Excellent accommodation.

Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Lovely and clean and nice welcome pack. Great garden for the dogs. About 20 minutes from Hunstanton. Kings Lynn town is about 15 minutes away. Have been before and also booked for next year!

The Lodge was very comfortable with a lovely outlook, private and fully enclosed so we didn't have to worry about our dog.

Good location with walks from the door and a good pub over the road that served good food.

Hayfields is a lovely holiday home.

It is immaculately clean on arrival, the hosts John and Karen always leave a welcome pack for the guests and the dogs which is much appreciated. There is everything there to make it an ideal place to stay. If there is anything you need or want to know you only have tk ask and if it possible it is provided. John and Karen stay in the background, but are always on hand if needed.

It was unfortunate that we stayed during the record breaking hot weather in May.

The cabin was absolutely stifling . A fan would have been most welcome but we could not find one. Also there were no instructions re rubbish and recycling.

Hayfields is a superb lodge to stay.

It has all the facilities needed for a relaxed holiday. The owners are extremely caring about their lodge and always ready to help you if needed, the enclosed garden is excellent for dogs who can wander in and out at their leisure. I highly recommend Hayfields

Just arrived home from a long weekend at Hayfields.

Beautifully clean lodge which was very comfortable for me, my husband and our 2 dogs. The bed was very comfy! When booking a property, having a fully secure garden is a must and this property didn’t disappoint. We could allow our dogs to run free outside without worrying. Owners are close by in the house, we found them welcoming and on hand if needed, but not intrusive. The lodge feels separate from their property and overlooks their beautiful garden, chickens and then fields. Beach was about 25 mins away and the long walks on your doorstep are wonderful. Thank you again for the goodies on arrival. All in all a very peaceful and relaxing weekend.

So peaceful and relaxing with everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely walks from the Lodge for our two dogs and so secure for them in the garden. We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely setting if you desire tranquility and peace.

Your nearest neighbours are a multitude of chickens who live happily in a nearby field and produce wonderful free range eggs. Hayfields is an ideal get away for husband and wife and doggy. Fully recommended.

We had an amazing time the property was stunning very clean and when we got there we were greeted with a few groceries and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise we met the owners who were very friendly and our dogs loved the enclosed garden to exercise in highly recommended

The property is super dog-friendly with a completely enclosed garden and dogs treats on arrival. Perfect for humans too - so peaceful, lovely veranda, comfy recliner sofa and everything you need for a cosy stay, plus wine on arrival. The location is great with lots to see and do close by, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

What a gem!

Perfect for us and our 2 Springies. Warm, cosy and very comfortable, with a lovely view and super secure garden. A great base for travelling round the area. Loved the Union Jack pub in Roydon (10 min walk) for a friendly Norfolk welcome. Michelle and Bill

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Hayfields & would definitely recommend others to go there.

Everything was perfect and we will book again. The surrounding areas were great to take our 2 dogs to including dog friendly beaches.

We found Hayfields to be a lovely comfortable and cosy place to stay.

It was well equipped and the sofa was very comfortable as was the bed. It was so good to have a completely secure garden for our dog which was a good size too. We stayed in winter time so didn’t use it but there is a lovely veranda with outdoor seating accessed through patio doors which would be lovely in warmer times. Another plus for us was that we were left completely alone for our whole stay, the hosts left contact details for us to contact them if we needed to but there was no personal contact which is our preference. We would definitely like to visit Hayfields again maybe in the summer time.

Lovely clean, well equipped home from home lodge. Well fenced garden, ideal for our two dogs. Good location not far from Old Hunstanton beach, Holkam beach, Wells next Sea, Bawsey Country Park and Kings Lynn. Pub across the road is dog friendly and serves excellent food.

Hayfields what a lovely peaceful place to stay, we were welcomed with wine eggs and biscuits for our dog, dog walks on the doorstep.

A great pub just up the road, super hosts. Everything we needed was in the cabin, first class.

