E19 The Warren

We had a fabulous stay again at E19 this September Stephen (the owner) is a great host, very helpful and always contactable to resolve any issues that arise.

The chalet is clean, very comfortable, close to all amenities with a lovely sea view. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, I would highly recommend E19.

We really enjoyed our stay, so much so we have already booked again for next year!

The chalet was spotless, the layout was great and the location is spot on! Suited us all :) I’ve tried to contact Sykes but it’s not been easy… You’ve sent us a £40 off our next booking, and we’d already booked - so if possible we’d really appreciate this offer still being applied to our booking if possible? Easy reach of beach, bar and shops. Lovely spacious accommodation.

Very conveniently situated & facilities very good Few items need repair but not major problem Stephen who was contact excellent response to any query Bonus are the sports facilities on site

On the whole the property was good and very comfortable.

The spoiler was the white tape around the outer frame of the television, the skirting board, the dressing table and the wardrobe door in the twin bedroom. Stephen was able to get the problems with the wobbly tap, the dodgy shower doors and the leaking bathroom basin tap fixed very quickly. Both of the BBQ's were disgustingly dirty! Considering there is a list inside the property asking for the BBQ's to be cleaned for the next user, this was very disappointing.

The property was lovely but the after service from Sykes was really bad, it took us 4 days out of the 7 to sort out leisure passes which Sykes had failed to inform us were not included in the price, 6 different people from Sykes said they would help and then never got back to us, having 2 small children with us it was so disappointing for them not to be able to use the facilities.

We have rented a quite a few properties with Sykes but have found the communication between them and The Warren is sometimes non existent. We will try another rental company in the future.

A perfect break with all the amenities within a five minute walk from E19’.

The only downside was a loss of power for five hours but that was due to the sub station in the Warren going down and nothing to do with E19. I would recommend anyone staying here for an enjoyable holiday. In fact we have booked again for two weeks next year.

Holiday was great Chalet lovely , a little tired with a few damages ie water damage on dressing tables ( probably guest accidents) housekeeping letting them down slightly ( I am fussy ) would go again anytime , overall really enjoyed it .

E19 is the most wonderful, relaxing chalet we have stayed in.

The friendly welcome pre arrival with all details we needed by the owner were provided and any queries we had were responded to efficiently. Directions and access details provided, and my family had the pleasure of having leisure passes organised before we arrived. The chalet has a wonderful position within the Warren. Beach and restaurant on your doorstep, Abersoch village just a short beach walk away. Truly relaxing, lovely space to share with family and even the weather was mostly very good. Chalet host Steven was incredibly professional and kind, nothing was too much much trouble. 5 star review - thanks E19, looking forward to joining you again! Julie & family.

Property great and Stephen great and responsive.

It’s a shame this property is listed with Sykes, as dealing with them is almost impossible - they didn’t tell us it had EV charging (it does), a high chair (it does) and were basically impossible the deal with. The lodge is superb and in a great location. Stephen was great. Would highly recommend (leaving Sykes)

The property was very good, just as described.

The owner (Stephen) was extremely helpful. However we found it very difficult to communicate with Sykes. Difficulties ranged from, non answering of phone, to reluctance and be of help with any questions we had. One member of staff was even quite rude .

We stayed at E19 for Easter half term and had a Fantastic time.

Chalet was the perfect location right on the beach, 2 minutes walk from all leisure facilities and the shop. Beach bar over the road. Stephen was a fantastic host and is on hand to answer all phone calls quickly. We have previously been owners on the Warren and rented there in other chalets and will certainly be back to E19 very soon! Thankyou so much!

E19 chalet is beautiful and in such a prime location right next to the beach.

We had a great break staying here, using all the facilities. Will definitely be returning!!! The owner of the chalet was amazing in helping with any queries. All in all a wonderful stay.

Second stay at E19, Great Chalet, with Sky Tv ,lovely sea views ,E19 is a very modern chalet ,sited next to all the amenities ,and 50 steps to the beach, we will be returning very soon.

Great location and facilities.

The holiday chalet is by far the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in while being on holiday in the Uk holidays we have had.

Friendly neighbours, clean and perfect for access to the beach & sea views while your cooking breakfast. We would stay here again
