Sheets and bed linen just thrown on the bed, not aired, no curtains in the living room, no instructions for using the hob, chalet had not been cleaned properly, no proper bath mat, unfit for somebody who is disabled to use the shower.

The cutlery was inadequate for what we needed

The overall chalet was ok, but the facilities in the kitchen, whilst being of high quality were unusable from our point of view as there were no instruction booklets for the airfryer, coffee machine, combination microwave or the induction hob.

None of these had I used at home so had no knowledge of how to use them. I was therefore unable to cook any meals in the chalet apart from toast! One of the single beds was extremely uncomfortable owing to a sagging base board.

Having seen a few bad reviews I was very apprehensive however, I was pleasantly surprised.

It was spotlessly clean and airy, the decor was very nice with a number of delightful touches such as the decorative light switch pulls. The beds were all made up with crisp white bedding and the area smelt delightful clean. The kitchen was well equipped and also had a number of consumables. On the whole we were delighted and had a wonderful stay

The chalet was pleasantly decorated with a good range of appliances but the cooker hob was unreliable and there were no operating manuals at all.

On arrival the property had not been cleaned and bedding not changed. The TV had a very limited range of channels and the WiFi could not be accessed. The lounge only had net curtains at the window which meant that the room overheated when we were out during the day, and there was no privacy in the evening or at night.

Came home 3 days early very disappointed with the accommodation fridge didn't work no oven the hob did not work as its not connected the air fryer was in a disgusting state not been cleaned for at least 6 months if not longer one of the single beds was broken the shower did not work these properties should be inspected before being let out NEVER AGAIN
