Lovely accommodation and distance to the beach was ideal 5/10 minute walk and you’re on the sand.

Secure garden for the dog which was nice peace of mind. The kids bedroom was lovely and my daughter loved sleeping in there. Well equipped and the WiFi was quite good. Maybe the back door could be a little more secure or maybe the internal one could have a lock and a few towel hooks in the bathroom would be good.

Had a very relaxing ,quiet few days at White Rabbit.

we loved the decor and the overall quirky feel of the place.kitchen is well equipped for self catering.just a short stroll away from the beach which was almost deserted apart from a few dog walkers.its a short drive to shops and pubs.the only negative comment I can give and it is a bit petty but the back door only has one single bolt,no lock.the garden is fully enclosed but we would've preferred a proper lock to feel more secure at night.overall I would recommend to couples looking for a quiet break.not much in the immediate area for children apart from the beach but the bungalow is well catered for children.plenty of garden space and games,buckets n spades etc.

All nicely presented with its own quirky style the only drawbacks were the weak Shower also ( BEWARE the sliding Toilet Seat

Absolutely lovely,very quirky/arty throughout.

Use of upcycled wood,etc. Felt totally different in a good way. Very relaxed and quiet. Our doggy loved the beach.

5 mins walk to beautiful, quiet beach. Accommodation was quirky but really well appointed. Enclosed garden ideal for our dog.

A lovely cottage in a unique setting.

Everything needed was there, a lovely welcoming place with all the home comforts. A welcome pack, cake, crisps, milk, even some tea/coffee available made it even better. Walking distance to an unspoiled beach, secure dog friendly garden, ample parking all as listed. Would thoroughly recommend

The accommodation was not to the rating standard.

Cleanliness of the second fridge, cooker hob, Hob and oven controls, Washing machine controls all in-ground dirt/grease. Sink drained poorly leaving residue of washing up water lying in the sink. Bedside lights poor. Corridor door didn't close. Rear door not secure enough. Health an safety concerns for smaller children to get out from bunk bedroom ( if used ) in event of fire or emergency. Bathroom in my "old tin shed" and not poor mobility friendly. My wife was unable to bathe do to mobility issues and the depth of the bath and the insufficient platform to get in and out of the bath. Poor excuse for a conservatory. My bed WAS comfortable.

Very Relaxing few days with everything we required!

The sea is only a couple of hundred metres away and we loved the deserted beach and peace and quiet. The property is on the edge of a strange Estate but has open views and no one overlooking you. Please be aware there is nothing else here thou! Which suited us but may not suit everyone.

This was a lovely property.

Was clean and well looked after. As a family we thought all the little touches were just perfect. We spotted a new white rabbit everyday which was fun and even added one of our own in the form a crochet bunny we named Roy. The bunk room had toys and books for children, the bookcase in the living room was loaded with books and games. the storage chest in the back garden had basics for the beach. There were beach towels stashed in the bench in the dining area. A 2 minute walk from Eccles beach a 10 minute walk to Cart Gap, and for the adventurous a 45-60 minute walk along the beach to Sea Palling. The hosts have done an amazing job using reclaimed and upcycled fixtures and fitting and this give this little cottage amazing character that blends together so well. We will come back if we get the chance.

Lovely quirky place.

Ideal for the beach. Nice touch with milk in fridge and biscuits for humans and dogs! Slight issue with WIFI which was irritating but as only there 3 nights we made do.

Well appointed cottage with a sense of shabby chic style.

We really appreciated the space, especially the outdoor space. Perfect venue if you have dogs as they could safely run free in the garden and we slept our three in the conservatory. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed the sun beds in the garden which is unoverlooked and when quiet you could hear the sea. Have loved Eccles beach which is stunning, since childhood when we used to visit grandparents in Lessingham.

We loved the quirkyness of White Rabbit and loved the position which meant we were so close to the beach - The upcycling of the furniture and fittings whilst being novel and eco friendly wasn’t always practical (doors not always easy to close) Maybe mention the bath being high up as this also caused a problem getting in and out - overall we loved it and will probably return.

We loved this cottage with its quirky decor very comfortable for the family from 22 months to 89 !

The beautiful beach with morning walks was such a treat . We will defiantly be back .

the bathroom is in need of a proper shower cubicle the bath arrangement is not suitable for elderly or disabled.

a larger fridge/freezer would be nice.we enjoyed our stay the weather was great and the beach was lovely and only a short walk away.

Lovely quirky cottage close to a long sandy beach.

Great for dog walks. Good enclosed garden safe for dogs of all sizes. Kitchen ware is minimal. Does need a deep clean quite a few cobwebs about.

The cottage itself was really pretty on first arrival, loved the quirkyness of it, with uneven creaky floorboards, and unusual layout of property, there was quite a lot of spiders, cobwebs and flies, the bath was up on a plinth, which made it quite difficult to get in and out of, even with the steps tool that was in there, I'm 5ft, hubby 5.

8 even he had bother, the bath slip mat was a bit smelly when I unrolled it. There was plenty of cutlery and everything that was needed for our stay, and the welcome basket was lovely touch with milk in fridge, we didn't use it as bought some on way to cottage, the dogs loved their welcome basket to, I did leave a bag with doggy chunks in for next people, if they brought a dog... The beach was a short stroll away from white rabbit, it was rough seas first day down, but lovely long beach, we also drove to lighthouse and beach below, dogs had whale of a time, made lots of doggy friends, all in all a lovely place within easy driving distance to the broads and areas round about

We loved staying at White Rabbit, such a quirky place full of character.

We had a problem with the WiFi and the owners were amazing resolving it quickly and kindly - I loved it and would Love to return!

Loved white rabbit very comfortable.

Could have have done with knowing that transport was needed for getting to a shop. Luckily the man next door took my daughter to tesco .Dog Loved the beach and it was easy to walk to. Could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved the white rabbit — very quirky.

It’s not for everyone, it’s a low cost structure (not quite a trailer, but a prefab house design). However, they have done it up w a lot of artistry and soul, the energy is really good and it’s all upcycled materials so it aligns w my values. You can walk to the beach and the neighbours are lovely. We saw hundreds of seals and had a fantastic time.
