Stiperstones Pod

We had a totally relaxed time in such a scenic peaceful pod .

The owner Angie made us feel so welcome and left us delicious homemade brownies,a bottle of prosecco and milk to enhance our stay . We visited some beautiful places nearby before returning to bubble up in the hot tub overlooking the hills and listening to the birds and farm animals. A totally chilling experience and blessed by hot sunny weather

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and it was just perfect.

Then pod quite big (we've stayed in a few) and had everything you needed. The hot tub was ready for us on arrival with a bottle of bubbly. The garden is fully enclosed which meant i didnt have to constantly keep a check on Diesel (collie dog). We stayed here during storm Goretti and when I say it snowed it snowed! It was up to our knees. This made the place magical. The views that surround the pod are just stunning and getting to see it all covered in snow was perfect. Angie and the team were great. They went out of their way to dig out the path and our drive way and made sure everything was okay during and after the storm. The place has many walks of your door step too. We will definitely be visiting this place again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We stayed at Stiperstone Pod for a long weekend in November.

We arrived during a storm. The pod was lovely and warm, cosy, clean and tidy. The prosecco and brownies were just what needed. We had lovely walks right from the pod and visited Shrewsbury and Battlefield 1403. We had a nice walk around The Quarry Park and had a snack in the cafe in the park. We walked around The Bog and had a delicious lunch in the Stiperstone Inn. The pod had everything we needed and is very dog friendly with a great area for them to be allowed to be free. The hot tub was perfect and just the right temperature for the cold November evenings. We didn't meet the owners but had a few contact numbers just in case we dis need them. The pod is exceptional and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. I highly recommend and we are definitly going back one day.

This was an absolute gem of a place.

Beautiful sunrises experienced from a bubbling hot tub. Walks in abundance right on the doorstep. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for our 10 month old lunatic pup. It was tranquil, romantic, just what we needed to escape the daily grind. Really looking forward to seeing when we can make another visit. It was an absolute dream of a minimoon for us!

Very remote, but the standards were extremley high was very cozy and comfy allowed both our dogs to come along with us. We had a massive garden for them to run around in that was all enclosed and secure so we could relax in the hot tub knowing they were safe also. It was everything we needed wish it had been longer! Another fantastic stay at Sunrise Pods!

We visited last year, staying in the Corndon Pod and couldn’t wait to return this time and try the Stiperstones Pod. The pods are just beautiful! Cosy, immaculately clean and very comfortable they are perfect for a lovely quiet break with peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. The hot tub is a lovely addition after a hard day of walking too! Fabulous hosts who are on hand if you need them but otherwise just let you enjoy your break without any disturbances whatsoever. The lovely welcome gift of fizz and brownies was much appreciated. Fantastic walks and food all very close to a stunning base. Highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely be back for a third visit as soon as we can.

This place is beautiful, relaxing and exactly what an escape and break should be.

Well it's our first time doing anything like this we went for my birthday,we wanted a quite little get away where we could chill and unwind,Well we weren't disappointed what a beautiful little cabin set the beautiful countryside with beautiful views,peace in abundance,enclosed garden so your dog can run around a jacuzzi so you can relax with the prosecco that they have waiting for you Although we did take a couple more prosecco s with us,it was my birthday lol Inside the cabin is everything you need and done very nicely

Perfect getaway for me, my partner and our two dogs.

It's the best pod we've stayed in. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs so we could relax. The brownies and prosecco was a lovely surprise when we arrived and very much appreciated, thank you. There was milk, tea, coffee and sugar as well. Location and views from the pods is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect getaway, the pod was lovely and the size of the individual garden meant our dogs also enjoyed their stay.

We would never have considered a hot tub, but it was a lovely addition which we both enjoyed using. How many places can you lie in a hot tub with such spectacular views. The small touches like wine and chocolate brownies made it very welcoming. Great location, particularly if you enjoy walking and observing wildlife.

Lovely well maintained property in a beautiful location.

Very easy to find with the directions given in the listing and ease of checking in and out. Would highly recommend to others who are looking for a relaxing few days away.

This is the first time we’ve stayed in a pod and we will 100% be returning.