It looked even better in reality. So spacious and comfortable with everything you would want for a self catering holiday. The chalet is really cosy and the shower was super. The village is ideally situated for exploring the north Norfolk coast and around the area there were too many walks for us to do in 7 days. The garden was perfect for our two Irish Terriers and even at the end of October it was lovely to sit on the decking with a coffee enjoying nature. Food in the village pub is really good and the fact that it is a 2 minute walk is a bonus. Definitely would return.

A hidden jewel!

Well appointed cosy cabin. Loved it! Dog friendly, with an enclosed garden for care-free roaming. Well equipped with a little welcome pack as well. If this was AirBnB, this would be a "SuperHost" listing for sure. Great setting; lovely walks and a wonderful dog-friendly pub a short walk away. Quiet but with good access to regional attractions.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Hayfields ,it is very well appointed we really didn't need to take anything apart from our food.

We had a lovely weeks holiday in Norfolk and and could not fault our accommodation Hayfields.

Whilst adjacent to the owners property you have your own private area with parking and an outlook onto open gardens/land from inside or outside on the decking. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could require. The bottle of red wine and fresh eggs waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Will certainly be our first choice if we are ever in the area again.

This was our second stay at "Hayfields" and we enjoyed it as much as the first.

The "Cabin" is really homely and convenient for travelling to many other places in north Norfolk . The owners ,John and Karen are just a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble it you should have a problem. Also it is ideal if you take a dog as it is surrounded by a fence so you can just let it out and not worry where it is.Certainly a place for repeat visits. Alan and Margaret and Buddy the dog .

Excellent lodge situated in beautiful surroundings in close proximity to visit other North Norfolk areas.

The hosts, John and Karen couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Extremely clean on arrival and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Our whippets had a ball in the lodge grounds.

The lodge is like 'Home from home' it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

It is peaceful, comfy and welcoming. We have stayed there several times and hope to be able to go again soon. The hosts John and Karen are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The first thing you notice is it's nice clean lines followed by how clean and tide the inside is.

If you are looking for a noce peaceful holiday with 100% security for your dog then look no further. Really great spending an evening sitting out on the veranda just watching all types of birds fly by. If you are a twitcher you will enjoy glimpses of majestyk Kites soaring high in the sky.Nice pub just 3 minutes away with good range of drinks and decent food. Central for all the coastal towns and the likes of Sandringham close by. Great stay A+++

We had a wonderful recent stay at Hayfields.

The property was in a very quiet location, very clean and had everything anyone would need for their stay. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. There was a secure garden which was great to be able to let our dog roam around free without worrying. I would highly recommend this lodge and will definitely return to explore the rest of Norfolk.

Super beautiful cabin, set in the most incredibly peaceful setting.

Fantastically clean & well equipped. I have never been anyway that made me feel as secure letting my little doggies into the garden as if they were at home. It is the absolute 100% perfect garden for your pooches. We would highly recommend & hope to return again. **Only couple of things to be aware of, the exterior doors have no holding hooks on them so despite being a beautiful week weather wise we couldn’t keep all exterior doors open to allow nice air flow as the slightest breeze & they can’t shut. Also the sofa which was lovely having leg risers is a nice addition, just be aware though that if like me you don’t have the strongest legs of best mobility they are a nightmare to get down, my husband has to get off & push my leg rest down each time I wanted to get up as they are very heavy.

The owners are very nice people. The outside area is perfect for our dog as it was enclosed because she is nervous and and anxious. We will certainly book again soon.

The Lodge is lovely and bright.

The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. Nice outlook from lounge french doors and appreciated sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you for the eggs and wine, much enjoyed. We would come again, hopefully in much better circumstances. It would be lovely to explore places near and around.

This lodge is superb in every aspect.

It is very well equipped, it is cool in the summer and extremely warm in winter. We have stayed there several times now and as my husband is disabled it is ideal being all on one level. John and Karen are perfect hosts and are always willing to help if the need arises

It’s just perfect for what we want !The enclosed garden is fabulous so we don’t have to worry about the dogs .Perfect places to walk the dogs .Hayfields is clean and comfortable and got everything you need and in a great place shops and pubs close by .Would definitely recommend this place if you want peace and quiet and need to recharge your batteries.

