had other brilliant 2 weeks at bluebell has everything you wish for and more so soo relaxing it just fantastic clean comfortable real home from home just what we wanted the enclosed big garden is just great which we all loved our girls Molly Dottie loved the garden they loved playing hide and seek it completely private and enclosed so you know your dogs are completely safe thank you for warm welcome as always making us feel at home which it not hard to do at this wonderful lodge hopefully back soon Dave Sue and girls the lodges which are 3 of them on site down quite lane which are very popular which understanable all best Ali John Sasha

It feels like a home from home.

A lovely home from home, one of the best stays ever !

! This beautiful lodge is very well kept, fully enclosed so ideal if you have a dog or small children. It was very accessible throughout and we had nothing to complain about at all. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome which was lovely. We opened the fridge to find a pint of milk and some home made goodies, including treats for our dog; a very lovely touch !! There was a supply of washing up products, plenty of bin liners and toilet rolls. The only criticism we have is that the sign for the lodge is not very clear to find !! It was blocked by some branches and not very eye catching. It could ideally be larger and easier on the eye to find it. Once you do find it there is no problem. IF the sign can't be made any larger then perhaps put a note on the descriptiojn of the site. A very good stay, very relaxing, very comfortable and wanted for nothing !! A*****

Main bedroom door doesn’t shut properly and needs attention.

It kept banging in the wind. Despite this had a lovely time, great accommodations great location will be back next year.

Excellent stay, very quiet area of Brandesburton, really cosy and comfortable, the hot tub was lovely even though we had snow, sleet and rain we still made good use of it.

Plenty of space in the secure private garden for the two dogs to run round in. The lodge was lovely and clean with really comfy beds, very well equipped with everything you could need. Lovely welcome treats. Great communication by the owners who were really welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to returning in August, can highley recommend this lodge.

Been a few times in bluebell wood and Meadowbank. The garden is great for dogs. So relaxing. Home away from home.

Bluebell Wood Lodge was amazing, myself, my husband and Teddy the Labrador had a very relaxing week away.

The hot tub was delightful, the lodge felt very much like home from home, it was well equipped, set in a quiet and private location. We took trips out to Bridlington, Filey and Hornsea which were all close by. We walked the circular walk into Leven which was very nice too. Bluebell Wood Lodge is definitely the best we have stayed in, hopefully we will return soon.

Bluebell Wood was a lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped holiday lodge.

We enjoyed the hot tub every day which was well maintained and clean. The garden is properly enclosed so you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing that your dog is safe. It was our third visit and we will definitely be going back.

Had a wonderful time, the property and gardens ticked every box for us.

There was nothing overlooked or missing the quality of furniture, Hot Tub and layout of the property was excellent. The garden was very secure for our Labrador Penny, which made the stay more comfortable not having to worry about her. Already booked for next year as very popular.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Bluebell Wood.

The property is well equipped and beautifully situated with rabbits, birds and other wildlife around. The owners made us feel very welcome and it was ideal for our dog as the lodge is very secure with a great garden. It was great being in easy reach of lots of things to do - beaches, shopping in Beverley and Hull, and local businesses like Bert’s on the lake and local pubs and shops (Deep Blue fish & chips was a winner!)

This was the fourth time that we have stayed as the property is perfect.

It is dog friendly with a secure garden. The owners are lovely and close by if you need them. There is lots to do in the area and it is not far from Beverley and the seaside.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic lodge which has everything you could need and is spotless.

The hot tub is a lovely bonus at the end of a day exploring the coastal towns and area. Owners are really friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

This lodge is wonderful.

Everything is thought of. Enclosed garden for small dogs is an extra bonus. Glass bubbly for the hot tub. Tra, coffee and brownies for arrival too.

Excellent stay, everything you could want and more.

So quiet and peaceful, the enclosed garden is a massive bonus and our little dog loved it. Lovely welcome pack with home made products (thankyou, and a thankyou from our little dog for his). We've been to different lodges on the East Coast many times but this is by far the best lodge we've stayed in. We loved it so much we came home and rebooked for next year.

The lodge us amazing.

Has everything you could need. The garden was the best thing as it was completely secure for our 2 dogs.

Pictures do not do this place justice, it’s so much bigger than we expected and has been done to a very high standard.

The fully secure garden made us feel at ease knowing the dog couldn’t get out anywhere. Location is perfect as you are down a small lane so super private and quiet, hearing nothing but the birds chirping in the morning was so relaxing. Close to quite a few beaches, shops and take aways aswell. We look forward to returning to either this lodge or the other two Ali and John have on the land!

This is a fab lodge in a great location.

