Have stayed at a few chalets in Mundesley over many years but this chalet tops them all.

Pricing is reasonable and worth every penny and more. A very quiet and well maintained site which is well laid out. The chalet which was probably built in the sixties is of strong and solid build and has been updated over time and has all the features you could wish for in this modern age. Tastefully decorated it is bright and very clean inside and the layout is perfect in the space available. David and his wife are more than helpful and there are clear easy to read instructions around the chalet to help you settle in with appliances and equipment. I am more then happy to recommend this property as we found our stay pleasant and hassle free in an outstanding area of North Norfolk. We would be more than happy to return if there were vacancies available but it appears many other people have the same idea. Being so popular speaks volumes. Alan..

Conveniently situated near the seafront and near to Tesco. Information supplied about local places to visit. The owner was both kind and helpful.

Good location, ample parking, lovely and quiet.

As others have said the property is small but we found it fine for ourselves. Well equipped with everything you could need. We had brought washing up liquid/discloth/tea towels etc but there was no need. The pint of milk in the fridge and the plentiful supply of teabags/coffee sachets were very welcome after a long journey. Top tip would be to bring bags that fold down as there really isn’t anywhere to store cases during your stay. Also if you want to eat out at any of the pubs in the surrounding area please book in advance, we were turned away from so many (on a random Thursday in September at 6pm) that we ended up with a Tesco microwave meal!

The chalet is decorated and equiped to a high standard, it is very comfortable.

The owner was very helpful and we had everything we needed. The location is excellent; walking distance to the beach and a good base for visiting north Norfolk.

The property was well equipped with everything you needed.

The instructions for use of all the things around the property were very clear. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and it was an excellent location for sightseeing. My only disappointment was the size of the accommodation rather cramped.

We had a lovely peaceful holiday and owner was extremely helpful and informative.

Second time of hiring this property it is well placed for the beach shop within a short distance also bus stop The property is well equipped with everything you need and in a very quiet location

really very nice, clean, comfortable and warm.

Initially found using hob on cooker difficult, after reading info soon understood to use. also found all info left concerning everything very useful. Noted that the toilet cistern had a lot of moisture on it which then drips onto the floor. I tried to wipe it all up, just kept happening. The plumber happened to be doing work at another chalet, he said he had installed this bathroom was aware of the condensation collecting on outside of cistern said he was unsure how to remedy this.

The property is furnished and equipped to a very good standard.

The owner supplied very comprehensive information ahead of our visit which proved extremely useful.

This chalet is well positioned and ideal for a short break.

It is comfortable and immaculate inside and the owner goes over and above to make sure you have everything you might need. Would recommend and can't wait to go back again!

Even down to salt& pepper. Milk on arrival. nice to have a better fridge and bigger freezer. Mattress a little springy. Fabulous chalet fully recommended

We stayed in 20 siesta Mar in Mundesley Norfolk.

Property was very clean and well looked after by the owner.

Excellent communication from the start really I’m pressed with owner who checked with us whilst on holiday himself to make sure everything was ok would recommend very quiet and clean will book again .

Sykes were brilliant and the attention to detail was excellent will be using Sykes for all our holidays and breaks well done to everyone concerned in our stay and providing us with a lovely week away . Thank you

Perfect base from which to see the surrounding areas

Highly recommend this chalet it offers you everything you need and more.

The owners do all the can to make your stay perfect including contact with you before you go.Mundeseley had a fantastic beach. The Tesco Express is so handy at the top of the road.

The place was small but had still everything we needed.

The beds were comfy and the place was newly renovated. The owners were very helpful and helped answering some questions. I also liked that it was so close to the beach, just a short walk away.

We had a really enjoyable stay - the chalet had everything we needed - super soft towels and lovely bedding.

Great location, close to all amenities and perfect for exploring the North Norfolk Coast. Highly recommended!!

Our accommodation was far more than we expected,although small it was very well laid out,very bright and comfortable,very well equipped to .

The site was peaceful and we'll looked after,Tesco express was only a few minutes walk away so handy for forgotten bits or evening snacks.The local area is very good for young families,but steep slop down to a well looked after clean beach.Plenty of play grounds and a crazy golf.The only downside was things closed early and because of covid eating out was a problem unless prebooked,thankfully a great Chinese and fish and chip take away were nearby.
