Amazing place to stay quality and comfort were great - everything was clean and well presented.

This is more like a static caravan than a holiday lodge due to narrow corridor and small bedroom.

It certainly is not a 'luxury lodge' - a gap around the top of the door allowing air in, there were stains on the sofa and threads/hems of curtains dragging over floor. There were some electrical issues - dishwasher not working which we reported on day after arrival; told it would be fixed ASAP. Messaged about it again on day 3, no reply. Spoke to maintenance person on day 5 and it was sorted only to stop working again. We chose somewhere for holidays that had a dishwasher as did not want to spend valuable holiday time doing dishes. Overall disappointed with lodge and lack of service. Definitely not good value for money.

Absolutely amazing lodge.

Perfect location ideal for a relaxing break. Cannot fault anything. Just perfect. Booked again for next year.

Willow lodge was absolutely lovely, a really high quality of accommodation.

The lodge was spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. It was really quiet (other than the peacock squawking occasionly!) And the spacing of the lodges gave you privacy. The pub onsite did nice meals, although its worth booking a table on popular days such as bank holidays or weekends as it gets busy. The location was great for exploring the area, the park and ride opposite was really handy. We cant wait to come back and would highly recommend to anyone else!

Amazing few nights away with the husband and our dogs for my birthday, the place was clean, comfy beds/sofa, had everything you needed in the kitchen to make meals (although some oven gloves would be useful) and the hot tub was great to relax in.

It was close by to popular walking spots and beaches, very quiet area so nice and peaceful with great views! I've already recommended it to friends and family!

Not tempting fate but it is a dog friendly holiday home. Also a few more oven ware facilities. There was actually non available in our lodge. Thank you for a lovely time.

The accomodation was perfect, the setting and views are great.

The positioning of the lodge means you get the sun all day and still have quite a private feeling while using the hot tub and decking area. The actual site is fantastic for exploring this beautiful area with many attractions and beaches within a very short drive. All in all a very enjoyable holiday spot, will be back next year. Had a lovely weekend at Willow Lodge.

Perfectly located for the park and ride bus into Whitby, with a great pub/restaurant also within walking distance. The lodge itself was lovely and clean, super relaxing with beautiful views, and the hot tub was lovely to use after a day out exploring. We’ll definitely book again.

Stayed in willow for two wonderful nights The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming Showers were really powerful Kitchen had everything you needed.

Hot tub was the icing on the cake ! Used the park and ride which is a five minute walk from the chalet and takes you straight into Whitby The pub which is also virtually on site was lovely had a great meal there Would recommend and will be returning as soon as possible Thanks for a lovely stay

A lovely peaceful base for exploring the North Yorkshire coast.

The lodge was clean and comfortable and a really peaceful site. The lodges are spaced out enough to give you privacy and green space for the pup to have a wander. The kitchen was well equipped, although an oven glove would be useful. A hair dryer and iron/ironing board is provided. We had an issue with the door not locking but the owners had maintenance out to us straight away to resolve the issue. Lovely hot tub for winding down in the evenings. We loved our stay here!

Nice place but could do with extra towels also the mattress on the two single beds were very uncomfortable also should have a fan or air conditioning especially for the summer as gets very stuffy even with the windows open

Lovely lodges, well spaced for privacy.

Great to have the hot tub. Everything very comfortable. My only little niggle is that one towel plus a hand towel each is not sufficient for a full week stay. Would advise anyone coming here to bring extras, especially if they intend to use the hot tub. Handy for the park and ride to Whitby although we didn’t use this ourselves. Had a couple of meals at The Stables hotel / pub ( shortcut path to this) very nice with big beer garden.

Lovely stay in a nice location, the park and ride is within walking distance so very useful if you don’t want to drive and try and park in Whitby.

An amazing place, peace, quiet and tranquility.

The whole place was fantastic, the only thing that was missing was an umbrella for shelter as it was too hot to sit outside and also use the fantastic hot tub. Would and have recommended this fabulous place to friends and family. Just another thing as we are both elderly we found the shower was rather a challenge as the floor of the shower was “very” slippery. Fantastic place overall. Well done to all for a truly great place. We had a visitation from the peacocks as well.

Willow Lodge is a fantastic place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable, modern, everything you need is provided. Vert quiet, peaceful and relaxing with fantastic views. Ideal location if you need sometime out to relax and chill. Easy access to Whitby by foot or car. Highly recommend to friends and family, definitely book again next year for a longer stay.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Willow Lodge in this beautiful location.

It's the first holiday I've had with my son (14) since my wife passed away 7 years ago, and this short break did us both the world of good exploring Whitby and just enjoying the hot tub together. We will most definitely be back for a longer stay next time as we both enjoyed it so much! Only 2 minor things to point out was the dog hair on the carpet still and lots of ash blowing over from a fire nearby which was on the decking and table outside, and my car.

The lodge is lovely in a great location and is relatively new.

However it lacks a few basic things for a self catering lodge. Oven gloves (burnt my hand taking the tray out of the oven with a tea towel) a bread knife and a bigger kitchen bin. The decking is deadly in freezing temperatures with ice forming in the grooves, and no tv in the bedroom (a bigger choice of channels would be good too) also hot tub is a bit shallow. In our opinion this would move the lodge to the next level.

A lovely property in a beautiful location made our stay with our dog memorable.

The property is modern, clean and cosy with good quality furniture, furnishings and bedding. All information prior to our stay was accurate and useful. The only minor recommendations are about providing oven gloves, oven safe dishes for cooking and scissors. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning in the future!

Lovely lodge with the bonus of a great hot tub.

Everything was very clean with everything provided that you could need. Great location so near to the park and ride into Whitby. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

The lodge was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

..we loved using the hot tub on a daily basis...the only gripe we had was there wasn't a hoover so that we could keep the carpet clean during our stay and we would have liked some Pyrex dishes as we do like to cook our own meals in the evening...overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Ideal location, away from the busy town of Whitby but with the park and ride on your doorstep which takes you into town in less than 10 minutes.

Parked up the car on Monday and never used again until Friday when leaving. Bus service very good. Local restaurant and bar next to lodge park. Accommodation excellent and the hot tub is a real bonus. Local maintenance team on site very friendly and helpful.

We’ve had a lovely 2 night break in Willow lodge.

The lodge itself has everything you could need and is immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the showers was great. Fresh towels and crisp bedding provided. The location is fantastic, a couple of miles from the centre of Whitby and a short walk to a great pub. There is a park and ride and petrol station close by. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which again was immaculately clean and set to a great temperature for arrival. A clothes horse or retracing line to hang wet towels would be useful, also additional hot tub towels. We brought our own so not an issue for us. Not a negative, just some feedback which may help the owners keep the lodge in its best condition. We will definitely return…this place is a real gem!!

We found the lodge in a great location in the shadow of the beautiful Stables pub and restaurant and in walking distance of the Whitby park and ride bus.

The views was amazing. We was fortunate to be the first guests to stay in our lodge which was a fantastic privilege. The only disappointment was the rainy weather however this didn't stop us from enjoying the hot tub. These lodges are a great base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding areas or you could just do as we did, which was to chill, relax in the hot tub, log in to Netflix and Prime to watch films whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine getting lost in the views.
