The host's were friendly and accommodating, whatever we needed they were on hand to do so in a quick manner. The hut was amazing, the views were stunning and the whole atmosphere was very peaceful, just what the doctor ordered. I would definitely highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to do glamping. The only downfall we have to say, was, the pricing for the hot tub i.e logs and lighting, as we assumed would be in the pricing of the holiday and we couldn't do it ourselves.
All in all, it was a beautiful stay.

Regarding the cost of the wood and the maintenance of the hot tubs: in order to sustain these services, we do need to factor them into our pricing. Unfortunately, after platform commissions are taken into account, we’re unable to include these costs in our base rate without raising our prices. The additional charge for logs are stated in the platform description for the property.
We also understand that some guests may wish to light the hot tubs themselves, but in our experience, this has sometimes led to damage to the burners — even with guests who are familiar with the process. To avoid costly repairs and ensure safety, we prefer to manage this ourselves.