One of the best dog friendly holiday cottages we have stayed in.

The enclosed garden was perfect for our greyhound. A very well maintained property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We've just returned from our second stay here and, once again, found this to be a well-appointed, clean & welcoming accommodation.

It is an excellent base to tour the area and the owners leave eggs, milk & treats (both doggie & human!) as a lovely welcoming touch. Highly recommended, particularly as it allows peace of mind for your dogs in the small but secure garden.

We would definately like to go back. Even the rain didn't spoil our holiday as the lodge was so comfortable and roomy. We just stayed in and chilled watching the DVD's provided.

The owners Karen and David were so friendly and welcoming, they left a nice welcome basket with fresh eggs, wine and a treat each for the dogs. The lodge was well equipped, parking outside and many local walks for our dogs. Good enclosed garden. We would certainly recommend and we will go back.

We have visited norfolk for over 25 yrs and this is the 1st time in a detached log cabin,we can only describe it as tremendous,spotless,spacious and fitted out to a very very high standard,very warm and equipped with everything you need,really comfy double bed,located on owners land ,very peaceful and dog friendly as garden fully enclosed,owners left a welcome pack of eggs,cookies,dog treat and wine,how thoughtful,met john the owner ,very friendly and welcoming,they clearly allowed you your privacy but on hand in their home near the cabin,will be staying again when next in norfolk,thanks very much,ray julie and alfie the saluki

This log cabin was brilliant,We had a lovely stay would be back more in the summer time.

We stayed in November bit too late to enjoy the surrounding area.We was like toast was lovely and warm.There was everything you needed and very clean.And our dog loved it the garden was very secure she loved running around the cabin.We had a great welcome pack which was a very nice thought.Look forward to staying again soon.Thank you for a lovely break. We had a lovely time at hayfields it was our 4th visit .

We love the area the local pub ,and many places of interest nearby .

We stayed in April 2023 and our first ever getaway with our dog Tilly.

My, the standard was set high. This is an absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful surroundings. It was so peaceful, so much to explore, the property is well set out like a home from home. Tilly loved running around the enclosed garden and sniffing all of the fields and nearby pubs. The owners also had a notice that advised pubs that were dog friendly near by. The gifts we arrived too were very welcome and thoughtful. Local farm shop had amazing foods. Bed was very comfortable as was the reclining sofa. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to rebook, want to try a winter visit! Owners absolutely lovely and Tilly loved watching the chickens, hens and turkeys as well as saying hello to the dogs. Even though this sits at the back of property it doesn’t feel overlooked and very well placed to face away. I can not recommend enough to book here and go and visit. Love Nat, Stu and Tilly x

A very well equipped lodge with a safe garden for our JR terrier.

Plenty of space with lots of cupboards and drawers. Quiet location 5 minutes from bus stop and pub with good food and ales. Our second visit to this property.0

This lodge was just lovely.

Home from home. The garden is totally secure for a greyhound which we wanted. It didn't disappoint. The bed was so comfy, as was the sofa. The birdsong at dawn was just wonderful to hear. Peaceful surroundings and an all green view with trees all around. A great little place to come back to each night after exploring North Norfolk. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely secluded location with easy parking and really secure fencing to keep our dogs safely in the garden.

Handy location for visits to Sandringham and the North Norfolk coast. We had a decent meal at the Three Horseshoes Pub which is just 5 minutes walk away and has very friendly efficient staff. My only suggestion would be investing in a new kettle as it took a really really long time to boil!

The lodge was perfect for us and our two greyhounds.

It was perfectly situated for travel to Wells, Hunstanton and Sandringham. There is a pub two minutes walk away (The Three Horseshoes) whose staff couldn't do enough for us. The lodge was nicer than in the photos and the owners left us fresh eggs from their chickens, a bottle of wine and some treats for the hounds. We will definitely want to go here again.

