8 Royal Chalet Park

Lovely stay as usual There was a problem with chalet 8 The RoyalChalet park before arrive.

So we were moved to chalet 1 The Dell. Excellent service Thank you

Twice we have stayed in this property and generally in all aspects our stay has been excellent.

However on this occasion we were a little disappointed with the shower cleanliness. The full length of the shower hose was ingrained with black mould and clearly hadn't been cleaned for a substantial period. Equally the shower mat was in a similar state and needed replacing. We trust this helps.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed

The chalet was beautiful the decor very tasteful there was everything we needed for our weeks stay.

The single beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were of a poor quality I suggest they invest in new mattresses and pillows there was a outside tape which was great but a short hose is needed to shower sand off dogs before entering the chalet I highly recommend thus chalet and hope to return again

Property had everything we needed for our holiday and comfort within 10 minutes walk seafront village centre with its shops, there is a pub restaurant on site and another on the sea front which is dog friendly

Excellent property.

Comfortable and well equipped. Outside was also immaculate. Will return as nice and quiet and very good location. For future planning I would remove dressing table, move chest of drawers from next to bed to where table is and buy a king sized bed. Teeny weeny gripe - pillows all flat, old, no support. Bought a couple of cheap ones and left them at property.

We have been going to this chalet site for 224 years and it never disappoints very comfortable everything you need would not go to any other park

Beautiful area to stay Close to the lovely beach

A lovely stay, the chalets on either the royal or the dell are always spotless.

A flat headed mop would be ideal, it's difficult to keep the floor clean over the course of the week and it doesn't look it's best! I understand you don't want guests to ruin the laminate floors but a simple spray mop would suffice. That's really the only comment we have, it was a great stay overall and thoroughly recommend No. 8.

Twin bed mattress very uncomfortable.

Double bed good. Very well equipped chalet. Convenient for beach and generally exploring Norfolk. Had really lovely week.

Excellent accommodation,clean and well maintained.

Located in a nice lawned landscaped area. Easy access to Mundesley , good pub/restaurants and a great sandy beach. Cromer, Sheringham ,Norwich and the Broads within easy reach.

A lovely chalet in a quiet location that is within walking distance to the beach.

Would recommend!! Would be good to make it clearer that there are steps from the car park to the chalet on the main listing. My mum managed them but I had booked what I thought was a more accessible place. Wasn’t a problem though! Just needs to be highlighted before booking. A fab place with great facilities!

This was our first time on Royal Chalet Park and for peak season it was very quiet.

We have previously stayed on The Dell which joins with the Royal. No 8 is a detached chalet and slightly bigger, the bedrooms were a good size and perhaps changing the double to a king size bed would be nice. Although there is a separate toilet you still have to go into the shower room to use the toilet. I think it would have been better to make it one big bathroom. Also as mentioned in previous reviews there are no hooks to hang your coats on so just put on the back of the dining chairs. Overall a nice chalet and would stay again

Really impressed with the chalet, clean, well kitted out, good communication and advice re parking close to the chalet.

Only comments would be that one of the party found the bed a bit firm and some door hooks in general would have been useful. We were lucky with the weather and could hang towels outside to dry. Sofa bed was comfortable and very handy to use. I would definitely re book, a perfect base to explore North Norfolk. Thank you .