It was perfect! The enclosed garden area was perfect for the dog, he had so much space to run around the pod while we relaxed in the hot tub! The views were unreal from the pod! Inside the pod felt spacious and well laid out, plenty of room and very good facilities if we had bought more food to cook ourselves rather than eating out. Cannot recommend enough! And the brownies and Prosecco were the cherry on the cake!

Our stay was amazing!

It's such a beautiful area and so peaceful that words can't really do it justice. The property was perfect and cosy with a lovely sized yard for dogs if you want a quiet day, and scenic walks literally just through a gate down the road if you want to enjoy the area and get good exercise too! We didn't want to go home and will definitely be back soon! Thank you.

Communication was spot on.

And the pod was faultless. Warm cosy and had everything you needed to cook and relax already recommended to others and be back again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay.

The pod was perfect being enclosed was brilliant for the dogs and that there is somewhere to park the car close was a massive bonus. Angie was brilliant the pod was spotless the wine Milk and brownie were a lovely touch. The hot tub was lovely and maintained well the views were amazing loved the piece and quiet would highly recommend sunrise pods. The stress free week we had was a testament to Angie and how the place is run thank you for a lovely stay we will definatly be back.

Lovely pod very clean Fantastic views definitely visit again

We loved our stay and our Dog, Lola did as well, she was able to run around freely while we enjoyed the hot tub, watching the sunset after a long day was a major plus.

I would advise future guests to come in a bigger car, our car was a bit too low for the path leading to Sunrise Pods, so the bumper got a fair few scuffs. But it wouldn’t put us off coming back for another visit. 10/10

Stayed at these lovely pods for 2 nights, the pods are lovely and well kept, perfect privacy with fences separation other pods and totally enclosed which was perfect for our dog, superb scenery, all in all would recommend for anyone that's looking for a quiet getaway, owners are very helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Angie made us feel very welcome and left some personal touches in the pod before we got there which really made us feel at home. Both of our dogs had a fabulous time, and it was peace of mind knowing that the garden was completely secure. We spent most of our time admiring the beautiful scenery in our hot tub as well as some beautiful walks in the surrounding area with the dogs. We came for our mini moon after our wedding and it was brilliant. Definitely hoping to go back soon.

We had a wonderful few days away at Sunrise Pods.

We love glamping and found this pod to be exactly what you'd expect, however, the privacy and full fenced area for our dog are what made it truly standout! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!

Such a gorgeous pod with stunning views. Angie went above and beyond to make it perfect for a surprise birthday present. The pod was immaculate and was well equipped with all we needed and more. The information booklet was very helpful and especially about the showers, as they were a little on the cold side. We will definitely be back!

Area was beautiful, lovely views.

Quiet and peaceful. Pod was clean and modern, everything available from towels to fairy liquid plus tea and coffee. Lovely, thoughtful welcome bottle of fizz and homemade brownies. Hot tub was amazing and was discreetly checked daily by owners. Only slight downsides were shower ran warm not hot, toilet had a slight leak and the bathroom sink was tiny but none of these stopped us having an amazing break…thank you…will definitely be returning, soon I hope!

The owners have thought of everything, impossible to do anymore than they already do. Spotlessly clean and the pods contain all the facilities required.

Such A Beautiful Place!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The addition of the doggy treats, homemade brownies and prosecco on arrival was a very welcomes surprise (the brownies were delicious!!) We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! All features were great from the Hot Tub to the Free WiFi & Numerous entertainment packages such as Netflix on the TV. We are already looking at returning!! Thank you so much 5☆☆☆☆☆

Pod was extremely comfortable and there was everything you needed for the perfect break. Hot tub and the views were great. Will definitely be back again!

The property with enclosed garden and hot tub was lovely.

The fact that it was well away from the road meant that there was no through traffic and very quiet. great for walking the dogs. The brownies,.prosseco and bag of dog treats were much appreciated. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday place to stay then we would thoroughly recommend a stay in one of the four pods on this site.

Absolutely amazing!

The views are breath taking. It was so quiet and peaceful, and the walking routes were fabulous. The pod was very clean and we are so thankful for the prosecco, delicious brownies, milk and dog treats that were left as a gift for us! We will definitely be back :) PS - our puppy absolutely loved being able to run around the garden, it put our mind at ease that it was so secure!