Hayfields felt homely the minute you walked in.

There was everything there you needed for an enjoyable stay. The pictures on the wall and ornaments made you feel at home. The veranda was excellent as it enabled me to take our dog out for a walk and clean his feet before coming back into the lodge. The welcome pack was lovely and the fresh eggs were superb. I did find it amazing that the owners had to put a notice up to remind people about clearing up after their dogs! Surely that do it at home so you should treat Hayfields as your home while you are there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

A super place and ideal for dog owners with its completely enclosed garden area.

The heating facilities worked really well. A nice touch on arrival some dog treats, human biscuits and bottle of wine and milk in the fridge.

The welcome pack of fresh free range eggs, milk and wine was very much appreciated.

The lodge was very welcoming, warm and cosy. Had a lovely relaxing stay and look forward to coming again soon. Would thoroughly recommend it if you want to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great location and accommodation is everything that we need. 1 minor thing - the hot water is not very hot. Shower has to be on maximum just for it to be warm enough.

The lodge was very well equipped, it was clean and spacious and homely.

It has a nice safe garden for our Jack Russell who always looks for a gap! We have booked again for next year. The local pub serves a good menu.

Hayfields was a very comfortable lodge and pristine.

Everything you needed was supplied for a very comfortable stay. My dog Rosie loved the garden. It was her first holiday and she settled in very quickly. It was a very relaxing week and we hope to revisit when we can.

A very comfortable, clean and well equipped property with a lovely outlook from the veranda.

We had a great week, the weather was superb, we enjoyed the eggs from the chickens and also watching them from the property. Walks and trips out during the day, Sandringham, Castle Rising, Oxburgh Hall and Holkham Hall, visiting Wells-next-the-Sea and Hunstanton. Plus some nice walks and drinking wine on the veranda in the evening. The Three Horseshoes pub 2 minutes walk away served some lovely meals as did The Anvil Inn at Congham. Would definitely recommend the property and area, we are hoping to return.

Such a great lodge.

Completely secure for the dogs. Thanks to the owners John and Karen for the welcome package. Very clean lodge and now they have a tabletop freezer! The only negative was the green area outside the lodge. I say green as it was not really grass. Mostly weeds and thistles. No strimming done either. I spent a bit of time trying to pull out the thistles as one of my dogs would not entertain walking on the green area otherwise. Such a shame as this lodge would have been rated easily a 10 from me if the outside was better looked after. P.S. Not a Smart tv .

Lovely location to explore Norfolk.

Cabin location not so good as you feel like you are in someone’s back garden and have houses around you, although very peaceful you felt you had to keep quiet. Cabin was very well equipped but needs updating such as new bedding (pillows and quilt had seen better days) kettle needs to be replaced as took an absolute age to boil and shower was broken could not turn thermostat down and water was scalding and this could cause injury if not careful. It was a very peaceful location and loved the chickens and watching them get up to mischief.

Excellent dog friendly property in a great location.

The garden was perfect for our 2 Springer Spaniels and the cabin was extremely well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. The local pub is literally a 2 minute walk and was really dog friendly. Wonderful, relaxed few days away. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at hayfield barn the place was really comfortable, the owners have thought of everything and provided a lovely touch bottle of wine milk for drinks eggs from their hens we would and will stay there again, and dod friendly and secure thankyou.

A lovely stay in a beautiful cabin.

We had a great time. The cabin is comfortable, well equipped, warm and a really nice place to spend time. Our dog loved the cabin and the garden, and we would all have liked to stay a little longer and decompress a little more.

We had a great holiday and the weather wasn't great But the accommodation was great warm and cosy and very relaxing so made up for the weather we did get out and about but was glad that hayfields was so warm and cosy so many thanks would stay again

Great location, we always gravitate towards the north Norfolk beaches and Grimston is ideal.

The lodge is quite private and we found the outside space just right for our dogs.

Really lovely hosts who left a little welcome package including milk and dog biscuits that's was very thoughtful.

