Perfectly placed for exploring the historic city of York, the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the North York Moors, it’s an ideal base for discovering both countryside and culture.

The lodge combines rustic charm with contemporary style.

Step inside to find a bright, open-plan living space furnished to a high standard.

Sink into one of the comfortable grey sofas, lay your feet on the plush rug, and enjoy a film on the Smart TV as the evening light filters through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The sleek kitchen is fitted with charcoal-painted oak cupboards and quartz worktops, fully equipped for home cooking and featuring a bespoke silver birch light fitting for added character.

Enjoy meals at the dining table with lovely garden views, or open the doors wide and let the fresh country air in over breakfast.

The lodge offers two beautiful bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the second with a zip/link super-king bed that can be made into twins on request, along with countryside views and ample storage.

A luxurious freestanding bath in the main bathroom provides the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Outside, the garden offers a quiet space to sit, listen to the birds, or play on the lawn.

Huby village provides a pub (CAMRA York Pub of the Year 2019), takeaway options, and a local shop, all within walking distance.

Nearby attractions include the York Bird of Prey Centre, Easingwold Golf Club, and local fishing lakes.