We actually booked this for our honeymoon, and this was such a beautiful property!

The hot tub overlooking the hills was absolutely gorgeous, and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs to run and play in. The only trouble we had was that every time we boiled the kettle for a brew the smoke alarm went off

What an amazing place to stay.

Amazing views, the hot tub is brilliant at night. Even though there are other pods on site you don't even know they are there. The walks around are brilliant and just outside the front door. Will be going back again

We wanted peace and quiet with our dog and we certainly got it.

Pod was sufficient for our needs and tv with Netflix and catch up was great. Didnt go anywhere apart from rest ,hot tub and lovely scenery. We will definitely be back to escape the rat race,thanks.The owners respected our privacy,all good.

Everything was immaculate in the Pod, views were unbelievable. Hot Tub was great, lovely fenced off garden area with your own parking space and gate. Very secure & private couldn’t even tell there were 3 other pods next to us. Well presented inside with everything you need. Prosecco & homemade brownies on arrival was a lovely touch. Wifi & Smart TV worked brilliantly. Plenty of information in the booklet on the table with recommendations of local amenities. Set in an idealic location overlooking the valley. Beautiful views as your relaxing in the hot tub. The pod was everything and more than we expected. Fantastic little touches on arrival, milk, homemade brownies, dog treats and prosecco. Loved the secure garden, Ideal with our little pooches. Only thing is the shower could do with being warmer, but I have read this is being upgraded, def would not stop me coming again. Would (and have) recommended this wonderful relaxing break to friends and family.

The pod was very cosy and warm.

So too was the bed. Lovely views from the pod. Hot tub was a real treat. Enjoyed having walks directly from the accommodation .

The only issue we had was with the shower being temperamental.

However, we were shown the soft spot and informed a new shower is being fitted. We had a homemade brownie each waiting for us and towels rolled neatly on the bed. All my paranoid queries were answered with a smile and as soon as possible, which we really appreciated. Wonderful stay. Already thinking about coming back!

Bed a little squeaky when turning over but otherwise lodge lovely to stay in, sofa comfortable, hot tub amazing and great to have use of the tv in bad weather.

The dog loved it! Nearest pub/shops are quite a walk away so we did have to drive more than we thought, but a small price to pay. Would highly recommend Sun Rise Pods!

Beautiful location, homely and secure for the doggie.

A little shopping on the way up and you have no reason to leave the tranquility of your pod. Jacuzzi was lovely, although some technical problems with it the owner was quick to acknowledge them. Due to someone cancelling after us we were able to stay an extra night, BONUS! Fully recommend the stay for a couple with or without your doggie for some R&R.

Lovely holiday small & compact but everything you needed ,perfect for dogs large enclosed garden & brilliant walks right behind the pod our lab loved it ,the hot tub was really good we used it morn & night cant beat relaxing with those amazeing views .

Absolutely beautiful.

I booked the pod as a treat for my partners 40th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. It has everything you need, including extra touches like homemade brownies and Prosecco left ok the fridge. It really felt homely. The scenery is nothing short of stunning and waking up to the view in the morning was fab. The hot tub was amazing, what a way to soak in the views. It is secluded and so so quiet. Heaven for us, parents of three small children. It really allowed us to relax and reconnect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stiperstones Pod and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect holiday

Absolutely amazing place to stay , I am not good at doing nothing but this was the perfect place to sit and gaze into The countryside , the hot tub was a lovely touch with sunrise and sunset evenings .

My dogs have never been away with the enclosed gardens, the animals and fields was wonderful for them , they were very tired when we got home. Little extras added to our stay , thw brownies were amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend. X

Really a nice place to stay the scenery was lovely, plenty of good walks, the pod itself was very comfortable the hot tub was the icing on the cake, would definitely recommend and we will be booking again in the near future.

We had a fantastic fortnight in the pod.

The views from the garden are spectacular, over looking the valley with Stiperstones in the distance. There was more room inside the pod than we expected and with the under bed storage there was plenty of room for our clothes etc. The garden was very secure for our dog. The hot tub was brilliant. Angie the owner was attentive without being intrusive. There are walks straight from the pod up on to Stapeley Hill and even up to Corndon Hill in Wales! I would definitely recommend stay here.

Fantastic little spot away from it all.

