I loved my stay at Shepherd's Stone.

Just from the photos I felt I could breathe more easily and this turned out to be true from the moment I arrived. A real oasis from the modern world, perfect for unwinding and spectacular sun sets. A small but perfectly formed stay with a fabulous view. I'd stay again.

A great place for a proper reset away from everyday life.

The location is very quiet and private, with beautiful views all around. Perfect if you want to switch off and enjoy some peace and nature. The hot tub and fire pit are a big highlight – evenings here are something special, especially with the sunset. Everything was well prepared and worked without any issues. It’s also a good base for exploring the area, while still feeling nicely secluded. Just worth noting to bring some supplies with you, as shops are not very close by. Overall, a fantastic stay – I would definitely recommend.

We loved staying in Shepherd’s Stone.

It had everything we needed and was finished to a high standard. The setting is beautiful and for us seeing cows and the sea in the same view was perfect! The only thing that let it down for us was the uncomfortable mattress, we could feel the springs every time we moved, due to having to scoot off the edge to get out of bed it has obviously weakened the mattress. So, we didn’t have the most comfortable experience and was glad we’d only booked for four nights due to this.

Amazing views and very peaceful. Had a slight problem with the hot tub but the owner was on hand to resolve it quickly. Plenty of walks nearby and easy to walk to the spectacular coast. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful week at Shepherds Stone!

This is our second visit. The location is breathtaking with open countryside and sea views. It’s in a really private area, it is so romantic and peaceful. Hot tub is perfect after a long day of walking or travelling. The hut itself is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities you need including an amazing power shower! Bed is comfiest I’ve ever slept in. I would really recommend a stay here and we are going back next year, can’t wait already! Host is always available if you need anything. Thanks Tracy! xx

This was a beautiful little gem, the location is excellent, and the actually property was much more than what we expected, really clean and comfortable, the garden area and the hot tub are amazing.

We met the host Tracey who was so lovely too, if we return to Wales this would be first on my list of where to stay. I didn’t want to go home! Thank you for everything Tracey .

Very nice place but not romantic when you have neighbors on the right and left.

Jacuzzi in the open air zero privacy. Next to it is a house with a playground. I do not recommend for a couple, you can feel uncomfortable. The house is clean. Tractors drive next to the house mowing the grass and in the evening hours also a pick-up unexpectedly and how is it supposed to be romantic and peaceful here. Thanks

It's decorated and the overall Hut is finished to a very high standard. We couldn't fault it in any way. We had a fantastic time. Thank you

This was my third, and longest, visit.

The Hut itself is well laid out and equipped (the large bed is extremely comfortable) with more than adequate heating and hot water. The location is wonderful with a lovely garden and a beautiful view over fields to the sea. The property owner looks after the place very well, and is often on hand for any queries or chat. I look forward to my next visit !

What a fabulous staycation we had!

From waking up to the most amazing views, exploring the isle of Anglesey, and floating around in the hot tub, we couldn’t recommend the Shepherds Stones enough. It had everything you could possibly need; the property was clean, comfortable and stunningly decorated. We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues with space or feeling as though we were missing something. In fact, both me and my partner didn’t want to leave and have missed watching the most stunning sunsets, and waking up to beautiful views! The owner was also close to hand and easily contactable if you had any questions or concerns. Will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us.

Me and my partner went for our one year anniversary and we had a lovely time, the views were perfect and the area was beautiful, we hope to come again.

Wonderful stay, great quiet location which was a good base to explore the island, getting to all four corners easily.

Super comfy and cosy hut, lovely presented and fresh. Hot tub was brilliant value and also enjoyed the fire pit whilst bbq'ing. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Shepherds hut in lovely location with great coastal walks from the doorstep.

Lovely little shepheards hut, clean and very nicely furnished inside, excellent shower and facilities.

Hot tub perfect for 2 and overlooking the sea from the picturesque garden. Toilet door lock wants adjusting (no problem with just the 2 of us there) and using the hob on the kitchen counter seemed very keen on setting the smoke alarm off but that likely reflects more on my cooking skills than anything else.

Extremely well fitted out, professionally done, great use of space.

Hot tub was a welcome addition. Peaceful with great views to the sea in the distance. Narrow country lanes all around, but that was the remoteness that I was looking for.

What a wonderful holiday!

The scenery is amazing, the photos don’t do it justice. We regularly saw pheasants, birds of prey, even a barn owl only feet away from us. The sea is also in clear view. The area is totally silent and there is no light pollution to stop you seeing the stars whilst in the hot tub! The hut is excellent, spotlessly clean, everything you would need is provided. The bed is comfiest I’ve ever slept in. You do need a car to get about but once you know where you are it’s not too far to takeaways, restaurants and supermarkets. If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday I really recommend you visit shepherds stone. Upon returning we immediately booked to go back for a week next year! Host is really friendly, lives not far behind hut and is available if ever needed. Thanks Tracy! xx

Beautiful little hut and lovely garden area, I enjoyed eating breakfast under the trees and listening to the birds.

Shepards Stone is an amazing getaway cabin which I wholeheartedly endorse for singles or couples to get away from the bussle of normality!

The sunset views from the cabin and hot tub are to die for!

Absolutely loved our stay, cosy and clean and beautiful decor in the hut, amazing views of countryside/sea view, quiet and secluded area, peaceful.

Lots of beauty spots to visit close by, beaches and sea cliff views, amenities only short car journey away also. Had the best week away in U.K and would highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay.

I found the property a little difficult to find initially but once I knew which turning it was it was easy to navigate. The hut is beautiful, clean, warm and the bed is comfy and cosy. I didn't realise that you had to pre book the hot tub so if you think you would like this make sure you advise in advance. The owner was friendly, helpful and kind. No complaints and I will definitely book again.

Great location for some nice walks around the area.

Was lovely coming back after a long days hike and hopping in the hot tub to relax those tired muscles. Also loved the way the bed was set up, it felt lovely and cosy. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We especially loved the hot tub! Minor additions such as condiments and toiletries would be great! Our bbq facilities didn’t work during our stay due to the facilities being damp, so it would have been great if they were checked over with dry coal provided!
