“The holiday home is in a beautiful location, tucked away in the corner of the park.”

It was wonderfully peaceful, with nothing to hear but birds singing and sheep baaing. We knew immediately we had chosen the perfect place and would have a fabulous holiday! The park itself has a bar and plenty to keep children entertained, including a swimming pool, play area and a small amusement area. It was wonderfully peaceful, with nothing to hear but birds singing and sheep baaing. We knew immediately we had chosen the perfect place and would have a fabulous holiday! The park itself has a bar and plenty to keep children entertained, including a swimming pool, play area and a small amusement area. On the Saturday evening, the owners organised a group Chinese takeaway order, which was a brilliant idea as there is no shop or food available on site. Throughout our stay, we found the park to be clean, quiet and well maintained, perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was amazing and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. The chlorine smell was quite strong during the first couple of days and a bit stingy on the eyes. I wondered whether it might be worth leaving pre-measured bags of chlorine for guests to add daily, rather than treating it all at once. The holiday home itself was spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. It felt spacious yet cosy, and we quickly settled in and felt at home. After long days out exploring North Wales, it was the perfect place to come back to, relax and unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. There were only a couple of very minor issues. The main bedroom door didn’t fully close, and the outdoor seating area shown in the photos wasn’t there. It would have been lovely to sit outside reading a book while enjoying the peace and the beautiful views towards Snowdonia. That said, there is a large table and chairs on the veranda, which was perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal. Overall, we absolutely loved our holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday home. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

“We spent 4 wonderful nights at this caravan park and had such a lovely time as a family.”

The caravan was super cozy, clean, and very comfortable — it really felt like a home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the heated swimming pool, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everything around the park was well maintained, peaceful, and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!

“The accommodation was not clean at all and was smelly with dog or cat hair all over the sofa and bedrooms.”

We had to clean for almost 1 hr to settle in as we had kids with us. The kids got sick by the time we left the property. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The vaccum cleaner was not working as well.

Thank you for your comments regarding our holiday home. Unfortunately, the statements made in your review are completely untrue. You chose to leave this review after departing the caravan in an unacceptable condition. As a small, family‑run business, we were genuinely shocked by the state in which the property was left. All of our caravans are professionally cleaned by a full‑time cleaner and are maintained to a very high standard, which is clearly reflected in our consistent reviews. On the Saturday, your daughter was stroking our dog alongside a gentleman you indicated was her grandfather (apologies if this assumption is incorrect). During this conversation, we were told how beautiful the caravan was and what a lovely place we have. If your daughter has allergies, it is unclear why she was allowed to interact with our dog. You also lit a barbecue inside the caravan, which resulted in a fire and caused you to run outside through the main doors. We are at a loss as to why this occurred. Despite clear signage stating no barbecues, the grass outside was badly burnt as a result of its use. Furniture was overturned, food was left on the sofa, rubbish was scattered across the floor, beds were moved, and the caravan was left in a highly unhygienic condition. We contacted you immediately after checkout to request an explanation. Your response was that you had “emptied the bin,” despite photographic evidence showing the condition of the caravan, which was sent to you directly at that time. You had every opportunity during your stay to report any issues with the caravan, but chose not to do so, as there were none. The allegations only appeared after we contacted you regarding the condition in which the property was left. We do not tolerate disrespectful or unhygienic behaviour in our caravans. This is our family business, and we take great pride in maintaining high standards, something our reviews clearly demonstrate. You will be charged for the damage to the grass. Property Owner

Great place to stay very clean, very modern, all you could need to clean and cook etc, staff very helpful and friendly electricity went off and was fixed within 5 min, hot tub was spotless and on throughout stay, site itself was on corner and very private which weiked, loved the gated area for our dogs so they couldnt eun off, all in all 10/10 deffo stay again

“I don't know how is possible this accommodation has positive review as I and my family were stayed there for 2 night and we were so disappoited how this place was prepare for new guest!”

It looked as no one cares about new guest arrival. No booklet left for instruction how to turn on gas heater, where we can find wi-fi password, no clue where is what! We had few stays before in other places but it was first time when we didn't even find simple everyday things to use like salt, pepper, sugar ,tea or bin liners so if you want to cook either take it with you from home or buy it before you check in. We wasted around 2h to sort all those things I mentioned in this review. Place is definately too small for 6 adult as 2 single beds are for kids. The hot tub was not prepare for us to use first night as the water was not hot enough so we got told to use next day and really it was no smell of chlorine and was not good clean When we check in we noticed there was no tv remote control( we were looked everywhere) so find phone number to the owner which he wasn't nice and was surprised how is that possible !? Then cleaner lady( she was nice) came to search for it as like we didn't?! And said she didn't even noticed missing remote and offer to use smart remote control app but we could't do that as with no controler you can't aprove using this app on tv so we got told we will get remote next day but we didn't so no tv for us! Kitchen had everything from cutlery to toaster and the deck area in good size with garden furniture( we didn't use as was cold and the floor was very slippery) so that was only positive thing about this place. The lady on the reception was not nice when we asked question( she spoke to us as we were idiots) I do not recommend this place especially for the price we paid! I wish we had booked somewhere else because the stress we got and nerves not worth stay there!

“Overall our stay was lovely.”

I'll start with the negatives. Hottub didn't appear to be maintained by anyone . Initial opening it didn't smell of chlorine. After a couple of uses the water had gone bad. I asked about the site about maintenance for the tub with not much help other than chuck half a cup of chlorine in. Fortunately I knew what I was doing so decided just to sort it myself. Shocked the water had and upped the ph and water returned crystal clear again and Fortunately there was enough chemaincal and strips available to maintain for the full stay. There was a horrendous smell inside the static. ( like someone had left a present in the corner rather than in the toilet ) We aired the static and flushed the toilet a number of times. After some hours the smell left us. Additionally we had a job trying to fine the chair cushions for the outside table. After a good search we found them. Not sure the owners had recently been to the static to prepare for a stay. Also instructions to find the static wasn't very good. We had to ask for directions. Positives now...... High quality static tucked away in the corner and very private. The hottub was lovely with a deck leading from the the main decked area. ( would prefer the tub to be on the deck personally) The decked area was massive. Big 6 chair table. 2 corner sofas and a huge parasol. The static itself was well equipped and tidy. Living area is small for 6 people mind you. Brilliant for a 4 people and dog. Decked area was super safe and dog friendly. The privacy was a huge plus and the views from the deck while the sun sets was pleasing. The site itself was also well kept and presentable. There is a short walk down to the tial flat. Water comes in about 1pm. You can do a 1.5 mile round walk. Peaceful and scenic. Over all we had a great stay and would return for sure. Thanks guys.

Only fault I have is the hot tub had a bit of a weird smell & wasn’t crazy hot but it was warm enough & there was a capri sun left on the inside which wasn’t from us. Other than that absolutely gorgeous stay.

Lovely location. Camp site was quiet and well looked after. If there was any criticism is the bedrooms/lounge doors didn't stay closed properly, also there wasn't a sharp knife to peel, chop vegetables.