Beautiful countryside and very easy to get into the hills - just round the back. Only 2 miles to the Welsh border, with a stone circle on the way. Wonderful hot tub, once I worked out how to get the water hot. Pod was basic, but clean. The instructions to the hob are in the drawers under the tele! There's nowhere to put clothes, but enough space for a small chest of drawers between bed & sofa. It gets extremely hot, like an oven, inside the pod with the door shut in the afternoon.

The pod was the perfect place to stay!

I wanted somewhere quiet to relax and unwind and the pod was exactly that! Angie was so kind to decorate the pod for my birthday which i really appreciated and also helped up with directions to the nearest pub! Our stay was absolutely perfect, the hot tub was lovely, the pod had everything you could need and we are already making plans to return. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean and the owner has the perfect balance of being friendly and welcoming but also leaving you to enjoy your stay. Excellent maintenance of the hot tub ensures your safety and cleanliness of the water…. And what a fantastic place to enjoy a coffee in the morning sunshine and to enjoy a glass or two of wine by moonlight

The area is very nice.

It was a great experience and 4 days was too little, next time will have to be for longer. The hottub was amazing and the area was nice and quite. We will recommend this to everyone as we have a really good time. One recommendation I would make for the future is have a roof or something to put above the hottub in case it rains so it can still be used. Overall it was an excellent experience and will be coming back again for sure.

Stiperstones Pod exceeded our expectations!

The pod was fantastically designed and beautifully clean with everything we needed for our weekend away. The location was stunning and the hot tub made the trip! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We absolutely loved our stay, everything was as described and yet still exceeded our expectations.

Only slight issue was with the shower, whilst we were able to get it hot after speaking with Angie, we found the shower head holder would flip forward whilst in use. Beyond that minor issue though everything was perfect and we will be back!

It was an amazing holiday and our first post-pandemic! My partner proposed on Valentine’s Day which made the holiday even more special! We enjoyed the hot tub so much and wanted to take it with us! Overall very comfy and the smart tv was an added bonus as we brought our laptop for Netflix! Same with coffee and sugar we had brought our own! :)

Had a really lovely stay.

The peace and quiet coupled with the views are amazing! Has plenty in the pod, especially for the size without feeling cramped. Lovely touch with the cake, Prosecco and milk upon arrival! Hot tub was perfect. The only things that could improve is the sofa; found it rather hard and uncomfortable. Also maybe a couple of hooks to hang coats above the shoe rack (just like the ones you have for cups would be fine). Not major issues at all and we booked our return visit whilst still there so not enough to put us off!

The scenery was amazing.

The pod included everything you needed. It was an amazing holiday and I would recommend 100%. Only fault is directions maybe making the sunrise pods sign a little bigger as drove past and got lost

The Pod was really nice and exactly what we needed to get away and enjoy the countryside.

Lovely to have a hot Tub and be able to sit outside and enjoy stunning views and also very near to a lovely hillside walking area. Only issue was it being a little to secluded meant to go into town or out for dinner was a drive but apart from this small detail would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the rural setting, the vue from the pod was amazing.

I can only speak for Stiperstones Pod (1 of 3) but would expect all to be the same.

I’d had doubts about glamping I have to admit but upon walking into the holiday pod, was very pleasantly surprised. All the facilities you could have wanted and nothing like a caravan. Very well fitted out and spotlessly clean, located in amazing surroundings. We received a bottle of Prosecco, milk and even dog treats for Oscar. We will definitely be returning, loved every minute.

The pod was even better than we expected with everything we needed.

Communication with Angie was great from start to finish and as there were no restaurants to eat out in at that time, the Miners arms offered to deliver pizza to us. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower facilities were fine. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and she had even provided a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. After long days out walking, the hot tub was very welcoming and was checked every day. We even managed to see some great sunrises (hence the name). Fantastic views from all sides and even though we did have neighbours, we didn’t hear a thing! We were very lucky with the weather and managed to see some great places nearby. We will definitely be recommending and hopefully returning again.

The pod had everything we needed and was really cosy!

On arrival we had prosecco, cupcakes, dog treats (for our furry friend) and a happy birthday balloon. The views were just stunning and we were so close to amazing walks. Our days were spent exploring and our evenings were spent chilling out in the hot tub! It was such a relaxing getaway after such a tough year with covid-19. Our dog loved it too...I think he made friends with the sheep eventually haha!

