Hazel Park Lodge HP4

Outstanding week at this location great accommodation very roomy and comfortable.

A few areas need looking at ie cupboards broken, bedroom carpets stained. Could do with a parasol for the balcony and the furniture needs replacing. lots of facilities including a washing machine but bring a washing line. All in all very good accommodation and looking forward to next time.

Nice property with the owner sorting out an issue quickly When the electricity went off.

Had a dishwasher as well which wasnt listed. The bonus of good Internet and sky TV.

Not bin cleaned dirty patio doors and shelves, stained carpets in bedrooms. Shredded lining on back of curtains on side patio door. Chair neerest windows is dameged on the arm n small hole overall tired and uncomfy. Had to was dishes etc b4 using them. Beds were so bouncy you almost bounce off by just sitting on them. TV turns off why watching sometimes sky box was temperamental. No WiFi no bin scrubbed off. Small blood stain on double bed sheet and didn't fit bed forever coming off. No access to the room for mop brush etc it's locked the hoover over heats every few seconds n sits what you picked up back out. airfryer didn't use as was grubby. No access to skylight window to help circulate air. No access to cushions for outside furniture so was not able use. Caravan would be lovely if it was cleaned properly and a bit of tlc maybe replacing few things to. Bins were full not emptied. I have a number of health issues. And disabled so it was meant to be a rellaaxing holidaythhe 1st in the last few years. The sight is not fantastic wouldn't use the bars or clubs to many drunken Idiots. Security very poor, and mainly at nigh ht not a very secure sight at all. We left a list in the caravan of our findings. I've stayed in older vans in past that was more worth the just under 600 we paid. Was going book again next year but gone with haven instead. Disappointing.
