

The bottle of Prosecco and home made brownies were also nice on our arrival. With that said, our bathroom smelt of mould and had an absolutely disgusting smell which then spread to the rest of the pod. I told the owner about this on the second day to which she replied it was the septic tank and that it was only at this pod that that happened because they’d missed something when building it. Whilst that might be the case the owner did nothing to rectify this for the duration of our four night stay and instead with each day the smell got worse and unfortunately our holiday ruined. This was to the point that we tried looking up places to stay elsewhere. If this is a known issue then I would have expected the tank be emptied prior to our arrival and something done to rectify this during our stay. The other issue we experienced was a couple of floor boards inside that were raised enough to continually stub your toe on and a couple of the slabs of the patio that you could physically lift up. This meant anytime you walked on them they’d come up on the other side to hit you in the leg or foot. Again I struggle to see how the owner couldn’t have known about these. I hate to leave a “bad” review for someone’s business, and have never done so before, but if I had known the above when booking I’d have booked elsewhere or certainly another of the pods. I hope at least my review is constructive enough that this can be rectified going forward.

The pod is beautiful, it’s lovely and cosy and there was plenty of room for the two of us.

The location is so nice and quiet with stunning views to wake up to, perfect for a peaceful break! Hot tub was amazing, always clean and hot and well looked after every morning. We had such a lovely few days and will definitely be recommending to others!

Wonderful stay yet again Angie and Stuart have done a wonderful thing building these pods in a remote setting out off the way a nice way to.

The pod was fantastic very well set up and perfect for pets, the pubs and restaurants in local areas were very good and very welcoming to visitors.

One thing not really worth mentioning I would of liked to see a map of footpaths around the pods but with good internet it’s all on your phone anyway. Will be booking again and recommending it friends and family

Me and my boyfriend came here for 3 nights and it was such good value for money!

The pod was bigger then expected and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the tv not playing sound and Angie came round and sorted it for us straight away, she was so friendly and was very apologetic for the problem (wasn’t her fault, sometimes technology can be a bit difficult). We had a few days of sunshine which made the views even better, I’d also recommend going in the spring time as the baby lambs in the field in front of the pods were an added extra; they were adorable! Two places we’d recommend were carding mill valley for a lovely walk and the Nags Head for some great food. I’ve told all my friends and family about this place and we will definitely be back at some point in the next year for another UK break :) (p.s. the hot tub was so relaxing and definitely made the experience)

The only issue I had was I couldn’t get the shower very hot, but you had warned me about that and that you were planning on sorting it.

We had a lovely stay at the Cordon Pod.

The pod was immaculate on arrival and so cosy and lovely and warm. We visited in February so was quite chilly and was surprised how warm the pod was. The arrival gifts of brownies, prosecco and even treats for our dog was a lovely touch. Angie was an amazing host who came to check the hot tub daily and was so friendly and gave tips and advice for the local area. The pods are in an amazing location for walking and for a peaceful stay and very dog friendly. We will 100% be returning and have recommended to lots of friends. x

The pod was pretty much what we expected.

Located in a beautiful part of Shropshire with hundreds of walks very close by. If your looking for peace and tranquillity, this is the place. No complaints whatsoever the pod was clean and tidy with welcoming gifts (very nice touch) Hot tub was lovely and maintained everyday. Only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the shower, really struggled to get hot water and when we managed to get it , it soon ran cold. Could use some attention. One word sums up our cordon pod stay AMAZING The pod itself is fresh clen tidy & fully equipped to a high standard it gives you everything you need for a stay be it dry or raining.