WOW!

The pods at Stiperstones are amazing! The are comfortable, luxurious, with all the amenities you need whether you are self catering or eating out and incredibly clean. The hot tub is super, large enough for 4 people so plenty of room for 2 with the most incredible, unimpeded views of the countryside. Nearby there are some great local pubs and literally on your doorstep 500 acres of countryside, which make for great walks. The extra touches make the break really special and Angie was a great host, very thoughtful and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this. Thanks Angie for a great stay!

Clean and tidy, an exceptional job in the current climate! The walks around the pod were beautiful and the hot tub was great for after those walks! The pod had everything we needed to make dinner in an evening. The prosecco chilling in the fridge for our arrival was a lovely added touch! Would not hesitate to book again. We have just had the best stay at Stiperstones pod!

Angie was fab before, during and after our stay and provided all of the information we wouldn't have even thought to ask. The pod is set in a beautiful location, easy to get to and lots of lovely places to walk nearby. The pod was clean and very well equipped, we didn't need half of the stuff we brought along with us as it was already provided. Great place to bring your dog and very well secured to stop them escaping. The hot tub was lovely and where we spent most of our stay. We loved it so much we ended up booking an extra night and are already looking at booking another stay! Thank you very much

we left a restaurant because the food was appalling. the pod itself was amazing and we would 100% come again. just book your own restaurants rather than going to their list

Brilliant weekend away, didn’t realise it was classed as glamping but with there being no oven it makes sense.

Lovely little pod, had so many people ask me where we were as the pictures looked so nice! Difficult to find, definitely need a few more signs and directions regarding finding the pod. Its very out the way but is so much better for it. Overall a lovely, romantic and relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend it to others!

The Pod was beautiful.

Had a great break for our anniversary and the hot tub was great to relax at the end of the day. Would highly recommend. The communication from the owner was excellent. We will be back.

The pod absolutely exceeded our expectations - it was lovely and clean and provided us with everything we needed for our break away.

On the day of our arrival, our host contacted us with information and she was fantastic and very accommodating throughout! When we got to the pod, there was a little welcome basket with treats inside which was perfect after our long drive - there were even some snacks for our dog too, which was a very thoughtful addition. The area surrounding the pod was beautifully quiet and we loved the addition of the hot tub! We would 100% recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Absulute peice and quiet just what we were looking for, places to visite if you wish to do so, some lovely walks to take in the fresh air as well as some history on the way, we really enjoyed our stay at stiperstones and would go again, the hot tub was great to relax in and take in the the fantastic views.

There were so many things we enjoyed about our holiday it’s difficult to chose one.

Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always on hand if we had any questions about the area or wanted suggestions about where to go. Upon arrival we were met with hot chocolates to make, Prosecco in the fridge and milk which was a lovely touch. Angie had been in contact earlier in the day to let us know when the hot tub would be ready and with more directions to the pod. She could not have been helpful and we’ve already discussed when we could next return!

Just spent few nights over New year's and what an Absolutely lovely place to relax and unwind, hot tub fantastic, pod is cosy clean and has all you need, Angie the owner wonderful and couldn't be more helpful, the complimentary hamper was a lovely touch, we will definitely be returning and hopefully soon

The cleanliness, the views (even though it was very misty), the hot tub, great for walks. Was a really lovely weekend and Angie the owner was brilliant. Very informative and attentive. Would definitely recommend for people to go! Exceeded expectations, the facilities and comfort was also spot on. Thank you Angie for making us welcome!

What a place to spend your birthday weekend!

Loved every minute, 100% exceeded expectations. Angie and Stuart made the Stiperstones pod so welcoming, spacious and cosy. The Prosecco was a nice touch too, everything you needed was there and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hot tub was delightful, very private and relaxing. The views are just stunning, just wish we'd have booked to stay a few more nights. We will definitely be recommending and booking again in the very near future.

Could not fault anything regarding the pod, Angela and Stuart were so lovely, making us feel so comfortable!

They left us a lovely welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco and a handmade cake! The pod was absolutely spotless and the hot tub was pure bliss! Can not wait to return!!