Having a fully enclosed garden was brilliant to allow us to let our dog out as he pleased. Facilities were great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our holiday was fabulous from the moment we arrived ( little treats left for us and doggy) to the moment we had to leave… the lodge is well maintained and beautiful kept.

. the area is scenic with lots of lovely dog walks in easy reach and well located for exploring Norfolk… was sad to leave we will be back..

We had a lovely week at Hayfields Lodge!

The garden is completely secure, even our little Italian greyhound couldn’t escape. The hosts were helpful when we called to arrange key collection and left us some lovely welcome gifts of eggs, milk and wine. One thing to note is that pets are not allowed on beds furniture, not the end of the world for us but something to be aware of. Overall though the lodge is lovely, clean and well furnished with lovely walks and a great pub nearby. I would absolutely stay again.

The Hayfields was amazing.

The furnishings were of a high standard and we were very comfortable. It was in a great location and the enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. Lovely welcome gifts from the owners of eggs, wine , milk and doggie treats. Fantastic pub only minutes walk away for good pub grub, beers and wines. A bit more crockery and cutlery would be good, but it certainly wasn't a big problem and didn't spoil our stay.

The whole experience was great.

The owners were friendly and left us in peace. Minor adjustments are a mowed lawn would have made it easier to find dog poo and mention of the freezer would have made planning easier.

Nice touch when we arrived, bottle of wine, fresh eggs off their chickens, dog treats and a bottle of milk Great location to visit places, great walks for our dog, visited Sandringham House, Hunstanton (great beach for our dog) Castle Acre and Castle Rising Only 2 negative things - decking rail could do with being lower as blocks your view when sitting down. More Knives, forks, plates, cups…….. I know it’s a 2 berth lodge but with only 2 of everything we had to wash up all the time

Beautiful lodge, safely fenced off so your pet cannot escape.

Lovely surroundings, lots of birds to watch and identify. The owners left us some gifts on arrival and biscuits for our dog. Very kind and appreciated. There is a pub just across the green two minutes walk away, excellent food and a good selection of wine and beers. Try their sunday roast, magnificent. We do suggest you book if you are eating as they get very busy, its very popular. First class holiday, thank you John and Karen.

Brilliant stay just what we wanted, lovely touches with wine, eggs and milk.

Never stayed self catering with so much to help us like soap, washing up liquid, cleaning products ect. Would really recommend to everyone. Thank you

We have stayed at Hayfields at least 3 times and always find it perfect for us and our two dogs.

The wine and eggs are always welcome .The Three Horseshoes 2 minutes away are dog friendly and serve very good food.

So hard to find holiday accommodation with a proper secure garden for a Jack Russell but Hayfields Lodge is perfect!

Garden surrounding property very secure for our two Fox Terrier dogs, could not find a hole anywhere. Comfortable, warm and peaceful. Hosts very obliging.

Loved the view over orchard and hens, geese, guineafowl. Little extras - wine, milk, hens eggs were a nice touch.

Easy key collection, lovely cabin in its own small plot of land.

A welcome bottle of wine, box of fresh eggs and milk were waiting for us on arrival, nice surprise. Secure, private, Clean and very comfortable cabin with all you could want for a short break. Lovely outside decked area with furniture for the evenings. Will will be definitely returning

Lovely secure garden for the dogs, the owners made us very welcome, very relaxing and comfortable.

I had the most awful weather while I was away.

Winds that blew off some of the felting from the roof, snow that meant I had to stop shopping and get back to the accommodation, the winds also blew down a tree which knocked out the electricity line for 12 hours but that's the joys of holidays in this country in Winter LOL The host was lovely and gave me another heater to keep me warm and offered to make me a cuppa in the morning. What more could anyone want? I would definitely like to go back one day.

Warm & cosy good tv signal & excellent WiFi signal as it was boosted in the premises. Well thought out. Only thing needed now is facility to charge electric vehicle. Will be back

Fantastic cosy dog friendly lodge .