It just so comfortable. The hot tub perfect size well maintained in the perfect location to just take in the stunning views by day or star's by night. TV with netflix great again if you just want to relax WiFi is incredible to say you are so remote we had better service than at home in a town. The location is peaceful and unspoilt you can walk as much or as little as you want. Within easy drive of many places of interest & local amenities. Do try local produce Meats Cheeses Breads ice creams all so tasty. You host's certainly go the extra mile for the guests you have the reassurance that they are there should you need them but they ensure they are not intrusive when carrying out job's like hot tub maintenance. Always a friendly smile and wave. As soon as you see the space you have with grassed area patio pod & parking you know they want you to enjoy your stay & privacy. There are just 3 pod's in an area that on many glamping sites would have fitted in 6. The fencing & gates again give you privacy and if like us you have dog's with you give them freedom whilst remaining safe and secure. The pre-arrival instructions your hosts send are helpful and informative. The welcome gifts are a real treat. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and will do our best to visit again.

From the ease of booking , information prior to and during our trip this was the first glamping trip we have done it won't be the last.

The directions we received prior to our trip were spot on and we arrived at our pod without any problems. The pod itself was fabulous extremely clean and came with everything we needed to self cater throughout out trip. The hot tub was positioned so you had total privacy and the garden was secure so our dog could roam safely without having to be on a lead. The area is a haven for scenic walking and we could walk for miles . After working solid for 2 years and having 3 foreign holidays cancelled due to covid this was a much needed break . Angie the owner was a great source of local information and always on hand if you needed anything. We will be returning without a doubt.

What an amazing find.

Cosy pod in surrounded by the picturesque Shropshire Hills. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas and then a dip in the hot tub afterwards. Was impressed with the kitchen facilities and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely 3 night break away.

The contained outside space was great to keep our dog safe. The hot tub was fantastic. The walks from the door were lovely with wonderful views.

Absolutely stunning location, property was clean and tidy with a a lovely welcome pack and bottle of bubbly (the personal touch means a lot).

If I had to be fussy I would say the mattress was a little uncomfortable but I suffer with back issues so may be fine for anyone else, it certainly would not stop me coming back!

Only grumble was the noise of he fridge; being very light sleepers, the intermittent buzz did affect our sleep.

Other than this, a great stay, very good and will be back.

Lovely weekend stay, the area is so quiet perfect for some time away.

The Lodge is perfect!

It’s lovely and clean and the owner went above and beyond with tea, coffee, sugar, champagne and dog treats! When the electric went out (totally out of anyone’s control) the owner emailed us straight away! Overall the most perfect break!

The pod was so much better than we expected.

Enclosed space was so perfect for our dogs and the veiws were breathtaking. Everything we needed was included (prosecco was a lovely extra touch.) Hottub was perfect and the whole place was spotless.

A net would be nice to remove flies from hot tub.

Instructions for use of microwave/combi and hob would have been helpful.

We absolutely loved the pod and will definitely come back!

The hot tub was a great thing to have just to sit and enjoy the view. The surroundings were lovely, it was so peaceful and we loved watching the sunrise in a morning, it was beautiful. The pod was clean and had everything you needed. The only 2 points I would say could be improved would be adding a drying rack because there was no where to dry dishes when they had been washed. The second thing was the duvet cover was really bobbly and worn. The pillows were also quite flat and the pillow cases were also bobbly and worn. I wouldn’t mind bringing my own pillows from home if I had known beforehand. The bed sheet, however, was really soft so that was comfy! Overall though we had a really great stay at the pod and it was a fabulous way to celebrate my 30th birthday! I’ve recommended it to friends and family already and we will be booking again as soon as possible!

Perfect place to relax and unwind. The hot tub and bottle of fizz were lovely luxuries. We will definitely be coming back but for longer this time!

Absolutely loved our stay in Corndon Pod.

It had everything we needed, the garden area was great for our two pugs and the scenery was amazing. Definitely hope to be back soon!

Lovely views, the pod was lovely and clean. The hot tub was an added bonus! Angie kept in contact throughout our stay and we was so happy to be away! Everything was safe and in line with COVID standards. We will be returning! Thank you Angie

We had a lovely break in Corndon Pod.

