The welcome pack was excellent, the chalet was well positioned in a peaceful location with shops, facilities and the beach all close by. We think there would be benefit in having a folder with instructions about the property, e.g. how things work, hot water, bin usages/recycling requirtements, etc.

We loved our week, lovely clean chalet but too much furniture and a handrail in the shower would be helpful.

This is a lovely chalet on a nice quite site,but has to much furniture and no space to move in the sitting room.

it has too many cushion a total 9 with no were to put them out of the way. We ha a issue with the shower and had to contact the cleaner when we found her number it was not working properly when we arrived on Saturday and it was not fixed until the Tuesday afternoon which was very difficulty for thr 4 of us no recompense was offered from the owner who never contacted us once. It is a very nice chalet with lots good points but would not stay again.

We were very impressed with the property, it has everything you need plus more.

It was very clean and comfortable, there was a welcome pack which just added to the care and provision from the owner's. If we return in the future would love to book the same place.

The most wonderful little chalet!

I took my 91 year old mother away for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect for all our needs. Thank you for all the lovely welcome goodies, it was very generous and much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back to En Casa!

We had a lovely stay at en casa.

We really appreciated the lovely welcome pack. The accomodation was comfortable well furnished and felt very welcoming. We have only one complaint and that is we left 2 jackets in the accomodation by accident when we left. I have called Sykes on two occasions but as yet have had no response from the owners. I would very much appreciate them contacting me.

It had everything you needed, very clean, good location. The welcome pack was amazing. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a lovely break and found the chalet comfortable and clean.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the cleaners who were very friendly and helpful. We found it really kind of the owners to have left out treats and useful toiletries. The location is great as you can walk to the beach in 10mins. We highly recommend this lovely little find.

A really lovely little place, the exterior belies what’s inside.

We had a lovely 3 night stay - the chalet was comfy, well equipped and clean. The single bed frame whilst being very comfy creaks loudly with every move and breath- and the tall chest of draws in the wardrobe prevented anything being hung in there .However these are the only negatives, certainly not deal breakers and it certainly wouldn’t stop us coming back again, Thanks for a lovely stay. The welcome back was a kind thought.

Nice little chalet - well equipped in general, just missing scissors and potato peeler!

Note that there’s no internet available but that can be a good thing sometimes!!

A lovely property, so nice to arrive and have all the provisions supplied.

Tea, coffee milk etc. Also a supply of other necessary bits and bobs, cleaning, paper towels, loo rolls and even shower gel, I wish we’d known about that, saves taking so much stuff. Beds were comfortable. Good enclosed parking and very quiet. The only criticism is the shower. Temperature and pressure not only varied on your use but all your neighbours use. Trying to keep a constant temperature was impossible, either skin blistering or freezing. It varied so much during each use, constantly having to re adjust. Despite the shower, we’d happily go again.

It was superb.

Immaculate and of a very high standard. There were lots of extras that I was not expecting: everything you could ever need in the kitchen, several washing up and cleaning items, games and complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. The location is excellent for quick access to a metro supermarket and a 3 mins drive (you can walk) to the beach. I expect we will be back!

It was a lovely place to stay,the welcome pack was a lovely touch.

We are hoping to book again later in the year.