It had everything we needed . Lovely and quiet . Great lit up decking to sit out on and chill . Nice touches of a bottle of wine , fresh eggs ( from the owners chickens ) milk and doggy treats left for us . Handy dog friendly pub close by where we booked to eat . The lodge was also fenced off so our dogs could mooch around . Not too far from beaches and lovely walks too . Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again .

The location is stunning with beautiful scenery and all that you could ever need from local amenities, a well stocked shop close by and a farm shop and traditional butcher’s if you don’t mind a short walk but well worth it. Several welcoming pubs also The lodge itself was stunning and we were met with a pleasant welcome gift and within COVID regulations very welcoming hosts. In summary we would love to return and give Hayfields the firmest of recommendations Thank you to the hosts

Owner helpful.

Managed well with my disabled husband in the chalet. Only difficulty was using the ceramic top electric hob as had never used one before. Had to phone our daughter for instructions! Could have contacted owner but didn’t want to bother him. Otherwise no problems. Chalet as described& very peaceful & quiet.

Lovely lodge.

Nice and quiet. Owners left you to it. Very secure garden for my 2 dogs. 2 negative things I would say though....1) We really missed having a freezer in the lodge. 2)It would have been nice if the grass had been mowed and strimmed before we arrived as was hard to see my dogs poo to pick up.

The lodge and grounds were beautiful, spotlessly clean.

The accommodation was brilliant Perfect for a couple and their furry friend.

The owners were fantastic and the welcome pack was great.(THE EGGS ! were delicious) We have not stayed in this area before but there is so much to do we must go back soon. If you want peace and quiet then this accommodation is ideal also. And the beaches I think our Ozzy thought he was in Heaven.

Excellent property!

Really homely and fully equipped as well. The garden is all fenced in so large or small dogs don’t escape! Very quiet area with some very beautiful dog walks. We will definitely be making another booking in a few months

The location was good near to a lot of places to visit also for dog walks the accommodation was excellent so warm and cost owners were so friendly when we arrived they had provided milk and six fresh eggs from their own chickens a bottle of wine even a couple of treats for dogs will definitely book again

Holiday lodge was everything we hoped it would be and was exactly as advertised.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the lodge was, they had thought of everything.

Totally lovely, the owner was very quick to response with the internet problem.

Lovely touch leaving so many goodies. All i would recommend is a new kettle, it took an age to boil.

We'd been to Hayfields in 2018 and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We were given a very warm welcome. We decided to return again this year and received the same warm welcome. John and Karen, the lovely owners, live close by but are not intrusive. They are warm and friendly and we enjoyed chatting to them. Plus the welcome pack left for us when we arrived was much appreciated. Hayfields is nicely situated to explore Norfolk from. Our two dogs were very happy and we were able to let them out into the garden knowing that they were safely enclosed. A lovely relaxing break and to be recommended!

Amazing accommodation - totally relaxing retreat and perfect place to take the dogs.

Clean and comfortable place to stay with everything you could want and more including some nice extra touches like fresh eggs for breakfast! we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect.

Every possible need was thought of and duly catered for. The owners provided us with wine, milk and best of all, eggs from their own hens!! It was so lovely and we can't wait to go back again. We do cottage holidays two or three times a year, and this was by far and away the highest standard we've seen and the best value for money too! Can't recommend this cottage and the hosts enough.

Hosts left a much appreciated Welcome Pack, including Wine, fresh eggs and milk. Secure garden for dog to play. Lodge was very comfortable with everything we needed on hand. Location ideal to good tourist destinations. Local Pub, Three Horseshoes, was well worth a visit, very dog friendly and excellent choice and quality of meals.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at this brilliant chalet in an idyllic location!

Fantastic facilities and made to feel most welcome with milk and fresh eggs from the farm! A fantastic place to take dogs as completely enclosed making it a safe haven for our dog to have a run around the chalet without us worrying he might get out! We would highly recommend this place and will more than likely be returning ourselves!!

This is a beautiful lodge in a nice setting.

