Trewan Lodge

The mobile home is right on the edge of a railway with very few trains to Holyhead and no nuisance.

It also sits in clear sight of the runways and activities of RAF Valley so absolutely ideal for the aircraft techies like us. Resident Hawks and Texan trainers with occasional visits from a Red Arrow and a pair of F 35's as well as Helicopter rescue training. Great watching. Site is very quiet at night. Ideal for twitchers as well with a large population of skylarks, house martins and swallows. Angelsey is very clean and unspoilt with quiet roads and superb surrounding beaches and bays many free parking. Fiona and Carl excellent hosts with many items in the home that were not expected but appreciated. Only slight grumble was settees not particularly comfortable, but the rest easily made up for it. So relaxing. Property owners were so nice and welcoming. The place was so clean. Lots of little extra things like t-towels, washing up liquid and cleaning stuff to help out our stay. Thank you

The property was well appointed and clean with lovely little touches such as cake and milk in the fridge on our arrival.

The owners Fiona and Carl were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We had some great recommendations on where to eat that were dog friendly and good takeaways to use.

We arrived at trewan lodge and were instantly impressed!

Absolutely fabulous place, has everything you need, clean and cosy. Fantastic location- we loved seeing the jets from the RAF base! Fiona and Carl are superb hosts- even brought me a bottle of wine as it was my birthday! Our dog loved his holiday too. We'll definitely be going back to trewan lodge.

It was a lovely caravan, everything needed was available.

I usually take my own mug with me as I prefer china, I did not need to as there were lovely china cups saucers and plates, great I did think it was a bit isolated though

fantastic hosts were excellent very helpful lodge was very clean everything you need as a home from home.

Really enjoyed the air show especially the Red Arrows. Thank you to Carl and Fiona for being great hosts.

Caravan was super clean , owners helpful and friendly.

However didn’t realise how far away the site was from the village and no mention of rail track meters away from the caravan with trains thundering past . But this did not spoil our holiday , Anglesey is a beautiful island with plenty to explore and I would definitely return .

Nice open space and lovely park owners. Dog friendly and space to play for the children.

.Karl very helpful and on hand if you needed anything..property ideal with the enclosed patio area for the dog..would advise a parasol if the weather is hot..lovely walk by the golf course and rhosneigr beach not too far which was lovely..trearddur bay and red whalf bay are places I would highly recommend to visit.. overall very enjoyable stay.

Fiona&Carl are exelent host’s and are very friendly couple,the site is very clean and well kept , We will definitely be back Ken&Judy