The lodge had everything you needed. Lots of walks from the door. The owner Ali is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

we loved our stay at Blue bell Wood, There was everything there that you could think of, The personal touches like fresh milk tea bags coffee and apple Juice from their own orchard was beautiful the Brownies was lovely, Personal preferences and due to our painful joints the beds for us both was little uncomfortable, We took our 2 dogs the garden was secure we could relax the whole week that they couldnt get out which helped us relax, I would say if someone books up that have mobility issues and difficulties standing take a shower chair to make it easier, We would definitely recommend staying here, We will return

First stay at Bluebell Wood and we will definitely return.

The lodge was ideal for our little dog and the homemade treats & treats for our little dog were a lovely surprise. A nice little break away, thank you John & Ali.

Lovely welcome with the goodies left for us. Gorgeous lodge super private and great local walks. Will definitely be back.

The property was absolutely beautiful, more like a small house than a lodge (which is what we were initially expecting) so very spacious and loads of garden room which was perfect for the dog.

The hot tub was perfect very private and very clean. The brownies and juice on arrival were a lovely touch and very welcoming. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and takeaways near by which was amazing as we were expecting to be in the middle of nowhere. Master bedroom had everything it needed our only improvement or suggestion would be to get a bigger television in the second bedroom and one that works as we couldn’t get it to come on. Other than that I would definitely recommend this properly and would 100% return again.

Was an exceptional lodge with everything we needed and more.

It’s a perfect place to stay with or without dogs. The garden is secure and there are lots of dog friendly places close by.

Well….

We got just what we wanted. A lovely relaxing break in a superb lodge. You couldn’t wish for anything else in the Lodge. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, peace and quiet and a wonderful hot tub! Some little treats when we arrived which were a nice touch. And Ali’s apple juice was delicious. Ali welcomed us once we settled in and met John through the week (thanks for the take-away tip) we knew if we needed them they were on hand. Can’t wait to return.

Loved our stay at bluebell wood - highly recommend.

The lodge had everything we needed. The garden area is very large and enclosed - ideal for kids and dogs. Only very minor downside was the lack of ventilation at night as both bedrooms had patio doors and not windows (not wanting to leave patio doors open at night).

The property was clean spacious and secure.

The welcome gifts were a lovely welcome. The garden was clean and secure so our dogs were able to run free. Lots of nice areas to explore. Thank you again

We enjoyed our second time at this lovely property.

Perfect place to relax especially as the garden is completely secure which meant no worrying about our two Westies. The large undercover hot tub was well used, even on rainy British summer days. Home made apple juice delicious treat on arrival. All ready booked again for next summer.

The facilities throughout were 1st class & highly maintained. Should any issues have arisen the owners live within the grounds & are easily accessible & approachable.

It was a fabulous holiday let one of best we’ve been to.

What a lovely place to stay as described and more, brilliant for the dog as didn’t have to worry about her getting out.

Extremely clean and lovely inside - hot tub was great after a day outside. Close to the coast and some lovely beaches not too far to drive to. Thank you - hosts very helpful with local knowledge.

Immaculate property which was really clean and well thought out.

We really enjoyed our stay. Feedback for Sykes - to send out a text and email at 9.01am reminding guests that their holiday is coming to an end (even though technically they still have over 24 hours left of their 3 day holiday to enjoy) is not welcomed and puts a damper on things. Luckily we were already awake due to having children, but I would encourage your team to think about sending such a message later in the day.

The property was better than we expected, immaculate and comfortable, like a proper home away from home with lots of well thought out extra touches.

The garden was perfect for a holiday with my dog Podge as he could roam free around the lodge whilst we were in the hot tub and I wasn't once worried about him escaping, as the garden was so secure. The location was peaceful with no noise from the properties around us which made the stay perfectly relaxing as we needed. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The hot tub was fabulous even though it’s was cold & raining. Ali called by to check if everything was ok & to let us know they were close by if needed. Looking forward to a return visit.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of their properties and would go again.

It is perfect for dogs with a secure garden and it is in a good location.

It was gorgeous well kept and the owners were lovely.

Bluebell wood exceeded our expectations it’s clean, modern, been furnished thoughtfully, the owners have made sure every event has been catered for, from the small cakes, to the tea, coffee they provided, I am going to find another property this good extremely hard.

This place is amazing, we have stayed in Kingfisher, for the last 3 years, which is just across the way, but last year we had a chance to view Bluebell and new there and then, that we needed to book it, which we did on our return home.

It is comfortable, very well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We have booked it again for 2022, and will look at booking again for 2023. Ali and John made us feel very welcome and any issues that arise, are dealt with almost immediately.

Everything was perfect, Ali &John are doing a fantastic job ,nothing too much trouble.

Would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

Had a wonderful stay here with my husband and daughter.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the owners really had made it home from home. It is a little.bit in the middle of nowhere but that didn't bother us. There is a convenience store, bakery and takeaway close by and a few pubs within about a mile either way. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

The privacy, cleanliness, facilities were all first class and Allison and John always on hand if you needed anything.

They are the perfects hosts. Highly recommended
