“Broken shower, towels that smelled of smoke, replacement towels that had stains and still smelled, broken furniture, poor general maintenance, potential fire risk with fridge in kitchen, locks on windows broken, photos out of date.”

We weren’t expecting luxury but we were shocked by how little care and basic maintenance had taken place in this property. No welcome booklet, no instruction manuals, no sign of any fire risk assessment information. Nothing. We had to leave early as it wasn’t suitable for a small child. Honestly, this felt like a con where the owners have not even done the minimum and just take your money. It’s sad that it would be permitted on a website. I’ll struggle to trust Sykes again with the lack ...

I’ll struggle to trust Sykes again with the lack of support and help they provided.