Angie has obviously thought about the little touches in the pod as well as space-saving furniture to make the most of the internal area. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing. Angie was great at testing it each morning without disturbing us. The pods back onto the hills so it was easy to just walk past them then through the gate straight up to the hills- our dog loved it too! The garden is fully enclosed and a very generous size. The fridge does have a freezer compartment (in case you wanted to bring ice cream!). The prosecco was an added bonus which we were not expecting. Overall, we would highly recommend and hope to come back next year.

Our stay in Sunrise Pods facilities was amazing, beautiful accommodation with incredible views, lovely area, the pod itself was so cosy and clean, we had all the commodities we needed, we enjoyed our time there so much and would definitely consider staying there again!

Fantastic place had a really great time amazing views hottub was fantastic and the pod was cozy and warm.

Took are little pug lola with us and she loved it to running around on the grass. Would highly recommended and definitely will be coming back and staying a little longer.

Having your own enclosed garden for our dog made us feel able to sit and relax in the hot tub looking over the hills. Angie is brilliant, able to communicate with her at any time - we opened the fridge to find milk and prosecco which was a lovely surprise. Would also recommend The Miners pub for pizza Wednesday's which was a short drive away. Would look through re-visit as a couple or with friends and book two pods. Had a lovely few days, thank you!

It was amazing.

We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Lovely area and people who own it made it very special. Bottle of fizz .milk and even dog treats . Very chilled to get away from everything. Just what we needed . Will definitely be back . Thank you for helping making new memories ❤ x

What can I say about this place except pure heaven The owners cannot do enough for you.

. The cleanliness is superb The views gorgeous and the privacy is out of this world.. The hot tub is added bonus.. We will definitely be returning.

We have just returned from a 5 night break in the Corndon pod in Shropshire where we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with our two dogs.

We had an amazing time.On arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco and milk in the fridge which is a lovely touch. There was loads of different walks to take the dogs just at the back of us. We were able to relax in the hot tub when we wanted without the worry of being disturbed. The hot tub was tested daily by the owner Angie. We were made to feel at home from the start. Lots of communication from the owners and any questions that we had. If you wanted to get a takeaway would need to collect. We had pizza from the pub The Miners (Wednesday) which was about an 8 minute drive. Would defo look at returning in the near future.

A real get away never felt so relaxed. Hot tub for the evenings after a day of walking. My dog loved it too

No the pod was ideal for us as there was only two of us.

The main reason for choosing this type of stay was because we could bring our dogs and the use of the hot tub.

Another fantastic stay at Corndon Pod, after really enjoying our first visit last year we couldn’t wait to come back and relax again.

The pod is ideal for us and our dog - cosy, clean and well equipped pod, walks from the door and the hot tub for us in the evening. Another great welcome pack - flowers, a heart shaped cake, Prosecco and some hot chocolate with marshmallows for valentines weekend! Angie is great and really takes on board any feedback - not that we had much constructive feedback, we loved it! Looking forward to another visit soon (hopefully with better weather!)

Everything was wonderful at the pod, owners very helpful with any queries or issues - they also contacted us before coming to check the hot tub.

Pod was very clean and private, perfect for the short break away we wanted! Will be returning.

Sunshine Pods It is a great base for exploring surrounding areas it is lovely, quiet and relaxing.

You can chose to explore or do nothing. There is plenty of outside space and the hot tub was a great plus for us. Would be fabulous during summer months where you get plenty of light and can sit outside and enjoy the views.

The view from the pods was incredible. There is plenty to do in the local area. The pod had everything we needed and more. I particularly loved the gated area around the pod. It meant we could relax knowing the dog was safe each time he went outside. Would highly recommend!!

The pod was finished to a high standard and was much more spacious than expecting for the two of us and a dog. The welcome pack was lovely and Angie and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful for anything we needed. The garden was secure and ideal for the dog and the hot tub was excellent for us. The pods are in a lovely private spot which we loved and we managed to get out for plenty of nearby walks! Couldn’t recommend enough and we’re hoping to be back soon!