The hosts were very nice and they left a welcome bottle of wine and eggs from their own hens. The lodge was very comfortable.There is some nice dog walking from the lodge and it is within easy distance of the coast. We were there during Christmas so did not have brilliant weather but I would imagine in the summer it is lovey to sit on the veranda and look out over the garden.

The Lodge was in a quiet location but convenient for visiting our grandchildren in West Lynn.

It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with a safe garden for our dog. We couldn't fault it and would visit again.

By far the best we have stayed in. The enclosed garden and open outlook was outstanding. Owners were great and the eggs from their chickens were a welcoming touch. We felt comfortable and the property was warm and well equipped. The local Pub was lovely and the food excellent. We are already thinking about our return.

It was perfect for a holiday near facilities and a large enclosed garden for our dogs.

Ideally located for what we wanted as we have two collies , very tranquil location after a full days' sightseeing.

Hayfield Lodge exceeded expectations with the owners ensuring everything that might be needed had been catered for. Karen & John were always available , but not intrusive. Dog friendly pub/restaurant 3 minutes walk, the Three Horseshoes. Within 5 minutes of the cottage main roads available to explore North Norfolk. Wonderful.

Hayfields exceeded our expectations in all it had to offer.

We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who were in a nearby property should they be needed. The welcome pack of wine, eggs, etc and doggy treats was a lovely thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the local walks and the trips out to nearby locations. It really was a home from home and gave us the much needed break we were looking forward to. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning next year.

A beautiful lodge which was comfortable, clean and furnished lovingly.

So dog friendly and the owners were very approachable and nearby should you need anything Lots of brochures on where to visit helped us enormousley when deciding where to go . I would definately recommend to people with or without dogs .

We Lodge was in a lovely privately enclosed position with views overlooking an open well kept field with apole trees and large fenced off chicken run.

The area is lovely for walks with some excellent pubs that all serve food all in walking distance. Well worth visiting

Hayfields is the best self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in!

Had everything we needed, warm (especially essential with the snow that landed on us!) and well equipped including dog bowls and treats! The owners were perfect hosts - were there if needed and their hens eggs are delicious! In close range of Sandringham and nature reserves with good dog walks. Supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

This is a beautiful cosy Lodge set in the owners grounds, we we welcomed with eggs from their chickens amongst other things.

The Lodge is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is really peaceful and the garden was fully enclosed so was ideal for our dog. There are lovely walks straight from the door. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Lodge to anyone. Although I live not too far away I will definitely come back.

Had a lovely time in a great peaceful location as we live in the countryside also and run Holiday cottages ourselves here in Somerset.

John and his wife the owners were very nice and were always there if we needed them. Lovely place , warm and comfortable and well furnished plus was nice to arrive and have little extras left in the property upon arrival

Lovley lodge which was cosy and a good size.

Owners left us with some fresh eggs from their chickens. Was lovley and warm when we stayed in December. Was clean and tidy and a very comfortable bed, shower was hot and powerful also. There is a big Sainsbury's not far from the lodge by car where you can get anything you need. Would definitely stay again without a doubt !

It was brilliant!

The lodge was just perfect and had everything we needed for our weekend. They had a book with suggested pubs and had said if they were dog friendly. Definately be back next year!

Lovely holiday home in lovely location.

Lots of places nearby to visit, Sandringham, Hunstanton, Well-next-the-Sea and Kings Lynn. Lots of walking on doorstep with three pubs (two dog friendly) within a mile. Perfect place to go to relax and unwind.

The cabin and people who own it were both excellent.

There were very nice personal touches it the cabin, and the welcome package was brilliant,even provided there own hen's egg's. It's ideally situated for a variety of sights and places to visit. Beautiful quite location,with plenty of spaces for dog walking,and dog friendly public houses,although not many open on a Monday within walking distance. The closest beach is about 20 minutes by car. We found"wells next the sea" very quaint, and welcoming. There are publications in the lodge giving ideas on where to visit and maps indicating dog friendly beaches. On the whole, it's everything that you wish for,and more.
